I came here for a birthday treat and opted for the $65 luxury spa pedicure, expecting a relaxing, professional experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the price. The pedicure felt more like a basic $30 service—they just rubbed some oil on my feet, and that was about it. While my nails turned out cute, I was really looking forward to a more thorough and luxurious treatment. On top of that, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance until I had to ask for help. For the price I paid, I expected a more welcoming and polished experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone looking for true spa-level care.

This is the salon where you feel like they really care about the work they do! I see Phillip here, and he always does an amazing job!! Highly recommend!

Hanina did an amazing job! Gel nail polish then I asked her to make an Eiffel Tower on my ring finger like my tattoo that my husband designed! It turned out amazing!!

Very friendly staff and I liked them alot. Super kind staff but I have had much better work elsewhere. My $115 gel pedicure and manicure included maybe 15 seconds of a calf massage and nothing more. No callus removal at all. No hand work, at all. No cuticle cutting. I was estimated 2 hour 15 min apt and it took 70 minutes. I paid a babysitter for this. Already chipping less than 24hrs later. Highly unimpressed and will go across the street next time. I cannot believe I paid so much for so little. I am so sad I spent my time and money on this 😪 Not mad - just sad. I wish it was better!

Everyone in this place is a great nail tech. It’s clean and does not have the harsh smell since they do not do acrylic nails. Also they offer other aesthetic services. Be sure to book an appointment first because they stay busy. They rarely take walk ins. I never leave disappointed! My nails always look great!

I came to this nail salon because my son in law gifted my daughter & I this experience. I do not have long nails but felt very cared for here. I didn’t feel rushed in choosing a color, the color on the sample was not exactly the same as the bottle & the tech took the time to match it . All my hang nails are gone, all of my toenails are cut and no longer have painful slightly ingrown nails. It was a wonderful experience and wished this business was in Wisconsin! Noblesville has a treasure here.

Kevin is so great!! I had an ingrown toenail and he fixed it. No more pain. Pays attention to details. Very accommodating! Love their chairs too. Easy to make appointments online too.

Lauren does amazing work! My daughter and I both had our nails done by her for our girl’s trip to Paris! She outdid herself with the funnest Parisian art on our nails. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails and love them! We WILL be back!

My grandmother was wanting to get a manicure after spending a year in the hospital. I call this place and let them know that I'd like to book an appt for my grandmother but she was in a wheelchair and wanted to see if they had a preference so as not to take up a ton of room during their busiest times. I was told they dont accept wheelchair patients. How rude and inconsiderate. I can't believe a business would tell a customer they can't book an appt due to a disability. I will make sure to let others know their business practices

Due to improper light cure, This is what I got in less than 1 hr after Gel pedicure. See my pedicure photo. I contacted the shop, but I was not able to schedule to fix it. I understand mistakes always happen (Its not a big deal for me) but customer care/service especially how to deal with their mistakes or any issues with customers are big parts of professionalism. It is huge reputation of the business. P.S My Gel Manicure starting to peel in 2 Days. Attaching the photo!

Edit/Update: Went back in August 2022 to have a classic mani/pedi for my son's wedding and the experience was better. Kevin was kind, detailed, and thorough. Fingers and toes looked lovely and my manicure lasted much longer - 4-5 days - before I noticed any chipping. :) :) :) April 2022 - Loved the pampering and experience but, unfortunately, my daughter's manicured nails began to completely fall off the very next day. They did not just chip - all of them were completely off within two days! Never seen anything like that happen before and she was pretty disappointed. We think it had something to do with the undercoat used, since the polish colors all came off in one whole piece. 🤔

I had gotten a full set of dipped ombré french at another salon. I was happy w/everything (it had also been 15 yrs since having acrylic nails), but when I came here for a fill, Tuan was my nail tech and he was fabulous! He was friendly and funny. I hadn't realized that my nails could've been done better until he was finished. They were less bulky and he tapered them so they weren't so blocky. I will be returning for their services.

Lauren is AMAZING! I'd give 5 🌟 if they offered acrylic, rather than dip powder, exclusively. The powder isn't strong enough & with every set, I’ve had at least 1 nail just 🍾pop🍾 right off, in the first week.
