If I could do 10 stars, I would! I have been getting massage from these therapists for more than a decade. In my view, the quality and consistency of the deep tissue massage far surpasses any of the "big name" places in town that I used to go to. It's actually the best I've experienced anywhere in the world. Lucy and her staff are wonderful and the facilities are great! Why would anyone go anywhere else for massage??? Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I’m from east side of Michigan, been coming to Grand Rapids a ton and needed a massage today. Was able to schedule instantly over the phone for 30 minutes ahead and went with the 90 minute massage. I had Jenny. With my experience with massages throughout my life, I can confidently say this was the best massage of my life. She could raise the price and I’d still choose to come back instead of other places. Will be coming back next month, and likely the following. Feeling like a new man 🙌

I would give five stars without any hesitation. They did wonderful job and worked charmingly. I had a slight pain in my shoulder, and they did a great job to relieve that. The prices are very reasonable and the place is decent for relaxation without any inconvenience or noise. You can choose the type of massage you want at the beginning to feel more comfortable. Make sure to check their location and be on time to fully relax. I'm looking forward to coming back with pleasure; this will be my go-to place from now on. Thank you!

Lucy provided me the best message I have ever had. I was sore from a workout and she did a great job taking care of all the sore spots. She was also very accommodating on an appointment time I requested and a very friendly person. The price is very good for the service provided, I would highly recommend and I plan on returning.

No wonder this spa is so popular. Massage was amazing and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I left feeling 20 years younger and incredibly relaxed. Once you experience this, you won’t be able to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Stop in for a 2 hour massage after a vacation and long flight to Alaska and back home. I found myself tweaked after seating so long on this long flights. Lucy was my massage therapist, explained area's I was hurting including shoulder and legs. I came in actually limping due to soar calfs. After my massage I felt so much better 2 hours of deep tissue, boy I felt good. I'll be stopping in again this week just to bring me back to normal. Alot of hiking can beat you up. Alaska was beautiful this time of year. Thank you for an amazing massage. After going for a few years I've settled with Jenny she's brings alot experience and has been very helpful with my sciatic issues that I continue to struggle. I have found that massage and stretching with Jenny has helped dealing with day to day. Hopefully this will help on who would be a great fit for you. Thank you so much Elite.

Me and my husband got a couple’s massage here and it was amazing. We got deep tissue massages before but nothing like here. Lucy and Hannah were amazing they worked on our tight spots on the shoulder, we initially scheduled for a one hour session and ended up extending for another half hour. Very clean and calming space we will definitely visit again.

I normally get a great massage. I like it hard and good deep tissue work. Today, the therapist was new to me. She asked me if I wanted it hard and I said yes. It was a very light massage. She also didn’t work my front shoulders, neck or chest. She could not understand a 20% tip and instead added $20 on a $65 massage. I was very disappointed today, which is the reason for 4 stars. I am normally very satisfied. I will just have to ensure I get a better therapist who can really work my muscles next time. I do recommend this place.

Massage and customer service were both excellent. Highly recommend. The location is easy to find, and everything is very clean and well organized. There was some confusion with a gift certificate I had, and they immediately sorted it out, and the owner even called me afterward to apologize and make sure everything was OK.

Lucy is amazing and I am happy to have found a place that is amazing. She knew where I was having issues without me having to say anything. She worked out the areas that hurt the worst (shoulders and neck). I love this place and will be back started with a set time no interruptions but the massage was so good when it ended I extended the massage. Great job Lucy and I will see you soon! Thank you!

Lucy is wonderful!! She is definitely on my Top 3 All Time Favorites List. The only reason I gave a 4 Star instead of 5 Star was that they aggressively asked me to consider one of the other girls; multiple times after I said no; on my last 2 visits.
