Such an amazing little treat today. Yesterday was a rough day, I booked a 60 min reflexology for 10 am. Walked the dogs and headed over. I had a wonderful man with a great touch. I’m grateful that he really got all my lymphatic junctions moving and gave me such an enjoyable experience. I will be going now every week until I run out of money ❤️👍

Came with my friend to get a 90 minute massage and my massage therapist while massaging me had her cell phone on the massage table and i kept hearing her phone vibrate, but the worst part is she kept stopping the massage to type back on her cell phone and this went on and on. I just got up to stop this unprofessional treatment i was recieving.

Customer service is very poor, I called to make a reservation and was never asked what service I wanted. I got there and was told full body massage cannot exceed an hour, because another client also has an appointment!!! I did the massage Alryt but ended up with body aches, especially my back, since the massage was done rigorously !!! The lady also kept reminding me of the tip I’ve agreed to give, asking once is fine but four times it’s not !!!! ‘My answer to your response’ @elevated Spa First of all, I stated I booked an appointment before coming for the massage, secondly I was very nice and even tipped $40 I’m not the type of person who will lie just to please someone, that doesn’t mean I feel entitled, maybe you have clients you’re more professional to. For the record, I’ll always be sincere with my reviews. Have a good day !

I had a terrible experience here and wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Appointment started late due to no one in the lobby (and no bell to ring or anything). Nonexistent communication with therapist. Painful, non traditional reflexology. Lady’s nails scratched my skin under her gloves (also never been massaged using gloves). Hot stones burned my skin, they were so hot. Front desk person insisted I tip 20% and acted like she didn’t understand me when I said the massage was bad and I wanted to tip less and then charged me over 20% tip. It wasn’t worth fighting over $5 but I will not come back here.

Walk in for reflexology. First, we went into a room where the light didn't work so I was directed to another room and given no instructions. The massage itself was quite nice. But when I went to pay I was going to add a tip and she told me it wasn't enough and told me to double it. I felt like I had to but I was not thrilled. Not exactly a great experience

Made a couples massage appointment for today at 5pm and when we arrived, they immediately turned us away. Very confused because there was 3 women there, none were in a service and she just kept saying "sorry my boss isn't here" I don't understand what that has to do with me booking an appointment a day prior. If there was any issues, a call would've been nice. Really disappointed actually because it felt racist because another couple was just leaving and they didn't even try to accommodate us, re book, no effort made at all. I could've handled a reschedule, I get if they were busy all day-I'll give the ladies grace there but wasnt even offered that. They have good reviews, so I was excited. Edit: I should have recorded the interaction and will be doing this going forward with any business I go to from now on because I was very non confrontational, I was very kind, didn't raise my voice, was mostly just shocked and speechless. For the owner to say this when we were told multiple times in front of other customers, leaving that the boss wasn't here. I'm not speaking to services. We scheduled an appointment and were immediately turned away upon entrance before we voiced that we had an appointment. Truly appalled by the response.

The massage today was great and my massage therapist was Coco (but they are all great). After the massage my body felt relaxed after a stressful week. I’ve already booked another appointment and next time I’ll try the 75 mins with reflexology! Affordable prices. I highly recommend this spa location. Thank you!

My husband and I got a 60 min foot massage and it was wonderful. They did a great job. The place is clean, professional, smells nice, and everyone was very kind.

Amazing find! The massage offerings provide excellent value for the price. After our 75-minute session, we all felt completely rejuvenated. They adjust the pressure to your preference, and the various add-ons, like the hot stone massage, are perfect enhancements. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for. Great price for the massage I received. My gf and I got a side by side massage, 60 minutes. Focused more on our feet but they did a little on my head/neck & shoulders. My masseuse was very knowledgeable, she knew exactly where to push. I would have enjoyed more pressure but I'm also a bit muscular so I'd probably need a male next time.

Just came here from Chicago. The service here is amazing just had the 90 minutes combo and from the beginning to end and the rest of the team were so kind. Even with the extra requests for my leg, they went above and beyond . Definitely will be coming back !!

Relaxed me after a long week of running and working. I’ve been training for a 10k and this really helped me with my sore muscles and mind all around. The staff is super friendly and ready to answer and accommodate any questions or concerns.
