I called at 8am on the off-chance that they might have a morning opening for a haircut and tgey were able to get me in an hour later. The girl who cut my hair knew that I was feeling pretty crappy and had a horrible migraine and she took extra time and gave me a longer head and neck massage.....it was just what the doctor ordered! She styled my hair after the cut and was extremely personable! ALWAYS a wonderful experience when I go to Elevate!

I have all my services done at elevate west. Nails,hair,wax,massage,and facial. I am never disappointed. I rarely occassion I may need a hair adjust, but they get me back in ASAP to make right. I love my technicians. They get me and I feel special.

Wow! My first time there, not my last. My stylist listened to what I needed and gave me a fabulous cut and style. At my request she recommended an awesome product to help care for my hair. The appointment was early - and the salon was already busy in the best way. Every one was so friendly. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem of a place. I wanted to do something completely new with my hair and have only had my hair dyed once about three years ago. Decided to do a full-color from silver to black. Tbh, I didn't know much about tone coloring and so silver couldn't be gotten (my bad!) and while my hair was dark, they got my dark brown to a lovely blonde that fades into a more orange/brassy to black. They gave me all the warnings that it could come out caramel, but honestly, wanted to see what would happen, and I am glad I did! My appointment was long and went past their closing hours because I had so much hair (did ask for extended time but my hair is a lot with two different dyes) but they were all so kind and had other employees helping to get my hair done and a layered cut in the front as well. I felt beautiful with the outcome even though it wasn't my original idea (due to my lack of research when it comes to dying whoopsie) Still they explained everything so nicely despite my ignorance and got me such a beautiful hair color nonetheless. Worth every last penny and even got an amazing Shellac manicure on top of it. Thank you to everyone at Elevate for helping me feel better about my hair and taking such great care of me.

So I was supposed to have a appointment to get my hair done and when I called to verify my appointment they told me that I wasn't scheduled anymore and I was out of luck bc they don't care enough to fix there mistakes and wanted to give me sass Plus they said they would have there manager call me to fix it and its been 3 days hmmm ..... I think how they do it is pretty good but if they don't care about the customer then we don't care if ur business makes money

First time calling for an appt on my new phone! I called, it went well until my new phone number. They said I had to make a deposit because of missed appts. I explained I had never been there before. They said the phone number and first name are the same so I'm lying. ?????? I let them know I would be trying a different place. A special kind of reception Chelsea!! I got another new number, got a hold of the previous owner with my first name, and let her know what they had said. Unbelievable.

Love going to Elevate Salon & Spa for some pampering. My daughter and I go to get massages and pedicures and the services and staff never disappoint. We always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I went in and found out my appointment had accidentally been scheduled for the following week. They quickly found an opening for me and after a very short wait I got an amazing cut done by Morgan. She listened to my hair concerns and worked until I was pleased with every aspect.
