The first time I went to Elevate salon and spa was to remove gel nails that I had gotten out of town. They went above and beyond what I expected! Working so hard to get off the product while not damaging my nails at all. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done! Lexi was my technician and she was fantastic. Every person I came into contact with was extremely nice and professional! I have never left a review for a salon before this!!

A top drawer salon in the area. With a highly skilled and professional staff, working in a bright, modern, and very fresh setting. I have had my hair cut and styled here, but I go regularly for a manicure. The work done is always perfect, and I frequently receive compliments on the beautiful results. The staff are as friendly as one could possibly hope for, and no matter what services one requires, this large, successful salon will deliver!

A proper salon/spa experience. This isn’t my “usual” place for hair styling, it can be a “job” when your hair is “complicated”. I called, obtained a next-day appointment, and staff was courteous, efficient. Water in a wine glass is a lovely “we’ll take good care of you” touch.

My son HAS to get his hair done by Chelsea every time, but he let his sister have her tonight for her first hair cut. My son was with Patience tonight and hasn’t stopped talking about her since! Patience took the time to talk to my son about his favorite animal and give him some fun facts! Chelsea made my little girl feel and look like a princess and is the only one who knows the secret to my son’s cow lick. They are both amazing with my kiddos and we can’t take them anywhere else

Patience was wonderful! I have incredibly thick hair and she made sure to explain what my hair would do with certain lengths because of how thick it is and made sure I was happy with it. She was great

Got my hair cut with Crystal. Right off the bat told me I was getting my hair washed when I had said that my hair tends to fluff up after getting wet and that might make cutting my hair to where I want it to be not correct. Was constantly telling me she was confused with what I wanted when I had shown her pictures of my hair from a few years back. Essentially blamed me for why my haircut was wrong and told me to bring in better more clear photos. Also apparently asking for my hair to be “a teensy bit shorter” means cutting off about an inch or so. I paid 58 dollars for a haircut I don’t like. I left the salon crying and had to sit in my car to cry more and calm down enough to drive. I thought this place would be a nice change of pace from my usual hairstylist and had been here before but I’m not coming back. I will gladly find somewhere farther away if it means getting the haircut I actually asked for. Below is the image I showed her of my hair vs what she gave me.

Went in today as a last minute appointment and got Chelsey! She was absolutely amazing. I was on the fence of cutting my layers off to all one length and she helped me decide to do it! I love the hair and how she styled it. The staff were all very welcoming and Chelsey especially was awesome, 10/10 recommend if I could give more stars I would, I have no complaints at all. Already have my next appointment booked!

I came to get a haircut, but the hours advertised on Google must be wrong. The whole place was shut up tight by 8:20pm. Just a heads up for anyone that finds themselves desperate for a salon open until 9pm—Google must have the incorrect operating hours. I rated 5-stars, so hopefully it reaches the right people.

I had never had hair extensions before going here so I did not know better. My stylist really messed up my extensions and my real hair. I went to another salon after getting tired of paying $180/hr for my hair extensions, and they were shocked and angry about what they saw. The new salon stylist said she had NEVER seen hair extensions put in the way they did at Elevate. My extensions were hard to brush, kept popping loose, and the way they were installed was damaging and breaking my real hair. I had her take them out at the consult until I could schedule an installation. I was horrified at how thin my real hair had become due to the damage from my extensions. This salon may be good for other services (if you don’t mind paying top dollar), but I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for your extensions.

Made an appointment for 8AM for bridal shellac nails. Came to the salon at 755AM and the receptionist said they needed to reschedule my appointment because of needing to arrive at 745AM instead for a soak off. Because that would eat into the next appointment the lady had scheduled that morning. Salon opens at 8AM and the lady who booked my appointment should’ve mentioned something. My first time going here, attempting to go here, this is not how I would treat first time customers. Recommended by a friend but with awful service, will not be going back.

Sierra has been doing my hair for about three years now. She is by far the best stylist I’ve ever been to, seriously she’s an artist. Her balayage is seamless and beautiful and her haircuts are perfect. She really listens to what you’re looking for and makes it happen. I can’t recommend her services enough.

This was my first time finding a new hairdresser in 27 years since I moved to Iowa recently. I had an appointment with Taylor and she was fantastic. She matched my previous color that was a bit faded and gave me a new cut. I love it. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit at the Elevate on Blairs Ferry Rd. I was greeted warmly right away by the front desk. The salon is very nice, clean and definitely has the spa feel. Myriah was my Esthetician for this appointment. I had several spa services, including a facial and brow shaping. I was extremely pleased with all. She was professional yet very friendly making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. A great visit from start to finish.

Hairstylist didn’t listen to what I wanted as the client. Didn’t cut as much as I requested and tried to push multiple products on me. Have had good experiences at this location at the past though. Website is inaccurate with its pricing details. Paid significantly more than what both the website and receptionist said I would pay when I initially called to schedule my appointment.

Updated: used to be great now they close early with no reason. Just tried to stop on and buy products. Closed at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Very sad. Original: I had been going to Elevate for many years for my nails and Kelsey L does an amazing job. I always walked away with a color that I liked and fantastic manicure. Even after having moved away, whenever I am in town I come back and have an mani with Kelsey. The front desk staff has always been helpful in finding an appointment for me and making sure I know if there are any promotions upcoming also.
