Booked a appointment online yesterday for this Thursday at 6:00pm with Elizabeth for lash tint & lift. I never received a call, email or a reminder so I just called to find out what was going on and she said it was never booked and she does not have me on the schedule. My appt was confirmed prior to me exiting the screen...How do you have a online booking appt system and it does not work? I just went online to look and see if that appt time was available and it is! She said she couldn't get me in till next week.

Today was my first time going to Elevate and I'm so glad I did. I went for my first facial and was quite nervous. Michaela did my facial and was absolutely amazing. She understood my anxieties, as I have sensitive skin. She reassured me and made me feel confident in her knowledge and abilities. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I will definitely be booking with her again asap! The salon is super cute. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They offer so many services and prices are reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!

We recently moved to downtown Trenton and I tried this salon for a ladies haircut. It’s very clean. The front desk receptionist is friendly and helpful. They also have a small boutique in an adjoining room. Nice selection of handbags, coats, shawls, and clothing. The stylist, Rene, was very professional and talented. My hair is challenging due to thinning colored, older hair. She did an amazing job. I was very pleased, because the haircut is most important for me. I’ve since booked a color touchup (done simply on their website). Looking forward to seeing how that visit goes. A good salon with talented staff is a great find! Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

I would recommend the hydro facial by Elizabeth! She did an amazing job! The staff is very professional and friendly! It’s a very clean place and they are always very timely! I would recommend any service that they offer. You will be highly satisfied!

I've always bought my wife gift cards for this salon for years, it was her favorite salon. I purchased a new gift card recently for her so she can get her normal massage, manicure or whatever. After booking a massage from the business website she is told the night before her appointment that she cannot use the gift card because the new massage therapist doesn't work directly for the salon! What exactly is the point of me buying a gift card then being told by the business that the cards cannot be used for services that you have always used them for? Horrible customer service, this is not on the employee, it's 100% on the ownership. If you're a business and change your rules on something as big as gift card usage, you should let customers know at purchase, if you don't, you should remedy the situation, not tell the customer there is nothing that can be done. Straight up horrible customer service. Will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Can't speak to the hair services but my I got my make up done for my engagement photos. I was extremely unhappy, I had to redo my own make up because the airbrush make up looked horrible. My skin wasn't correctly matched, it was patchy and uneven, and it aged me. The eyeliner was uneven the lashes fell off and it was not the skill level I expected. My photos had to be moved back an hour and I only had time to redo the foundation so my eyes were uneven looking in my photos. It might be ok for homecoming or prom but for an important photo shoot I would not recommend.

Elizabeth is a relaxation GODDESS! A posh spa with such a peaceful environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Actually just booked a 4 hour pamper myself day with them for next month.

Super amazing salon experience! Warm welcoming environment. Friendly welcoming receptionist! Elizabeth gave me the very best anti-aging uplift facial! The spa space is so large, beautiful, aromatic, relaxing. Hollie is the most professional, wonderful person to request for massage! Emily is an absolute expert in hair color, made me feel totally at ease in her expertise with blondes. Also highly suggest Kathleen for a pedicure and shellac! Her strong hands and warm personality were so comforting and awesome! Will most definitely go back!

I love this salon. They are truly great people. Chrissy has ALWAYS done an AMAZING job on my hair. The entire staff is helpful and the customer service is exceptional. You walk in to an incredibly charming environment where you are treated like a star and leave looking like one too! I look forward to every appointment. I leave feeling rejuvenated and confident which for this working mama is a blessing and very appreciated.
