It was my 1st time at Elements Massage. I booked an hour with David. Before he began I asked if he would apply more pressure around my shoulder/neck & lower back area, he did. I learn his pattern & would inhale and exhale almost in unison. However there was a couple spots where he felt me tense up due to the pain (I've been under a lot of stress) but he would remind me to breath. I felt very comfortable with David. He had a very calm presence. He didn't speak much but when he did, his voice was soft. He would effortless transition from area to area as he would gently tuck in the blankets. There was a couple times my bra-strap fell over and he instinctly adjust on the same swoop. It felt very protective and safe. After the massage he left out the room so I can dress. I didn't see him again but I left his tip at the front desk. The massage was amazing and the overall experience was wonderful. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The facility including the bathroom was very clean. I will definitely looking forward to my next visit.

The worst experience I have late by 10 minutes but they give only 40 minutes of service reason you are late for your appointment The massage is the lousy one The crew had cold hands and doing the massage can't keep himself warm even if he went outside but for customers he have to do the service with cold hand ??? Such a bad experience never again.

While the massage therapists are great and do wonderful work, the girls and manager, Karen, that work reception and membership need some coaching skills on customer service and understanding their own contract terms. I have 4 months of memberships unused and I specifically asked upon termination for lack of use if I could still share the remaining massages. I was told yes, that is still an option. As a result I cancelled with 4, plus a free one, unused. When I called to book I was now told that I cannot share my remaining massages. Typical bait and switch. Had I known I could not share, I would have squeezed the massages in a 30- day window by sharing prior to my next billing. Buyer beware and ask for termination paperwork when you leave. I never received mine as the young girl at reception said we were “all set” and never provided final docs. Replying to Karen: Again, your front desk associate wasnt informed properly PRIOR to me cancelling. I specifically asked about how I could use those 4 paid massages after choosing to terminate. She told me I could share and it was at that moment I decided to cancel. Fast forward 3 weeks and I am told something entirely different. Of course I was angry! I paid nearly $500 for services that I all of a sudden cant use as shared in a 60 day window. You need to be a better manager and train your employees on your offerings. Even today the young associate had to put me on hold to ask you how it worked. Only when you came on the phone directing me to a contract termination I never received did we not see eye to eye. You offered zero solutions, just directed me back to my term contract. Dropping rating down to a 2 now.

I had an awful first experience with a therapist who is no longer there. The studio called me and made it right and set me up with Cyndi who has always been more than wonderful. I have never had an issue with any of the staff other than the first therapist. Always friendly. I have been coming here for about 10 months now. I am part of their wellness program and I love it. Update: I have now seen several of the massage therapists there and I will say I love almost every single one I have seen. My schedule is always all over the place so I just on online and schedule an appointment that I know will work for me. Being able to go online and schedule allows me to choose who I would like for the time I am available. I highly recommend Cindy (went to her for YEARS!!! Love her!!! our schedules just do not align very often anymore. I have also seen Chris a good handful of times, great massage. I have seen both Tracy and Brain once and both were also amazing. Every one of them has a different style and I am here for it. I get something different from each one and I think that is amazing.

Never needed a heating pad until I got a massage here. Because of my experience, I'm afraid to get a massage again. Been trying to soothe the muscle pain they gave me. I even called about my experience and received failed customer service. Terrible experience overall. Thanks for the pain for $100+!!! I'll add, I should've taken a red flag to the "Google review owner responses" toward dissatisfied customers. No empathy, or compassion or a sense of understanding here whatsoever. Management is argumentative instead of making things right - as you can see here in all the negative reviews. People go to massage spas for healing, to relax the mind and body. The owner's responses are hypocritical of the exact intent of a massage spa. Shame on them.

Worst Elements Massage experience. Go to a different location if you want a decent massage - or not Elements whatsoever. I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment and they refused to provide me with the full massage time. I paid for a 60 minute massage but was only provided service for 45 minutes. At the other locations I've been to, even if you are 5 minutes late, they will still treat you for your full service time, that is not the case here. Management told me the reasoning was that they needed to sanitize the room for the next appointment, but there were several open rooms that they could have put the next customer in, so from my point of view this was just an excuse. To top it all off, the masseuse had sharp nails that scraped my back and the salt stones he used were incredibly coarse, meaning they were worn down. Based on my experience today, I will not be back and I don't suggest that anyone spend their money at this Elements Massage.

I was able to get in right away. Very professional staff. David is amazing at what he does. In fact I enjoyed it so much I signed up for the club.

As many other reviews have stated. This business is a joke. This is a scam to bleed as much money from the clients as possible. Trying to schedule or cancel is a nightmare as the front desk associates have what seems like a monthly turnover and do not know how to use their scheduling system. The terms of service are deceitful, and they are nothing more than crooks here. Stay far far away.

David is so good. I have terrible arthritis and joint dysfunction and he is able to give me relief better cortisone injections. I will of course continue to come back. Thank you so much

Found 2 good therapists at this location that I saw for 3 years. But it’s very hard to get appointments with them anymore. They also raised their rates and now it’s just too expensive, so I cancelled my membership.

I can not stress enough the incredibly terrible service my husband and I have received at this location. We were monthly members at a different location (unfortunately the location closed) and we were treated so well. When we transferred, we expected the same level of service and we were met with frustration after every single massage visit. From not setting up our accounts properly, to changing the tipping system, to hassles with cancellations; instead of being accommodating the manager is extremely condescending and ignorant. When the studio sent a memo that prices were going to be raised, that was enough for us, between the price increase and the manager- we were ready to find a different massage studio. Usually, you expect to leave a massage feeling relaxed and energized...we left feeling angry and frustrated. The worst part is that the technicians are pretty good, but the service outweighs the massage.

I left without receiving my massage, the lady at the front desk was so rude. I was given a certificate from a member of management as an effort to recruit me to the company out of massage school. When I called I informed the lady of this not knowing what the procedure was for this I. Allled and was treated as if I was lying even though I brought the certificate in, if you have members on your team passing things out, you as a location / company should be aware. I left because I felt as if I wouldn't want service nor would I want to work for an establishment with employees that treated people that way especially if the goal is to relax and help heal Update... The owner Karin reached out to me the same day and was very apologetic for my experience, she scheduled me for the next day, but I was unable to make it, so I rescheduled for today. Karin who usually doesn't work on Friday was there to greet me along with her front desk receptionist Ruby who was very nice and greeted me with the biggest smile a complete difference from my first experience. David was my therapist and he was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I just want to thank Karin and her team for pulling out the red carpet for me and changing my experience, I will be back for sure

I really don't like months membership scenarios which is why this isn't rated higher. That said, I've always had a great massage experience. I like deep tissue since I workout all the time. They match me with the right person. But make sure to let them know what you want.

Judith is the best massage therapist! While I have been to many spas and have been under the care of many massage therapists, there is truly no one like Judith. I leave my sessions with Judith feeling like a new woman, physically and emotionally! She has a heart of gold and is a wonderful person to talk to. I feel like I get free therapy sessions with her because she just always knows all the right things to say. She is so personable, despite just meeting my husband and I, she remembers things we tell her, personal struggles we face, and always checks in on us and how we’re doing. I really can’t say enough good things about her! If you are looking for the ultimate relaxation and ready to leave your massage session feeling like a new person, schedule with Judith! She is wonderful all around.

They double booked my appointment and threatened to contact the police when I questioned them. Edited to add: I asked the owner to call me. Instead she made up a story about my refusing to provide a credit card. I never got a call about a credit card, since I booked online. Last, I booked online and showed my confirmation email to the manager. She was perplexed as to how the double booking happened. She stated that she would contact the tech team. That doesn’t sound like the lie the owner described. I called to ask for the owner. The manager acted like I was at fault and hung up on me. I called back. I’m glad they record calls - they should review them to go over their lies. This is not how to run a business. Lying about customers, not acknowledging errors, scamming people is not worthy of a business in this community.

They would not honor their own prices listed online. The lady said prices went up September 1st on the massages to 145.00 for 90min when it shows 119.00 on the website, they would not honor their mistake for not updating website (I’m writing this review November 5th) so not updating their website prices for over 2 months. What a shame to provide no customer service to point out their mistake and not keep a potential life long customer. It’s a scam for drawing new clients in on the online prices and then dropping the ball on them about prices increasing over 30.00 for their service.

Top notch massage therapists! I've been to a few here and all have been great. A true cut above the competitors. I drive over 45 minutes to get to an Elements despite the many other choices in my neighborhood.
