Everyone is friendly. Front desks are very welcoming. My therapist - Lolo is AMAZING as always. She's very competent on what she does. I remember way back, I was just supposed to used my last session here from a different location yet when I meet Lolo I decided to stay and have been going ever since.

Craig was freaking awesome. Ive got a bad lower back and recently tweaked it super bad. It hurt no matter what I was doing. Sitting, standing, walking, laying down, … I saw that Craig specialized in sports injuries and stretching which sounding like the medicine I needed. Sure enough Craig was super knowledgeable and was able to pin point exactly what I needed. I left feeling so much better. And now, two days later my back is in such a better place. I HIGHLY recommend him

I absolutely love elements massage especially the greenfield location. Everything is so hassle free and the front desk attendants are always so polite and helpful and sharlene gives great massages! Such a breathe of fresh air compared to their competition (massage envy) which is an absolute nightmare all the way around. Come to elements massage and you will be so rewarded!!

I visited this facility last week as a result of waking up with an acutely sore neck, after sleeping on a very high pillow. I'm visiting Arizona from Ontario, Canada and after looking at the various reviews on this website, I decided to book a massage. After explaining my situation upon booking, I was advised that Ahdra would be the best person to treat me. Audra listened to my story/concerns and treated me accordingly. During my 1 hour treatment, I was giving feedback and Ahdra kept the dialog going to ensure that the pressure she was applying was tolerable. She was very professional, comes with many years of experience and knowledge. My neck felt better following the treatment but still experienced pain and soreness which was expected. After a few days of icing, taking some pain meds and stretching the area, along with plenty of hydration, my neck felt so much better and the situation settled down. There is still some stiffness but very manageable. Thank you Ahdra so much for your "hands-on". Much appreciated. I highly recommend Ahdra.

Tyler has the hands of an angel. A very strong, yet also delicate angel. He truly feels your muscles and moves with them in ways I can not even put into words. I have hypertonic muscles, so anyone who has ever done deep tissue slides or bounces off of my muscles because they are so taut. But not Tyler. The control he has in his movement is like non else and the pressure is always perfect. He is also always on time to start which is 👌🏻👌🏻 for me.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. Heather did a fantastic job in our 90-minute session. I felt so great and relaxed afterwards. Best decision my wife and I have ever made - taking time to care for ourselves by getting massages monthly at Elements.

What I enjoy the most at Elements Spa Massage, is the overall friendly atmosphere from both massage therapists and front desk associates. Whenever I walk in, I am always welcomed with a friendly hello and feel confident there will be no issues with my massage appointment. If there are any issues I do encounter, the front desk associates have handled it very professionally. I used to be a former member however, had to stop coming in due to stomach health issues. However, around that time I canceled as a member, the front desk associates showed great empathy, care and support for what I was going through. They made the process of canceling my membership at that time very seamless and stress free. I recently came in for a massage after over five months since my last visit and am thinking about becoming a member again. One of the front desk associates offered an "Every other month" option I could do since I am still going through the same stomach issues. I really like this option because I feel more confident and less pressured about coming in if I am not feeling too well that month. I appreciate all of you guys and thank you so much for the support!

The location feels high-end and very calming. The gals at the front are always so welcoming and upbeat. I like having a variety of massage therapists to choose from. I highly recommend Karen!

The front desk is super friendly and make you feel welcome instantly. They provide great service. I loved how they had the intake forms online so I could complete them prior to my first visit, it made a very convenient and saved time once I got there. The massage with Tyler was great and I enjoyed the peppermint patty after service. I’m an elements member and will definitely be back!

Getting a massage at Elements was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff is friendly and efficient and very welcoming. My massage from Shak was great! He's very professional and ensured that I was comfortable and pressure was good. This was the best massage I've had in years.

I am down here visiting my grandparents and treated my grandma to a massage here. I had wanted a firm/deep tissue pressure and booked with Lucio and it was better than any massage I’ve ever had in MN. My Grandma booked with Pedro and wanted lighter pressure and she too enjoyed it very much and is going back! Would highly recommend, and definitely coming back the next time I'm visiting.
