UPDATE: Its now been my 2nd Time here getting a Deep Tissue Massage & I feel AMAZING! This time I went for Level 4 Intensity which is the highest & the pain felt good, like a release because it was leaving my body. I am Legally Disabled with a Severe Tramatic Brain Injury & Veronica really connected to every muscle perfectly getting rid of my deep rooted knots 1 by 1. She was SUPER sensitive with my Head / Neck area too which is where my Brain Damage is mostly. I deal with 5/5 Brain Damage Pain on a daily basis & Veronica really made my day! Thanks Elements Massage! I'll be back soon. Totally worth it! I fell so much better after Olga knocked out like 50 nasty knots in my Back. The atmosphere is very welcoming & the person at the front desk was very compassionate / friendly as well. I had Olga do Deep Tissue Massage work on my Back & it feels perfect. She listens to you well & has beautiful skills. I had her go all out & it wasnt too intense & she can be sensitive too if need be. I have early symptoms of Fibromyalgia & the massage really BENEFITTED me. I can't stop smiling. I'll be back. Thanks!

Very satisfied with my massage at Elements Massage Portland. I was sore from travelling and stressed before giving a conference presentation the next day, and the massage helped immensely with my pain and stress. My therapist, Noelle, was very thorough, identifying and improving all my problem areas (back, neck, calves, and feet) with the perfect amount of pressure. Noelle also was friendly and provided a relaxing/healing environment. I would highly recommend this service and will return if I'm ever in the area again.

I heavily recommend Radmila. She was meticulous and very detailed when working on my back and legs. I left feeling like I was floating on cloud nine with instructions on how to stretch my shoulders.

Kristen was amazing and even spent extra time explaining how to improve my posture/plantar fasciitis, etc.. she went above and beyond to get to all my problem spots

Matthew was awesome! Very attentive and skillful. Elements is a great spot. I felt very welcomed and comfortable when I got there. I was just visiting from out of town, but if I was local I would definitely be going back for any future massages!

The Elements staff is wonderful, from front desk, to excellent massage therapists. Each therapist has expertise in specific & universal methodologies. I've been a client for years. As I age, there are, of course, more "issues". At each appointment, my therapist asks, if there's a particular area she'd like for me to pay special attention.She's remarkable in how she zones in on the very specific muscles, nerves and bone structure!

Nicholas has magic hands!!! He helped release some super tight muscles in my armpit & shoulder that have been problematic for years! & He got into a spot in my lower back that felt like stretching a previously unknown muscle from my spine to my pelvis; after years of lumbar pain & stiffness, this was euphoric!!! The business itself is very clean & quiet, front desk staff is courteous & helpful. I loved they have heating pads on the massage tables themselves so it keeps u nice & toasty during your session. Highly recommend this place for a "treat yo'self" kinda day!

Wonderful therapist (Tim), a serenely quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I really did almost fall asleep on the table and I never relax that much outside home but Tim and this place came close. Would highly recommend to any locals or visitors.

Wendy was amazing! She's so considerate, really trying to gauge what's the right pressure and asking about my comfort levels. I really appreciated her work. If I lived closer I would see her on a monthly if not weekly basis.
