My wife and I had a great experience at Elements Massage this last weekend. They were able to get us in the couples room on short notice for my wife’s Birthday. The entire staff was friendly and made our experience relaxing and comfortable. Kiera was my massage therapist and she was awesome, focusing on the areas where I needed extra attention and provided the perfect amount of pressure. We highly recommend this team and location for all of your massage needs.

Simplicity and willingness, to schedule. For context, I lift heavy objects, for a living. I also lift weights and train in Jiu-Jitsu. Therefore, you could say that my body takes a regular beating. I always feel relieved and relaxed after my massage appointment; and always look forward to the next appointment.

The desk staff is always pleasant and greets me by name. The therapist I see is very good. Always feel better after a visit.

I love this place! I have had great therapists and feel that they listen and communicate well. The office staff is great and helpful and listen to my needs!

Came to this location because they had far more availability than the one closer to me. Found out they also have a couples room! Tried Michelle and she did so well I'm doing 90 minutes next time! Felt SO good!

I've had multiple massage therapist. They have all been great. I have my favorite, but I know if I need to get worked on, first available will not be disappointing.

First time at Elements and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michelle was awesome! She delivered top notch service💯%!! The entire team was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The 90 min massage was THE BEST EVER!

It's very peaceful, relaxing and calm. When I called to make an appointment I received a VM, I decided not to leave a message and figured I would just call back later. But I did not have to do that, because I quickly received a call back when they saw they missed my call. That to me is service! My massage therapist was amazing. She listened to my concerns and asked me if the pressure was good or not and ALWAYS made me feel comfortable. If I needed.something adjusted or I needed the bed warmer warmer, she was on it. At the end, I loved it so much I signed up for a monthly membership, where I can use at any location. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone and everyone!

The location is very convenient and the environment was comfortable and inviting. The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable and easy and kind to work with. I was really pleased with my therapist and her ability to work out my pain points and apply deep pressure.

I was scammed! There is no corporate phone # to file a complaint. A national resentative told me I could only see their code of conduct handbook if I bought into the franchise at $15,000 and then she ghosted me when I asked for the customer complaint phone #. It's a predatory business and from what I'm seeing, there are the exact same complaints at multiple locations. I canceled my membership in 2022 at the location on Signal Butte but they continued to charge me while I was in hospital for 13 more massages which totaled over $1,500. As soon as I canceled ( For the 3rd time) they wiped out all massage credits and didn't even offer a gift card. No one would return my calls and they purposely lost my cancelation form. The owner only called me back when i tracked her down on Facebook. I explained that I am an unemployed mother on government food assistance and they were taking money that I had borrowed to support my kid. The manager sent me a contract that wasn't even my signature and then ghosted me. No one will help me.

They are not master level, So do not waste your time or money, And if you cancel your membership you have sixty days to use all your hours send time and money before they take it away from you... Then i'm bored never satisfied and this location.. No deep tissue.. Find a better location

Very friendly staff. Leccxy, the therapist, was very informative and a great listener, really understanding my problem areas and discussing mini stretches I could do to help with the tense muscles. 100% recommend Elements Massage!
