Igor is PHENOMENAL! The front desk guy doesn’t really pay attention or listen very well… It could be because he’s basically geriatric (NO HATE OR DISCRIMINATION, I’m glad to see grandpa is getting his green! Just be aware of the situation) Make sure you speak slowly, loudly, and repeat yourself five or six times and he might actually type things in correctly.

The therapists and reception at the Hampden and Tower location are super friendly. Amy does a fantastic job applying the right pressure.

I’ve had massage therapists at different Elements locations, but Igor is my new favorite! He is very thorough and checks in regularly on pressure and temperature. I requested level 2 pressure and he was consistent throughout my 90 minute session. I was there to primarily get some work done on my legs and feet during marathon training, but in some of the upper body work he had inadvertently resolved wrist discomfort and weakness that I’ve had for more than 6 months. It has gotten so bad that I’ve avoided strength training in fear that I’d drop a dumbbell on myself due to the pain. My session was a few hours ago and to my surprise, it no longer twinges/hurts and I can finally pick up equally weighted items with my left hand without restriction. There must have been some tightness that was causing the issue, and Igor’s thoroughness helped resolve it. On a separate note, I’ve not had trouble using my membership at this studio. I’ve had two different home studios (one in Seattle for about two years, and now a new home studio in Greenwood Village). I booked an appointment in the morning and by the time I showed up for my 6:15pm appt, the manager had already cleared the use of my credits from the other studio.

Everyone is very professional and the customer service exceptional. The therapists want to understand exactly why your visiting and take great care making sure your satisfied.

Set your alarm for 60 minutes when you start 60 minute massage. You will find you are only getting 45 minutes. I have timed my last three sessions and I have not been given my 60 minutes massage. When I asked the third time why , they explained that they subtract time for set up and clean up from my massage sessions. So in reality the 60 minute massage session is 45 minutes massage and 15 minutes set up and clean up. Shame on Elements Massage,We are not getting our full 60 minutes of massage. I think we should be reimbursed with a free 30 minute massage.

I really just wanted a peaceful massage during a stressful time in my life. Instead, he was a salesman and kept "finding" things that were wrong with my body that he could easily fix over 3 90-minute sessions. I never had a moment of silence. It was so annoying and a waste of $120!

Massages are okay, but don’t EVER buy a gift card from this place. My mom bought two gift cards at this location only for them not to work when I went to redeem them. That was a couple hundred dollars wasted.

My wife got a massage yesterday and it was the worst she has had. She has been going to this place for years and maybe the new mnmngt hired new guy that doesn't listen to his clients and or maybe his deep tissue massage is weak as heck. SHE specifically said she had a brand new tattoo on her leg and that she only wanted her upper back and neck massaged NOT her legs and he spent half the time on her legs and irritated her tattoo which she is now in alot of pain from the oil and rubbing of her tattoo she got 2 days ago. To top it all off he didn't even do her neck and lightly patter her back. Over all worst massage ever and she came home in more pain and muscles more sore.

Staff is well trained from the front desk to the massage therapists. The atmosphere is pleasant welcoming and relaxing. No loud smells.

Stephanie was my therapist and she was amazing! Attentive and relaxed. I felt really welcomed and safe in her presence. I was able to shut off and fall asleep. It’s nice to feel you can trust your therapist knows what to do and you can just relax.

The VA hospital ER didn't help, but their massage therapist found a torn muscle in my right leg. 5 massages later, I was out of the wheelchair and learning how to repair the damage. I've committed to getting monthly massages!

Worst first time customer experience! I send a email to them and me and person have been emailing back and forth but in no time has he apologized for nothing instead just asking questions and making me feel like it was my fault!
