Abbi was suggested to us by another client of hers. My spouse was wanting a ‘transformation cut’ from long hair to short. Abbi was very friendly and comforting during the entire process as well as helpful and informative. If we lived nearby then we would be repeating clients.

Abbi did (and always does) an amazing job! I’ve been going to her for almost a year now and I’m so thankful to her for nursing my hair back to a much healthier condition. She always takes into consideration what my vision, while still being professionally honest about what we can realistically achieve given my hair’s current state, etc. I cannot recommend her enough.

Cassie is the best stylist! She’s super sweet and easy to talk to and makes me feel beautiful every time I leave with my new haircut! She is super real about what is going to look best on me and how to accommodate haircut inspiration pics for my thin hair. She also helped me go from long hair to short hair progressively so I didn’t chop too much off at once and regret it (I absolutely love it short now with such a great cut). I really love how comfortable and confident I feel every time I come in. The prices are also super fair! 10/10 experience every time!

I got my hair dyed by Liv, who is a new stylist. I was not an easy job due to having long extensions but Liv was extremely patient and gave me the cutest hair! Highly recommend booking with her!!!

I have been coming to Element salon since I moved to Nashville in fall of 2023. Because my schedule has been very different depending on the week and month I have had to book with four different stylists. They have all been amazing. I think it says a lot for a salon that you can book with different people and still get really good results. Recently, I had my hair colored with Lindsay and am so pleased with the results. She listened very carefully to what I wanted, and the outcome was nearly identical to the photos I showed her. I’ve also had cuts at the salon and they’ve been great too. I feel the price they charge for the services is very fair. Some of the stylists who have more experience will be more expensive which is similar to all salons. Parking is very easy in an attached garage and they give you a code so that it’s free.

So it's been a little while since I came here to get my hair done. And I was debating on even leaving a review.. but everyday when I look at my hair I want to cry. So first when I went here I walked in and trinity was super nice, the place was clean, and they even give me wine while i was getting my hair done. So I arrived at 2:15 and left at 7. Which would have been fine but when I left my hair was orange..i was very unhappy so trinity scheduled me for a redo 2 weeks later. I came back and her and another lady re bleached my hair. It was blonde like I asked I was happy. The next day I realized that the 2 front pieces had burnt off from the double bleach jobs... wtf. So now I have two short pieces that wanna stick straight out.. All I'm saying is I paid $230 and this had been a horrible experience. I have to wear it up alot because it looks crazy in the front. Trinity may be great at alot of things but IF YOU HAVE DARK HAIR PLEASE DONT GO HERE TO GET IT BLEACHED.. Honestly if you didn't 100% know how to do something right the 1st time when it comes to someone's hair then TELL THEM so they can have someone to do it right the 1st time plz... I'll post pics of after the 1st visit, after the 2nd, and then how it still looks like 6 weeks later! Even today I try to lightly straiten my hair these 2 pcs stick out... flm

UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT RATE THIS SHOP HIGHER DUE TO CONSTANTLY OVERLAPPING CLIENTS. It’s NOT the hairdresser fault because she has added notes to my account to block time when I go in monthly for hair color and extensions. This year they have double booked her FOUR different times causing extreme delays in my services & adding unnecessary stress! Additionally, there is always blame put on the system or some other technology mishaps: quite frankly for the money I pay every month & the years I’ve have been their customer I wish they would get it together. Lexx has been my hairdresser for over a decade now. She’s an amazing color specialist always very attentive & so knowledgeable. She keeps my hair trendy, healthy & beautiful. She’s always punctual & the in an uplifting mood. I hope the salon ownership /management gets it together soon, or I’ll have to consider other alternatives.
