I would not recommend to anyone who is also shy. It was my first time getting my eye brows threaded and I let the person who did my eyebrows know that because when she asked me what I wanted I said I wasn’t too sure. Just NOT thin eyebrows because I DO NOT like myself with thin eyebrows and she gave me thin eyebrows…. I think they might just be so busy that they want to get people done with quickly which I understand, the wait time was short… but I think she just heard the word thin and thought that was what I wanted. I wanted to cry. The receptionist asked how I liked it which I think was great but if you are shy obviously confronting or complaining is scary. The environment personally did not make me feel comfortable to say anything to either the artist or receptionist which was my fault for not saying anything. If you are someone who needs to feel comfortable with staff to speak up, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Also she didn’t do the whole outward bottom on my left eyebrows.. I think maybe because two people were taking supplies from the same station.

i went there today for my first time , as a walk in and was attended immediately, the place smells good and is clean ! i went with shabana and all i said was i want my eyebrows and upper lip done , she didn’t ask how i wanted them but she did them exactly how i wanted them too , i got my arch back ! it was super fast , yes it hurt but the whole process lasted no more than 3-4 minutes , at the end it costed $10 i love this place so much

Z, does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I was even able to convince my boyfriend to come here and do his now he can go without me when I'm not home!
