First time visit and it was interesting to say the least. I made an appointment at 5 but the lady didn’t start my nails until 5:20. After glueing on the tips, she got up and left to go do four people’s eyebrows. Then she came back, put on the acrylic, and got back up to go do two more people’s eyebrows. She didn’t really talk or explain to me what was going on, but it was pretty easy to figure out in such a small place. The equipment is worn, but even though it took forever to get my nails done, they’re really good quality and the price is insanely cheap compared to other salons I’ve been to. $45 for a full acrylic set is SUCH a steal. Honestly, as long as you don’t care too much about sitting around for 2 hours, this is your place.

Wed night, I had a 5:30 appt for a mani/pedi. Even though it appeared to be a slow night, finally, about 6:30, it was my turn. I had been going there for several months and my daughter was getting married the next day, so I stayed. For the first few months, they put me with the older gentleman. The pedicures were not very good. He needs to retire. Last month, I requested a female. A lovely young woman did a great job. I requested a female again. They put me with an older woman. She was continuously wandering off during the pedicure. I had to ask her 3 different times, if she could work on the same area of my heel. I showed her this same area each time. She would work on my feet for a few minutes, then wander around as if she were lost. She finally began to do my manicure sometime after 8 pm. For this entire time, she wandered back and forth. She let me know she didn't understand or speak English throughout the night. It was finally time to pay. I gave her my card a few different times before she applied the pre-color. I also called my husband to pick me up. It was now 8:30. He had been there waiting in the car. Before she painted one hand, I put my card in her hand this time. While I was signing for the card, yes, I messed up my thumb which she had painted. I pointed to my ruined thumb as if to ask her to re-do it. Now, she was able to speak English. She was very loud and told me that I had ruined it when I signed with my card. She didn't want to fix it. Finally, it was 9:00, she had finished. I walk with a cane and they always help me out of the chair. There was one lone woman getting a fill with a gentleman up in the front helping her. There was no one else around. I said, "excuse me". He slammed both hands on his table and yelled "Give me a minute."

I had previously had a bad experience here but decided to give it a second chance, my first experience they let a very young teenager do a pedicure on me. She cut one of my toe nails super short, I was so disappointed because it looked horrible! Now recently I decided to give them a second chance, a young gentleman did my gel nails. He wasn’t particularly nice. Seemed like he was just rushing to get to the next client. The nails didn’t even make it a full 2 weeks before they started lifting from the inside of the nails. I’m a loan processor work 9 hours a day so for this 2 weeks the nails didn’t really do much. But the fact that they didn’t last at least 2 weeks it’s awful. I feel like I waisted $50 + tip on a set of nails that didn’t last 1 bit. So unsatisfied.

I literally got cut around my cuticle here. The individual doing my nails went way to close with the drill and cut my cuticle. Go somewhere else! They were trying to charge me $40 and I told them I would pay max $35 because I got INJURED. Then the person doing my nails was the one checking me out, and she didn’t even look at my nail to see if I actually got cut. My cuticle in the picture below is clearly cut. Then she acted like I was crazy and like she didn’t cut me. I get accidents but they need to be accounted for. Don’t go here!

First of all, I have never written a bad review until now, and if I could give this place a negative 5 stars...I WOULD! My friend and I went to this salon yesterday July 6th based on a friend's recommendation. We were looking forward to going. The place was busy when we arrived and we were asked to wait after advising the lady at the frontmost chair that we both wanted manicures and pedicures done. That was understandable due to the number of people in front of us. They then asked one of us to sit in the pedicure chair after about 40 minutes. My friend went and sat in the chair. I was still waiting. My friend had already been waiting in the chair for about 35+ minutes when they asked me to go and sit in the next pedicure chair. By this time, they still had not started my friends' pedicure. About 20+ minutes later, someone came to start doing my feet. I should have known there would have been bad service from the start because there was no introduction, no smile and no welcoming attitude from the employee. All that was said to me was..."YOU CHOOSE...WHICH ONE YOU WANT" from the laminated paper menu that I was handed. I opted for the regular pedicure. The lady that was doing my feet was very harsh from the beginning and actually cut my cuticle too low on my left foot, but I let that slide. As she continued, she again nicked me on one of my toes on the right foot (as seen in the photo) and I jerked back from the intensity of the cut. The lady looked up at me as though I did something wrong and she did not even apologize. I was quite upset but she did not care. I sat in silence while she was finishing. She seemed to get frustrated when I was trying to explain the color that I wanted, so I ended up getting it myself. Afterward, my feet did not look nice at all. I could have done a better job with my opposite hand and blindfolded! Before starting, I had wanted a manicure but I had changed my mind. So, I waited for my friend to get her fill-in done. She had already been waiting a while since finishing her pedicure. They must have forgotten about her because 3-4 people were serviced before her though she had been waiting a while. She was now also fed up. We both ended up leaving not having our hands done and me being dissatisfied about my feet. The only reason I wrote this is because my toe was still stinging when I got in the shower this morning. Dear Management, You have to do better! All businesses should focus on customer service and repeat business. You should never let someone leave your establishment not feeling satisfied or even highly satisfied with the service they have been provided.

Horrible, they tried to blame me for not “explaining correctly” what style I wanted even though I did and he even repeated it after me. They didn’t come nothing like how I wanted them and their prices are outrageous considering they didn’t even do a good job.

I called last minute to see if I could come in to get service, when others were closed or said they were closing. JC removed my previous gel and put new acrylic on my natural nails and polished my nails “Bunny White” and she took her time paying attention to the details of the acrylic overlay and the polishing. I will be back to see JC, for sure. Thanks !!!

Kim do a great job the only thing I don't like is I make an appointment before I came because I don't like to be waiting but they never respect your time I still have to wait 30 to 40 minutes with the appointment ahead.

Omg!! I'm so disappointed that I sat through this service. I am beyond shocked at how filthy this salon is. From floor to ceiling it is so dirty. Walls,windows,cupboards, chairs, stations, etc. This list goes on and on!! I literally had to tune out the mess. We deserve better in our area!! Please be warned and aware. Until they take pride and care of their business , I will not be back.

The last time I got my pedicure done the guy who did my pedicure used too much machine and thinned out my toenails so much they were hurting. Now my nail has cracked and is hurting even more. When I mentioned it to Lynn he said next time let him know so he can tell him not to use as much machine. I asked if I could get a discount because I was having pain. He said no. I shouldve have left without paying their service because they left me in pain and now i cant get another pedicure until my nails grow out. I will definitely not be going back here. 👎🏻

This has always been my go to place for pedicures. But lately they have not respected time, nor the fact that I was there before someone else. I even went up to the owner and informed her I was there before and would like a pedicure since I had been sitting there for 30 minutes. She assured me I would next but yet when it came to it the other lady was seated before me. I was upset and walked out. I went back every time because I have been going there for years, but moving forward I will being taking my business elsewhere!

Best nail salon in the area! They always kill it and the nails last and are beautiful. I’ve been coming here for a year and will never go somewhere else ! I recommend everyone to come here !

Didn't stay for any kind of service. The facility is filthy, probably the dirtiest salon I have ever stepped foot in. Giving 2 stars because the staff seemed nice.

Initial contact good. Was told to take a seat. A half hour later STILL HAD NOT BEEN CALLED. After 40 minutes with no acknowledgement I LEFT. It was hot in there -- they had their door propped open...Seems AC not working. Would not recommend.

Just got my nails done for the first time By Kim, I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for some custom work on their nails! She did absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what I ever expected! Definitely trying to become a regular😍

i went in for a set and they didn’t even do them correctly. they made the nails super blocky and see through.
