I had very high hopes that my $60 nails were going to be great. Unfortunately I should have waited until I got back to Baltimore to get my nails done by my nail tech. Michelle was so nice but the nails I got have nearly all broken and I may as well have thrown $60 out the window instead of got my nails done. I’m so disappointed. I tried to go back and get them fixed but I didn’t have time. I recommend doing 3-4 dip powders. $60 is crazy. They charged extra for almond shape and nobody said it would be extra which is crazy to me they aren’t upfront with prices. Also $15 for eyebrows is crazy I read it was 10$. I’ll stick to my Baltimore prices

I love this place always recommend this salon over any others in the area even with long lines it’s worth it, I had gotten a bad gel manicure somewhere yesterday went to elegant nails I knew they would fix everything and repainted my nails great prices and wonderful employees I will ask for David every time so helpful and patient

I’ve visited Elegant Nails many times over the last two years. Sometimes twice a month… today I was very disappointed as I was trying to have a mommy and daughter day. I took my daughter who is 4 to get her nails painted. We signed in at noon! Waited almost an hour and a half. A family of 5 came in with an appointment and they took every single one of them ahead of us. I continued to wait another 20 minutes and finally walked out. I’ve taken my daughter there many times before and never had this occur. Grant you there were only three workers. I just don’t know why they would schedule an appointment for 5 people if they only had 3 people scheduled to work. And couldn’t just paint a little girls nails before taking all of the older customers who has the patience to wait!

The employees are absolutely amazing. So sweet and shows acts of kindness. I about cried when I seen this employee do what he did today he’s an angel the whole time I was here I’ve never seen him not smile and be kind to someone it’s really nice to see

so nice there the wait is kinda long but it’s worth it! they are fast once they start doing your nails though and do a great job! They r very patient with you! they make sure you like your color of your mail polish before they continue!

I went in to see about getting gel nails done. The lady told me that they would be $50. But then after she puts the nails on my finger she tells me it will be $70. I feel they are taking advantage of their customers. I'll never go back there until everyone I know about how they take care of their customers. THEY DON'T

I would give this place one star, but my first experience was great. However my second time visiting this salon I had a male do my pedicure (I mention this because first time was a woman) I had to pull my feet away from him twice because he hurt me. First time he took the file edge across my toes skin and almost cut me, and the second time he started filing the callus off my feet without looking to see they were cracked and he made the cracks worse. My feet ached the rest of the evening because of this. They also came over to get my daughter and I had to lean forward to reach her in her stroller, well when I did this I pulled my feet back from him after he had towel dried them and accidentally put them in the water (I’m 9 months preggo bending and reaching is hard) I thought the guy was going to throw a tantrum over having to dry my feet again, he threw his head back and scoffed shook his head and turned away from me to laugh in an oh my god type manner. I will never use this place again after this, it was not a spa day for me at all, but something uncomfortable I wish I would not have paid for

This was my first time here and wished I had chose them years ago. Absolutely wonderful staff & very clean. It lists them closing online at 7:30. I showed up at 6:30 and asked if they had time for just a pedi. They did, so I waited. They never mentioned closing soon. It wasn't until I got in my chair that I realized they actually closed at 7. I felt bad and apologized but they were so kind & welcoming, not bothered at all by it. David was very detailed oriented and done such a fantastic job. Seriously the best pedi I have ever had!!!

Waited over an hour for a basic pedicure. Their English is not good at all. We had to kelp telling them that our toenails needed to be smooth. Trust me, go somewhere else

Would have been better off going to Walmart up the road and getting fake nails from there. Staff is friendly but I did not receive the nails I wanted and when I spoke about it I got no response from nail tech. Very unhappy as these nails were for my prom yet I am EMBARRASSED to go to prom in them.

The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, but the nail technician did not do a very good job with painting a floral design on my toe. He did it twice, yet just couldn't get beyond an elementary 5 petal flower.
