Pedicure was great but eyebrow tint didn’t last more than 2days. $25 wasted and they said they don’t fix them after 3days. I came on Saturday 11/30 and came in 12/3 to get my pinky toe redone because the gel came off and the tint.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. They didn’t file my nails, can’t make a coffin shape, took 2 hours to do my nails, laughing in our face because we’re saying to do the right thing, my nails can make someone bleed because of how sharp they are. IVE NEVER seen such a bad place I can’t believe it do NOT COME HERE.

Piss poor experience. I have been coming to this establishment for 2 years regularly every 2-3weeks and of course the customer service could be a little better but the disrespect I have experienced today is more than unacceptable! I arrived to fix my nail as I recently broke it at work. I walked in and no one greeted me I spoke with someone and said I needed to fix a nail the person I spoke with looked around and reluctantly got up. As she began my fixing my nail more customers walked in. She greeted them and asked what they wanted of course and then told me to get up and go to someone else as if I was some trash that she couldn’t be bothered with. The next person barely filed my nail put the gel top coat and literally got up and left to service someone else. when I looked at my nails it gave distant cousins and not twins. I literally sat there because ain’t no way I’m being treated like this. So after some time someone finally spoke to me and said I think you’re finished to which I replied I am not because my nail still needs to be fixed. They then began to chatter in their native language and left me sitting there and after 10mintues the original person can and fixed my nail. I will not EVER return and I suggest whoever is reading this and made it this far NEVER EVER EVVER come here. Thank you.

My grandma and I went here on march 20th 2024. I got a simple pedicure with regular polish and my grandma got a mani/ pedi no polish. The person who did my toes told me the polish was dry in which it wasnt which caused me to mess it up. My grandma went to get her mani done and the woman didnt shape her nails, left catches in her nail and didnt even make an effort to do them right. I feel like we shouldve been taken care of a bit better. I think that if you arent getting polish then they dont care. We will never be returning to this business and definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Ask prices first. My nails were done in 25 minutes. The girl was rushing. I was charged $50 dollars for acrylic fills because I asked her to make them a little bit shorter. So, it was $40 for fill and $10 for buffing them down. Not a good service and definitely not worth the money.

Been here a couple of times and today is honestly my last day… Went in yesterday and it was empty, told the guy I wanted a new set, and pedicure. It started out okay.. the nail takeoff was fairly easily. However; when it came to the nail tech doing my nails he was very rough with my hands overall. He literally was scratching and pulling at my skin… saying I needed my cuticles cut, but pulling at my skin no…I’ve never experienced that before and I truly don’t have rough or bad hands. Also I felt like he was trying to charge me for extra services vs listening to what I asked for… In addition to this, I think it’s very unprofessional for employees to sit up and do their own nails and toes while guests are in your business … there was one girl just waiting on her eyebrows because the other two nail techs were too busy doing their own nails and toes… When the other girl came out she look like she had been sleeping.. then another young lady had to request someone else to do her nails because the other nail tech was not listening..and he had a pretty bad attitude. When she requested a different nail tech for the third time, they started talking in their language and laughing it was very uncomfortable … When my nails were finally done.. he was already at the cash wrap and totally forgot I needed a pedicure.. “had to remind him that either know he was trying to add on other services I did not ask for” the pedicure was better, but still too rough..and overall I was just ready to go.. Majority of your guests are women of color if you don’t know how to respect or listen to them you shouldn’t be servicing them.

HORRIBLE nail techs. Showed them a design. Tech, young make, Friday, 08/31/2023, all he had to say was, “we don’t have the products to do that.” Also, requested an overlay but he did these big blunt tip, non polished, nails. I have taken pictures and posting them all over social media. The nails are big and blunt, they got together and tried mixing some messes together to come up with chrome; I still gave him a $12 plus tip because he removed old acrylic also and did a great job with that. I am done with these crooks. The youngest girl there who tries to do eyelashes is horrible also.

I went for a gel pedicure and the coat was so thick that it formed a bubble and popped on 3 of my toes. John is the only person who does an amazing job.

It was okay. Cut my cuticle. Definitely didn’t use new/clean nail supplies. Did not deliver requested shape. But overall, it was okay. However,I will come back to give them another chance

On February 14, 2023 I went to get a pedicure I had the youngest tech what didn’t do scrape my entire feet with the scrapper she use the board, didn’t trim my to nails good had to go back over them did not rub my feet but o she only put one layer of clear polish when I asked her to apply 2 layer did not remove completely all my polish off my toes did not show me the color nail chart to pick from and as I was observing all this there is a pregnant tech there literally gazing at me sitting in front of me when I looked up she just started looking at her phone, that made me as a customer uncomfortable while it was another customer had issues with a tech herself he couldn’t understand what the customer said which she said uno mean 1 and she put 1 finger I will not be going back anytime soon

The people who used to own the shop sold it about 2 years ago to these people who clearly have no clue on what good customer service is and definitely don’t know how to do nails or pedicures.. they gave me a foot fungus bcuz they don’t clean and sterilize the pedicure equipment .. just gross .. they are only good for one thing lashes and brows thanks to MeMe the other ones don’t know what their doing .. and she picks and chooses who she provides her services to .. smh bring back the old crew we don’t like the new crew !!!!!

The tech I had was horrible and rude no solution in the water it took him 30 minutes for a pedicure he didn't even soak my feet a pedicure take longer than 30 minutes, I was just trying them the only thing I get done there is my eyebrows (MeMe). They don't ever have to worry about me it was convenient for me that's the only reason I let him do it, I'll just drive the extra mile and get the my eyebrows and pedicure done and get the respect I deserve for spending my money. They are too young they don't know anything about pedicures. They have terrible attitudes speaking all of that broken laguage . Race makes a difference also.

I got a deluxe pedicure and a French acrylic manicure. 1st, I said French. I did not say Pink and White. This is not 2003. Two different ppl did my services. My toes were the darkest pink base I have ever seen and when I asked the person who did them for a lighter color, he “couldn’t find one”. My nails were gorgeous but they were done by John(the owner). I asked him to fix my toes and he said he would have to charge me for a whole new service because he didn’t do my toes. Absolutely not. I made is very clear(verbally) that my toes looked like a toddler had done them. Don’t go here unless JOHN is doing your nails AND your toes. 2 stars just because he did a good job on my nails.

I received a deluxe pedicure and what was supposedly a gel manicure. The cost was $125 and I gave a $15 tip total $140. My pedicure was supposed to be 55 minutes (only lasted 20 if that, the lady who did them was nice but she seemed as if it was her first time doing a pedicure. She never trimmed my cuticles back and she never cleaned under my toe nails. The guy who interpreted for her said she didn’t go under my nails because they seemed cleaned already 😩😩😩. On to my manicure; guy came over to the pedicure chair where I was sitting; never soaked my hands just begin to file my nails; trimmed them low. He stated he would finish after my pedicure was done. He just wanted to get a head start on my nails. After my pedicure I proceeded to his chair and never once did he begin giving me a manicure, he begin to put gel polish on my nails and that is all folks 😂😂😂. I literally just threw $140 away. I could’ve purchased some powerball tickets. I probably would have felt better. They are nice people but they are lacking in performance. I won’t go back. #LessonLearned

This is the worse mail job I ever received, I request oval French manicure and what I got was a pointy uneven and bumpy surface nails job, some of the nails looked like it has a dent between my nail bed and the tip making look like spoon with a big bump, you can be able to see it and de finally feel those bumps, I told the girl and she keep talking undenerh her breath in her language, This people I don’t think they are license to be performing that type of job. It’s hard to believe that someone would give them a license when they don’t know how work on nails and also can’t understand customers neither. I was been nice and patient letting her know what was wrong but she couldn’t understand English or she refused to fixed. I highly won’t recommend this place unless you want to threw your money away.

Went in for lashes , quickest lash appointment I ever had , she put them on and then left and came back for payment.. 10 mins if even that for the whole appointment ..they came off in 2 days…
