Dont do your eyebrows here. I told the lady I wanted wax and she insisted I should do that thing they use instead. I said no. She did wax them and them started using the thread. I told them since the beginning I want my brows clean and thick because thats how they are. I show them a picture. Well, when I saw my brows they were so thing that I look different. She deformed my face. This has never happened to me in all the years I have been fixing my brows. This is terrible. Dont even try this place.

I told one of the ladies I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned and she absolutely destroyed my brows. They are paper so thin it’s absolutely ridiculous. Me and my daughters have been going for a while now so I went to get my eyebrows done before my vacation and this happened for the first time. The lady didn’t even speak a lick of English so every time I tried to tell her that is wasn’t good or something she would literally laugh or just grab my face and move it back and forth saying it looks good.

Love my to-go, no appointment needed eyebrow place. The place is clean, maintained and the staff is great. Ask for Shaily, she is just wonderful, her work is perfection goes above and beyond for your satisfaction. Love her. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been here three times. And after this last time, we will never be back. The first time was very good. The second time my eyebrows were so thin that I look like a completely different person. But this last time was terrible. The lady told my daughter that she’s all done. When she opened her eyes, so much hair got in her eyes. I came up to her to try and help her, and I asked the lady if she can give me some sort of napkin, or something to clean her face. There was hair all over her eyelids and cheeks. The lady just stared at me like, I was asking her something wrong. There was tons of tiny little hairs and my daughter’s eyes. There were used to be really good, but we definitely won’t be back.

Last time I came to get my upper lip waxed here and when I went home I had a huge painful burn on my face that stayed there for a long time. Today I was reluctant to come in to get my body waxed but I told Neelam about my previous experience and she was amazing did a great job today, very detail oriented.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had to switch from my old place because the women doing my brows did not know how to make my brows work. I came here and it is just wonderful. She makes my eyebrows just perfect, and I know I can trust her!
