They got me in last minute. They were very friendly! Slight language barrier but the stylists worked through it even harder to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Loved the music!

Hay un cubano ahi y me corto el pelo me hizo un fade y no esta bien alineado el fade y aparte con la navaja a las orillas del corte me corto 4 veces y aparte cobra 40 por corte muy mal recomendado

I used to go there year ago and they did a good job and competitive prices, I went there again because I was in the area.... $35 + $1.50 card fee + tip for a men haircut with just a little bit of trim, that's 2 haircuts LITERALLY anywhere else.

Went in for a trim. Talked to the young women, she showed me she would be cutting off 3 inches. 30 minutes later she had cut off 12 inches. She only stopped cutting because I told her enough.

Busque los servicios de Elegant Beauty Salon. Si bien hubo amabilidad en el trato, no se cumplió con mi expectativa.De partida, pedí un corte que quedó relativamente bien, (fue lo primero que hizo) pero al termino me dí cuenta que había en la parte izquierda un corte muy desafortunado para mi, pedí mechas platinadas, y color base, café mediano. Habiendo seleccionado el tinte, ella comenzó la decoloración, me pidió que esperara, sé que ese tiempo es relativo, pasaron 50 minutos, y le avisé, a lo que ella respondió... faltan 5 minutos!, ( estaba con otro cliente). Luego de ese tiempo, sacó la mescla de decoloración con agua, sin aplicar shampoo u otro producto que indicara el retiro total de la mescla de decoloración, y al mismo instante procedió a aplicar el color base, ( café mediano),Esto provocó una incómoda picazón en mi cabeza, la llamé y le dije la situación, ella me respondió que no tenia suficiente cebo en mi cabeza y por eso tenia picazón, le había mencionado que hacia 3 días que no lavaba mi pelo, me pasó un peine para yo frotar mi pelo, era desesperante, ella regresó con un cepillo y procedió a pasarlo por mi cabeza para ayudarme con tan incomoda picazón.luego masajea mi cabeza , no estoy segura si se lavo sus manos, solo vi que tomó una toalla y secó o limpió sus manos, se fue a atender a otro cliente, y me dejó allí lidiando con la molesta picazón, tomé la toalla para secar mi frente porque tenia mescla, y ésta olía muy mal, la puse en mismo lugar. Cuando terminó con el cliente que tenía, ( 45 minutos después) vino a sacarme la mezcla de tintura, la que seguía picando en mi cabeza Ésta vez sí aplicó shampoo y un poco de acondicionador, procede a secarme el pelo con la misma toalla mal olor con la que ella se secó las manos antes, recién volví al sillón inicial, todo el tiempo estuve en la incómoda silla del lavadero de pelo. No podía creer lo que había hecho con mi pelo, no habían mechas platinadas que yo había pedido, arriba era rubio, que no me favorecía, y se veían las raice de las canas, y atrás era café le pregunté qué pasó, me dio excusas sin sentido, me sugiere oscurecer el tono, lo que accedí, , porque me sentía pésimo con ese tono. 15 minutos más con mezcla en mi cabeza, tono final... rubio ceniza arriba y café mediano atrás, que desastre! Me dijo que lo podía arreglar que me quedara, en verdad, no tenía tiempo de quedarme y lo otro mi pelo se había convertido en paja, no peinó, no aplicó un poco de aceite para una apariencia sedosa, nada! me dijo usted no quiere que arregle su pelo para que quede conforme, en verdad que no tenía tiempo para eso y seria maltratar más mi pelo al aplicar nuevamente productos porque el inicial ya lo había maltratado.Al pagar hizo un descuento que considero no fue mucho, porque mi pelo fue mal tratado. Tome las respectivas fotos, no sé si ir a otro salón porque no quiero aplicar más productos a mi cabeza , creo que sería invasivo. La verdad es que llegué a casa y lloré. Describo aquí mi experiencia para que sean más selectivos con el personal, que sean calificados, que no intenten hacer trabajos del cual de elegancia y profesionalismo no tuve la fortuna de experimentar en éste lugar, ésta fue una mala experiencia para mi y también para ellos, y deben aprender de estos garrafales errores y pulirse en todo aspecto, limpieza, orden, ambiente y personal calificado. Yo fui creyendo que mi pelo quedaría bien, no peor.

A good cut depends on whose giving the cut.been taking my boys here since they were in grade school, there are times the good barbers are busy with other customers and you get someone you dont want to do your hair to do it anyways.though they Wont do a good job boys always are respectful and thank them.these days its like I dont even know how much a cut really is with them.sonetimes you go and they say its $20 and if they clean your brow while cutting your hair then its $25....thats fine , but what I dont like is some days even when you didnt get your brows cleaned they charge you 30...last visit 11\03\21.lady charged both my boys $40 each when only one of them got his brows cleaned.was that ok?.....did not like it but she does not speak english that well and I didnt want to start anything so we left.not going back there again.

ZERO STARS!!! For 1. They should really tell people when you call to make the appointment that no one speaks English. 2. They should define themselves as a barber shop. I kept showing the “stylist” a picture of what I wanted because I could tell from the second I sat down no one spoke English and she would say “yeah-yeah”. Either she had no clue what I was asking for or she had no clue what she was doing! I asked for a darker color with some highlights(pic 1), I went home with a two-toned head(pic 2-4) and she had the nerve to charge me $156.00. Now I have an appointment to get it fixed at a different place! I didn’t see one other person in there getting color, all men or little boy haircuts. NEVER AGAIN!
