Jamie did my hair. She was very nice n made me feel comfortable right away I wanted mermaid hair I got half human half synthetic hair. My hair turned out great. I definitely recommend her if you're looking to do fashion colors.

Jamie did such an amazing job on my hair I've been looking for a good hair stylist for a long time since the place I went to close down and she did beautiful on my hair. I'll definitely be going back to her more often and we even scheduled a touch-up appointment in July just before I go on vacation. Highly recommend Jamie😀

I had not had my hair colored in nearly two years and Jaime did an amazing job on my balayage. The atmosphere was casual. Scheduling an appointment was super easy to do online. They got me in quickly. Appointment took less than two hours start to finish including the balayage, toner, haircut, and an additional smoothing/texture treatment. I was very happy. I will definitely be back!

Jamie did a fantastic job on my hair, best cut I've ever received bar none. She was the only stylist I've ever had to first dry my hair and then went back and cut it dry to make sure it was perfect. I will definitely be sticking with her from now on. She was so kind and really listened to what I wanted.

First time at this salon and had a great experience! Jaime did a wonderful job on my color. I went back in the next day to add some toner and she was able to get me right in. She really took her time, was extremely patient, and listened so she could get my color just right. She also did a great job cutting my 4 year old daughter’s hair and making her feel special. Her apprentice Izzy was wonderful as well. Prices are very fair and more than reasonable for the quality of work and great service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great salon!!

Jaime is great. Love her cuts and advice. Give her a try if you haven't already. You'll be glad you did. Sometimes you find a salon that does a great job on your hair. Sometimes you find a salon person that has a great demeanor/personality. Rarely, do you find a salon and salon person that is both. I can honestly say that New Image / Jaime is just that, a great salon and a great salon person.

Jen I believe her name is? I'm bad with names.. She did an awesome job! She knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted! My hair was a hot mess from other hair techs I went to. I was referred from a friend to go to New Image Beauty and I'm super happy and I feel way more confident with my hair! She color corrected my hair and created a beautiful balayage! She is super friendly, and I recommend her for a go to! Prices are decent as well:) very happy!

I walked into New Image Beauty Salon with low expectations, and even lower self-confidence. I had just had my world rocked by a brutal process of becoming "unmarried," and it left its mark on my soul. I had been living with bad haircuts from salons in the Grosse Pointes for more than two years (don't think money can buy you a fantastic haircut because I can show you photos of very expensive cuts from four salons in those "elite" areas that were plain awful!) I was fully prepared mentally to just live with another cut that somehow made me look worse as a human, but I still carried hope that eventually I would be restored, and find a place that could make me feel pretty again.... I called the Salon the first time, and actually chickened out, and hung up the phone! Apparently the woman on the other end knew that, and immediately called my phone back. I made the appointment with the owner of the salon, and as I said, showed up with a knot in my stomach. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by multiple friendly women, and had a lengthy talk with Jamie about what I was seeking, who I am, and how to best have my hair represent the fire in me. I entrusted my hair to Jamie, and let her be the professional.... THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING!!!!! This woman, Jamie, not only gave me a cut that I am in love with, but she captured the sass pot within me beyond perfect! She actually told me, "uh, you're about to lose your mom cut...." while snipping away. When she was finished, and spun my chair around (spoiler alert, she will make you wait to see the finished results) I cried tears of happiness because I felt beautiful on the outside, once more. (I'm actually choking a few back right now because I cannot express how this woman took a sad canvas and painted a beautiful portrait onto it) Jamie took her shears, and the many, many, many years of education under her belt, and transformed my life. I didn't go in with photos of what other women had, I explained a little about who I am, and her keen eye was able to bring forth the best cut for my face, the best color shades to enhance my skin tone, and softened my hair with an SOS treatment that didn't require me to lose ANY length! I walked out of that salon an inch taller.... I've since returned for a follow up appointment, and am just as happy as the first time I sat in her chair. I've also started taking my eight and two year old daughters to Jamie, and the girls loved every second of their treatment, too. Jamie treated my daughters as though they were people, and not just kids, and consulted them on what they wanted, too. I will entrust my, and my families, hair to Jamie as long as I live in proximity to where she is (even then I'd make the flight/drive home to her!). Thank you New Image Beauty, for living up to your name, and giving me a New Image that I love.

Jaime was great. We went in to get our nails done for a wedding and we were in a bind for a place to get ready for the actual wedding the next day. Jaime offered the salon and had a beautiful set up for us to comfortably get our hair done and put our dresses on. It was such a kind gesture and we really appreciated it. You don't come across kindness like that very often and it helped make the day even better. Thank you Jaime!
