First time visit. Very positive. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Brad and Audrey are obviously very knowledgeable and experts in their chosen fields. Questions were answered, and at no time did I feel I was being oversold any product or service which was much appreciated. I look forward to my next appointment.

My skin looks amazing since I got the Glow facial with Brad. During the facial he let me know what all of the steps were and how all of the products he used would benefit my skin. It was overall a very relaxing experience. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet as well. I can’t wait to go back!

Aubrey is so knowledgeable ! She asked what my biggest concern was, which at 52 are my drooping eyebrows. She treated that specific area and there was no pressure to treat any other areas. I felt like they were lifted before even leaving. My daughter got the hyperhidrosis treatment in her armpits. There was zero pain involved and she is SO excited for the results already. We both had such a great experience. My daughter commented to me in the car what a calming nature Aubrey had. We loved her assistant Alyssa too ! This was both our first cosmetic procedures and I’m so glad we put our trust in Aubrey and Elase.

Aubrey is the best!! She’s been injecting me for the last 6 years! I’ll follow her wherever she goes! I do Botox, lip filler and a little bit of filler in my smile lines with her. The atmosphere is wonderful and everyone there is so polite & welcoming! Easy access location with plenty of parking! Don’t go anywhere else! They take great care of you!

Had a wonderful experience at the new downtown St Pete location! I booked a free consultation appointment just to get some information on what treatment options would be the most beneficial for me. Aubrey and her assistant Alyssa were incredibly sweet and so helpful! I wasn't expecting to get a service that day, but they made me feel very comfortable and confident to get my treatment started. They did an excellent job distracting me and making sure I felt no pain! These ladies are seriously so gentle and caring. I highly recommend booking yourself a free consultation!

I recently went to Brad for a facial at Elase and I am very happy with the results! He is very good at what he does. He is honest about what you do and do not need and for me that is very important! Once he learns your skin type during your first appointment he then suggests treatments for future appointments and thoroughly explains his suggestions. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend seeing Brad as he has an extensive background and longevity in this field.

The new location is so beautiful! All of the details are well thought out, which continues through the experience! I’ve been Aubrey’s patient for many years and appreciate that she is a life long learner in her field. She also listens to the patient and works with you to achieve the outcome that you as the patient desire. Even if you aren’t 100% certain what it is you’re looking for 😊 . Alyssa assists to make the services relaxing and pain free. The customer service at Elase was excellent, booking was seamless and they even followed up the following day to check on me! I felt like I mattered and that I was more than just a “patient” with this crew. I’ll continue to see Aubrey, and the results I have after services with her have been great and surprisingly have lasted longer than in the past! I highly recommend!
