I adore all of the staff and aestheticians at Elase Sugarhouse! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Kate has been my favorite for laser hair removal. I have tried to get all of my appts with her for the last year. She is so knowledgeable and detail oriented, which makes her perfect! I also love chatting with her. Highly recommend.

Jacey is the best! She always listens to my concerns and is super knowledgeable. She gives me the best advice and treatment every time I’m in for a treatment :) I used to dread going to my laser appointments but now I look forward to them knowing I get to go hang out with my girl (especially since she’s given me some tips on how to make the treatments more tolerable) highly recommend her and this studio

I had a terrible experience at Elase Spa in Sugarhouse. I asked for Botox in certain areas and the girl quickly in less than 30 seconds brushed the Botox around my face. I did not even see any marks of the Botox being injected. I was charged $800.00 dollars for such poor service. It looked like she did not even inject the Botox , but rather just brushed it around my face. I called and asked about my terrible service and no one even cared and just said that is the way it is done. It was a total waste of money with no actual improvement to my face. Very disappointing!

My esthetician Paige is an absolute DREAM!! She always does a fantastic job and an hour-long facial ends up feeling like ten minutes. And since I started working with her, I've had virtually no breakouts and I don't have to wear as much make-up. It's everything I hoped and more. I highly recommend Elase.

Truly exceptional. Gintare and team worked with me to make me feel so confident ahead of my wedding. Every person on staff is so supportive yet professional. I had previous consultations with other providers over several years and no one else ever gave me the confidence to actually go ahead with the procedure. Could not recommend Gintare, Heidi, and Elase Sugarhouse more highly.

At Elase - Sugarhouse, I was completely impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism . The ambiance is always inviting and comfortable. My Hydrafacial treatment last month by Caelan was very relaxing and did wonders for my skin! She did an awesome job! Highly recommend!

Checking back in 3 years later!! Still seeing Riley for injections and still loving my experience each time. I wouldn't trust anybody else. She's the best in the state! Peyton also deserves a shout out, she's been assisting Riley with my injections for the past few years and they are the dynamic duo. I feel safe in their care and inspired by their expertise and passion. Won't find anyone better! _________________________________________ I have been going to Elase for the past year and I grow to love it more each time I go. I am currently working with Eva on the complexion/quality of my skin and Riley has taken care of my injections. Both of them are extremely professional and personable; I can tell they care. I’m looking forward to many more visits in the future and I’d recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Elase over the past year after a friend's recommendation. It has always been a great experience! Eva is incredibly knowledgeable and truly takes the time to understand my skin’s needs. They partner with amazing skincare companies and their hydrafacials always give me glowing skin. I highly recommend Eva to anyone looking to pamper themselves or address specific skin concerns.

I really like the Elase Spa. When I moved up to Utah, I wasn’t sure where to go to get all my Botox/Fillers and other spa needs. The place is incredible. That said, it’s really because I love the people. Riley is my injector and Peyton is her assistant. I have no words for how professional, talented and gifted they are. On top of all that they are sweet and caring. I am very lucky I found ELASE and Riley and Peyton. The front staff is awesome. Kylie always goes above and beyond to help! For facials and micro-needling, I love Eva. She is so sweet and talented and really works her magic to keep my face looking young and hydrated. Eva can do body hair removal, facials, peels and more. I will never see anyone else for my facials. She knows what she is doing and I trust her. Between Riley, Peyton and Eva… Elase staff have me feeling and looking my best! I wanted to add- I have been going to ELASE for 3 years now and I still see the same three ladies and the service is still amazing. You won’t get better than Riley and Peyton for filler and Botox and Eva for the facials. The front desk team is super awesome too and always ready to help when I need it.

Kaitlin was absolutely amazing and professional throughout my lower laser appointment. She was thorough in her work and explained what was happening with my skin/hair follicles during the appointment. She is very knowledgeable and adjusted laser levels for my comfort as the appointment went on while ensuring my treatment was a good one. I would recommend going to Kaitlin for all of your laser treatments! Feb 2023 Update: Kate was very professional in doing both a lower treatment and an upper treatment. She was very diligent in looking at my progress and the follicles and marking me up to ensure spots weren’t missed. Based on the area, she adjusted the laser level to ensure the best treatment for the area. Both appointments were thoroughly completed and I never felt like an area was rushed through. She listened to all of my concerns/comments and questions and had knowledgeable answers to every one! Sept 2024 update: I have been consistently seeing Kate for both laser and now facial treatments. She always takes the time to review the plan for whatever treatment we are doing and has great attention to details. She is always checking in during treatments to make sure I feel okay. Conversations with Kate are always great & I definitely recommend her for any treatment she offers!!

I came here for laser hair removal on my lower legs. I have done laser hair removal elsewhere over the years, successfully. The machine here was clearly outdated and the nozzle the woman used was tiny, probably meant for facial hair rather than a large surface area. So not only did it take a much longer time, as each zap covered a tiny area, but it was much more painful than I had experienced before. I asked to lower the level a couple of times until the woman said “if we go any lower it’s not going to work”. It was definitely not a normal level of burn. The women who worked there were generally very kind but I will definitely not go back here for laser

I highly recommend Elase in Sugarhouse and, in particular, Gintare for injectables. Gintare is knowledgeable, kind and patient. She is an expert at what she does and I no longer dread my Botox treatments. The spa itself is beautiful, calming and meticulous and the staff are professional, courteous and welcoming.
