My friend went in to get her hair done for her baby shower and the lady doing her hair called her ugly messed up her hair then refused to fix it very unprofessional and disrespectful i am beyond appalled and would never recommend this salon

The lady was so rude she made me feel so bad about myself. It was a new lady I hadn’t seen before. I’ve been coming here for four years and I hadn’t ever been with such a rude person. I hope someone tells her off one day for making fun of people.

Pésimo servicio, mi mamá me llevó a qué me hicieran un decolorado de cabello y como mi cabello es abundante, quedó pendiente otra sesión, ella pagó (hasta les dejó propina)y le comentaron que en la próxima sesión no le iban a cobrar nada, hoy habló por teléfono para hacer una cita para la siguiente sesión y una tal Gloria le dijo que como mi cabello es muy abundante que le iban a cobrar más, cuando mi mamá ya había pagado todo el tratamiento, se ve súper mal que quieran abusar de sus propios clientes, por eso no recomendaría su salón.

This is by far the best hair salon in Dover. We have taken my kids since they were babies. Friendly staff, clean , and the owner Tanya is simply the best. She is an expert dealing with little kids haircuts. I love this place. Recommended it 100%.
