Angela is so sweet and Nice and has a very clean salon.Her staff is friendly and does a really good job,Braiding hair Take their time and work really hard Have water and American shows to watch while getting your hair done.

Made an appointment over the phone when I arrive someone was already in the chair and another person was already waiting then she asked could I come back later after I drove 30 minutes to get there the service is horrible since Edith is not there

I have been a loyal customer for years. Edith left and Angie took over for her. I have given Angie a couple of chances. I showed her a picture and it didn't look anything like it. I went back and the hair was braided beautifully but she couldn't style the hair in a updo like Edith. I went back another time showed her the picture and explained the picture. She had the hair for the type of hair style I wanted. But she cut the hair and stretched it that the color of the hair no longer had the ombre color at the ends like I wanted and it was much shorter than what I asked for. And she again gave me something different.

I drove 25 miles to have the manager tell me she couldn't give me the cornrows they said they would do. What a waste of time!

Place isnt the same since Edith left. I've been going to Edith since before she had the shop. I went in for a simple ponytail cornrows. I ALWAYS bring my own hair....it should not be a problem. It seems like anyone who brings their own hair is told that it is no good...and I buy quality braiding hair. They are only saying that because they don't want to come down on their already jacked up prices. The hairdo came out ok but after waiting two hours and the hairstylist catching an attitude, she didn't even put my hair in a ponytail and wrap my braids around I had to do that, no thank you ....no nothing. She sat and ate her Activia yogurt. Well...I hope you are able to take a $hit regularly again that way it can match your customer service. This used to be a good spot but it is terrible...go some where else.

Schedule an appointment, got there and someone else was still getting their hair braided which took 1 hour into my appointment. Then I was charged a lot of money for some cornrows that was not similar to the picture that I showed her. I like them but they need to come up on the professionalism and be more accurate.

Super unprofessional staff. I was told my appointment was at 8:30am, and the staff didn’t arrive to work until AFTER 9. They sat in the back and chatted for another 30 minutes while there two other people, and myself waiting!

The person who was doing my hair literally cut my hair she probably was cutting the lose hairs of my braids and she cut apart of my hair and now it is uneven and then once I had an appointment I had to wait for like 2 hours just to get part of my hair cut I dont recomend it at all

They did a great job on my head at the last min, I was a walk in and they were quick and only charged me 100$. Only thing I’m is that they do not care about your edges. My whole edge on the left side of my head is gone. So if you want your edges, I would tell them to stay away from your edges.

My appointment was at 9 a.m. & nobody was there so I waited til 9:45 a.m. Eventually I text Edith's number & I didn't get a response, so I left. Mind you, I drove a hour for nothing! This is very unprofessional! Don't even waste your time going to this place!

The first time I went there they did good only part of my hair they had to braid was top back,sides are shaved it cost me $120 and it turned out good..went back three months later wanted the same thing the lady in the front ask me how much last time I told her $120 and she’s the one that gave me the price.So when the lady finally got there I gave her $120 before she started, the lady in front came back and the lady who was doing my hair started talking about me about the price then the lady asked me who told you $120 I told her you did last time. I could tell the whole time they were talking about me about how much I paid I should have left because my hair came out so messed up.And if they want more wish they would have said it..I hate my hair and the lady that did it this time did my hair like she didn’t won’t to do it.WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
