I booked online with a specific stylist for my treatment, but when I arrived someone else treated me. I asked what happened when I was paying and the excuse I was given was that she was likely not familiar with the treatment I booked. A few options here 1) don't have her as an option to book with 2) have her shadow who actually did my treatment 3) let me know up front that this is the case.. don't just pawn me off on someone else. Moral of the story -- when you book with someone specific at this salon -- it is clearly just a suggestion on their end which sucks!

Beautiful salon! Shane did a smoothing treatment on my hair, and I couldn't be happier! He took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I will be back! My hair is smooth, shiny and healthier! Thank you to Michele (the owner) for your expertise and for accommodating me last minute!

I had an awesome first time experience with Makenzie! She listened closely to my needs and did an amazing blowout. It was the best blowout I have ever gotten and lasted several days. Definitely will be going back!

I highly recommend this salon. I have been seeing Michele for several years now and I couldn't be happier. Michele is an excellent stylist and colorist and a wonderful human being on top of that. Beautiful salon and great staff. You should give them a try.

Manny has been my barber for the past 5 years and I’ve followed him around since. Eco Chic Salon is by far the best salon he’s cut at yet. The perfect place for him to work his magic. Make sure to drop by and let him work that magic on your hair. Definitely won’t regret it!

I love this salon! My family & I have been clients of Michele's for many years, when she owned a salon in New Canaan and currently in Wilton. The hair care, styling, treatments, and products are exceptional. And the atmosphere of the salon is friendly, welcoming, and relaxing, due to Michele and the wonderful stylists and staff.
