I recently visited Tara for a massage, and it was truly an exceptional experience! After dealing with neck and shoulder pain for the past week, I was in desperate need of relief. Tara was incredibly attentive and focused on the areas of concern, tailoring the session to my specific needs. The technique was perfect, and I could feel the tension melting away. I left feeling rejuvenated and almost pain-free. I highly recommend Tara to anyone looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist!

I saw Tara for some neck tension I had. She was extremely kind and was able to deal with some quirks I have about massage. She was able to relieve the pain I was having and advise some stretches to keep it from coming back. The CBD oil and the hot stones were lovely. Tara did a wonderful job and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. The scheduling system is super easy to use as well :)

I've only gone to a couple massage therapist's in the past, and felt worse than when I arrived. I found Tara on a Google search, and figured I'd give her a try. I wish I had booked an appointment with her sooner. After my 1st 90 minute session, I felt better than I have in years! She asked several questions to make sure she got to all my problem areas. If your on the fence about trying her services, don't be, she's 100% legit. You wont be disappointed. I can't wait for my next session.

I’m in beauty school and when my shoulders and back and hurting, my mom treats me to a session with Tara and she saves my tired muscles! It’s so relaxing and I’m ready to get back to school. She also gives me great stretching advise. I highly recommend Tara!

10 out if 10 the BEST massage I’ve ever had!!! I’ve been having neck/shoulder blade pain for the past 4 weeks. I felt desperate yesterday and had a chiropractic adjustment that put me in even more pain! My husband found East Valley Therapeutic Massage this morning and Tara was able to see me at 1:30!!! As I sit on my couch and type this out, I have almost no pain whatsoever!!! The studio was so beautiful and calming, I felt like I was in a zen den for sure! Many options available and zero up charge! I can’t wait to return for another relaxing session!!!

I wanted to try ashiatsu massage for the first time and Tara was a great experience. I really enjoyed the flow of the massage and felt like I was suspended in a relaxing trance the entire time. My favorite parts included the sacrum, legs, upper shoulders and scalp. Tara is very professional and the office is very clean and created a relaxing atmosphere to disconnect into. Overall, I walked away experiencing some amazing techniques and deep levels of relaxation. I would highly recommend Tara if you are looking to get rid of stress or treat your body.

My daughter recommended East Valley Therapeutic Message after experiencing sever lower back and shoulder pain due to coughing and other long term back issues. I went to the chiropractor for help the day before and woke up in more pain. I was skeptical that I would get the relief I needed but was willing to try anything. From the moment I stepped into the studio I knew I was in the right place. I felt calm and at peace. The studio is beautiful and very relaxing. My session with Tara was incredible. I came in because I’ve been suffering from very bad shoulder pain on my right side. After the massage, I have no pain in the shoulder anymore! It was an amazing experience, and I got amazing results without any pain!

I have suffered with chronic pain in my neck and back muscles due to my desk job, weight lifting and overall high stress for over 8 years. This was my first professional massage and Tara did an amazing job at walking me through the process and making sure the massage was specifically catered to my needs. Tara has been a miracle worker through the long tedious process of dealing with my back and neck issues. When I first came to Tara I couldn't look to the side more than a few degrees, and now have full range of movement. She has partnered and worked with my physical therapists and doctors to ensure her therapy aligns. Cannot recommend Tara and East Valley Therapeutic Massage enough.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Tara is an absolute angel and really knows what she's doing. She asked in depth questions and got to the root of my issues and concentrated mostly on those areas. I've been to other massage therapists with little result. But I feel amazing relief after my first session. I will most definitely be going back again, and again. She's an absolute goddess in her craft.

My massage therapist, Tara, did an amazing job with helping me relax to the max! She was great at explaining the whole process. She made me feel super comfortable. She offers a variety of massages, but I prefer deep tissue massages and she definitely delivered on the pressure applied. This experience left my body feeling light, springy and young again! I would most definitely recommend a massage from Tara and I look forward to booking with her again in the future myself.

Tara’s massage therapy has made my back and neck feel the best it has in years. I am pain free. Between sessions, I do a few simple stretches to remain pain free. If you work a desk job, go see Tara!
