I have been going here for years and have yet to have anything less than a 5 star service. At my most recent visit, Non did a natural looking dip manicure that I wanted to have with a gold glitter ombré tip and she absolutely killed it! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I have been so many places and this one is the best. The ladies here do a fantastic job and they all seem pretty happy to be there. If you get your nails done a lot you know that sometimes the techs can be crabby and even rude. I have never experienced that here. I get gel-x stiletto, often with cat eye or chrome and I’ve never been dissatisfied.

I went to East Nails & Spa on a Tuesday afternoon for a gel pedicure without an appointment. The ladies here were very kind and efficient, they fit me in quickly and were honest and up front about any cost or time frame for my services. Vanessa did my pedicure and she was extremely personable and took care and pride in her work, my toesies look better than ever! 10/10 would recommend!

Called here to try and make an appointment for a pedicure . Asked if they offered paraffin wax and they do not the lady said it was “to messy.” Which is weird Because there is a way to do it with bags and it’s not messy at all. I also asked if they offer a collagen mask and they did not. Then the lady the proceeds to ask me if I want to shop around since they don’t offer those services. What horrible customer service and just bad business practice. Just lost a client. I felt like she talked me out of booking the appointment.

been coming here for years & there has been only 1 time i was disappointed & they fixed it right away for no charge. very grateful this place keeps my nails looking fab — a bit pricey but definitely worth it, the best in town! i always do dip :)

Only been here twice and don’t live in the area but I’m happy to make the drive because the staff is so friendly. Always have a smile on their face and the service is good. I had Terri today and I believe last time I had Vanessa. Nice conversation with both ladies. Will be back!

Service is quick and efficient if you are in need of a quality manicure or pedicure in a hurry! I used to visit this location more frequently prior to the remodel since moving across town. However, if you are a person who does not fit the “target demographic” of the East Nashville area, I would suggest that you spend money at another location. I’ve visited on multiple occasions, and have heard several comments that were a bit condescending in nature. Not enjoyable for anyone who wishes to pamper themselves on a weekend, or after a hard days work!

Came in as a walk-in and saw Laura for a full set with gel polish. This salon is busy! I would recommend setting up an appointment to be sure you can be seen. The service here is excellent. Lots of gel colors to choose from, Laura was very experienced and friendly! Prices are very reasonable, the salon was clean and comfortable. My nails look great for Thanksgiving, which is exactly what I needed. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment. Thank you again, Laura!

Got my dip nails removed and a regular manicure here! Everyone was so so kind, and after I was an idiot and bumped my wet nails into something they happily did them again for no charge. So kind! All of the dip and gel nails I saw getting done looked great, so I’ll happily come here for future event nails!

I’ve been going there for dip Manny and pedicures for over a year. I live in West Nashville and it’s well worth the drive to be with these women who do a super professional job and everyone I’ve met is just lovely to spend time with.

Titi does a great job managing the front desk! She is so friendly and attentive to anyone who comes inside. The nail techs all do a great job, I have a consistent experience when I get my dip manicures and the polish lasts forever. The spa is always clean, decorated nicely, and an inviting space.

Every person here makes you feel like you’re their best friend. Always friendly, welcoming, and each person amazing at their job. I’ve gone to a few techs for dip and they are unmatched. Terri who does brows is second to none. I’ll rearrange my schedule just so I am able to go to east nails!

Took 2+ hours for a gel manicure. Worst one I’ve ever gotten, she cut my skin 3x. Will never return.
