Elisabella is my girl. I cannot get enough of her blowouts. She is truly a master at her craft. This location in general is so good. The manager is so friendly and the whole staff makes the experience enjoyable. Getting a blowout is one of my favorite things to do and I just love coming to this drybar.

Drybar has changed my life. No, seriously—I’m a regular for a reason. I pop in and get my hair done while working on my laptop so I’m actually making money while I get my hair done, and that basically means it’s free (*girl math*). Evelyn is far more efficient than I could ever be on my own hair. My hair is thick and wavy and can be very difficult to manage. She handles it with ease. I leave with a bouncy blowout that lasts all week. The team at this location is super friendly and fun to chat with. Most importantly, they do great work. I love how I get consistently beautiful hair every time I visit. I highly recommend that you try them out and consider making part it part of your regular routine. Just don’t try to steal my time slot. Or else.

I love the staff, I go there almost once a week. I have never had a bad blowout. The stylists and staff are always amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

I love this location- Stylists are great!! I am a regular/member since 2017ish.. And maybe a couple times the style didn't work (but its been years since I have had any issues) but the management will work with you to make it right- Getting a blowout is the best - and I can make my last 3-4 days! Highly recommend!

We come here every year for our special Nutcracker Ballet day. We always have a wonderful time but Anna is absolutely extradinary - bubbling with fun and kindness💛. Looking forward to next year already!!!

I went to get my hair done before an important event for myself and my daughter. Both results were so terrible that I had to redo everything at home. I showed a photo of what I needed - it didn't work. Three stylists tried, but absolutely didn't understand what needed to be done. Besides how to curl my hair... I can curl my hair myself. But they couldn't do a voluminous hairstyle. I showed them how to do it myself... a children's hairstyle - the same thing. I told them to make it more voluminous, and in the end I showed them how, but they couldn't do it either. I said that I had already tried hard enough, because nothing was working anyway. I paid 55 for each. The administrator didn't hesitate to ask for a tip. I will never go there for a service again. It is possible that a couple of stylists will be professionals, but most of the people working there are amateurs.

I was so disappointed with the add on services I chose First I added on a 10 minute scalp massage. It was definitely not that. I questioned it at check out, thinking it would be an additional 10 minutes of a massage and I was told “Oh, its a total of 10 minutes with the shampoo, conditioner and massage”. The massage couldn't have been any weaker. She was going in a forward motion, so wet hair kept slapping on my face. I could have done a better job myself. Then I added on a glass conditioning treatment which was a couple of sprays from a product bottle for $15 extra dollars. What?!? $15 for a couple of sprays?? I should have been given the entire bottle for that price. The blow out itself was good, but so annoyed that I wasted money on the upgrades. Doubt I’ll be back. Waste of money.

I am a Bar fly member who has about 9 sessions and counting as of now, because I dread going in! It's a hit or miss with Drybar, mostly a miss! Let's start with the front desk person who never reads or passes on the added request portion of the reservation, which then my request are not made or I have to tell the stylist myself that I have a sensitive scalp and would like to NOT have all my hair pulled out. Just to summarize, at this location I've nearly slipped and fell on a pile of hair chilling on the ground, I got a cut behind my left ear at the shampoo bowl because she was Freddy Krueger, I've left with a sore scalp many many occasions, I've had my hair yanked, pulled and lost from the stylist just not caring, I've had my makeup rubbed off because I was nearly drowned at the shampoo bowl, I've walked out with water in my ears, I've had the blow dryer dropped on my head (Hawaii location), the old fashioned style looks different every time because there is no rhyme or reason or consistency with these stylist. This specific location must not be very particular who they hire because the stylist look like they absolutely hate their job and usually their appearance is about as professional as a stained t-shirt...I'm not kidding, that's what I've seen. It's extremely hard to even communicate with the stylist or anyone for that matter because the music is blasting so loud. Honestly, I am really contemplating on cancelling my membership, which is such a let down because I love this concept, and I love not having to do my own hair. :( Good help is hard to find...especially nowadays.

Probably the worst, flattest blowout I have ever received. Honestly, the stylist didnt even brush my hair before blow drying my hair so I had knots as she was trying to dry. I am disappointed with the service. Never really cared to leave a review but this was unacceptable. A refund would be appreciated

Highly recommend for a Private Party event! Reserved their private party package for a business event and it was a great experience overall. From the start during booking, Eileen was responsive, kind & helpful. Our event started on time and all stylists were energetic, knowledgeable and comforting to our crew. Anna managed our event and wow, she made it so fun & stress free! Anna was organized, nice and really made an extra effort to make sure everyone was enjoying their time at the salon. Horrible experience. I made an appointment, still had to wait 10-15 min, not a big deal. But the stylist was rude, she did not style my hair well or the style that I requested. I had to get my hair redone before my event. It also took a lot longer than the appointment time. Super disappointed, don’t trust them with your hair :( my friends with zero hair experience were able to do better. I felt like the stylist was just rushing through the appointment and did not frame my face at all. When I asked her if she could focus the curls higher or fix it, she said no, she couldn’t.

I went to the Drybar to get my hair done the night before I left on vacation’, I was looking forward to having my hair done so I wouldn’t have to wash and style it before my early morning flight. Worst decision I could have made! The salon provides you with a book with different style options, which I choose a beach wave a “Mai Tai” in their guide. - I should have been concerned when she styled my hair without me be able to see in the mirror….after an hour an a half of her washing and styling my hair she turns me around to look in the mirror and my hair is curled in small tight curls… not at all what the “Mai Tai” picture showed or what I had in mind for my beach vacation. After spending $120.00 to have my hair styled I am now home washing and styling my hair. Unfortunately I had an appointment following my appointment at Drybar and didn’t have another hour and a half to have them redo my hair. So disappointed such a waste of my money and time. You will save money and time and a better style doing it yourself.

Poor management, poor customer service. Blowouts are ok, but the Manager Refused to honor 1 of 9 styling credits unless i renewed subscription. I booked because I was told by the employee at checkout that I had 9 credits to use and she confirmed twice when I asked that there was no expiration date! The poor stylist lost her tip because of management as I refused to pay, and walked out to take it up with subscription manager. They Billed my credit card without my approval or authorization anyway.

i loved it! it was the first i’ve ever curled my hair in a very long time, and it turned out amazing! i highly recommend this place!
