Stasia absolutely ROCKED my world. Best blowout of my life. Usually I go home and add some curls after, but not this time! It’s lasted all day and I’ve received multiple compliments. Will definitely be requesting her when I’m back in town!

I had been a barfly member in NYC for at least a decade so I was beyond thrilled when Drybar made a home in Nashville! I’m constantly blown away (pun intended) by their incredible staff, attention to detail and the level of customer service I get every single time I walk through the door! They’ve helped get me ready for everything from headshots to galas to a standard week full of FaceTime at work or with friends and anything in between. And if you haven’t unlocked the superpower of getting a blowout while you crank out some emails or a project for work, you absolutely must give it a shot! The best multi-tasking there is. 😊

I love getting my hair blown out at The Drybar Nashville. All of the stylists are great and I always feel so beautiful when I walk out of there. Everyone is really nice and friendly and they take great care of all of their clients. I never have to wait for my appointment, they are always on time, and I feel like if I am going somewhere afterwards and I am in a hurry I am never delayed. Love you drybar!

The BEST!! I love to pop in when my week is slammed and get an amazing scalp scrub and gorgeous blow out that will last all week! I can knock out emails etc while my hair is blown to perfection!!! Thank you DRYBAR!!!

Really bad customer service. My group confirmed our reservation and then they cancelled on us! EDIT: Thanks, Drybar for responding! It looks like you edited your previous note. So that the review captures the relevant information, I want to edit my response to say that we did in fact get the confirmation reach outs and that we had replied to them. I'm not sure what details fell through the cracks with the contract, but we also called in to try to figure out what happened (I called myself!). The team wasn't exactly helpful - they couldn't help me figure out what went wrong (there was no mention of a contract on that call), the appointments were still cancelled, and you all were not able to help us get our appointments back. Totally understand that DryBar is usually busy and appreciate that it probably isn't easy to get artists to come in at short notice for an appointment (which I had called the day of or the day before the appointments when we got the cancellation notification), but just making sure that any potential big groups know what to look out for when booking. This could be disruptive if one is on a schedule. Have a nice day!

The only place I trust when I have a formal event. Their staff is friendly, professional and willing to help make game time decisions on day of when I am indecisive. Love Dry Bar and highly recommend booking this location for a biowout, or up do!

Really rude service at This dry bar. Came from out of town to try to get a blowout with 3 other people. They confirmed and then emailed me the night before saying they had cancelled my reservation after I had been emailing with them all week about it. So disappointing

Terrible experience yesterday as I had an appointment for 445pm with Ava. I checked in at 445pm then was told she was finishing up another client. I proceeded to sit there 20 min and she still was not close to done. No one told me what was going on...I told gal at desk I was leaving because she was so far behind. Ridiculous that they charge those prices and act so unprofessional for clients that had appt for days. I called Jon Alan and got right in and had excellent blowout. Another note..most of the employees are unfriendly and not dressed professionally. I doubt any are licensed...beware!

Absolutely loved my experience here! We had just come in from absolute disaster/devastation from hurricane Milton from Tampa, FL for my bachelorette and I wanted my hair done for the weekend. Holly did my hair and she did an amazing job and everyone was just so sweet and accommodating, along with quick and efficient. Highly recommend this place!

Place is easily accessible and everyone was very nice. But my curls fell out in 20 min after leaving, even after asking for hairspray twice. Not worth it.

i always have a 10/10 experience at DryBar. I’m the ASM @MassageLuXe right across the street & my clients have always said great things about drybar! I was a little nervous to try a new salon as being african-american woman & it does take extra time /patience to do my hair. my first appt was great with Porcha & another gal i can’t remember, but since then it’s gotten even better with Baleigh! i signed up for the barfly membership. Baleigh really listens to what my hair type needs (longer dry time & press to the roots) & my appt doesn’t feel rushed, which is very much appreciated! front desk girls are always nice & welcoming checking in/out! i will be referring my clients next door to drybar as well! 🫶🏾💛

Dry Bar was so accommodating and took me in last minute! ANGELA WAS A DREAM TO WORK WITH! I had a wonderful experience - I have very thick hair and she took her time giving me the southern bouncy blowout of my dreams after having a not so great experience at a different salon. She took time to listen to what I needed and we had great conversation throughout.

Stasja (sp?) did an amazing job on my blowout. I felt like she connected with me and listened exactly to what I wanted. I received a lot of compliments on my hair and was really pleased with Stasja's work.

The stylist was nice but I would not suggest going to the Nashville Drybar if you have extensions. They say they can work with extensions however, my hair was pulled so hard the entire appointment that my extensions ripped out. 72 dollars later and ripped out extensions.

Treated myself and my best friend when I was visiting her a couple weeks ago ! We booked two appointments for dry styling. I was really pleased with my hair I wish I remembered who did it but she was so good and gave me exactly what I asked for. However my friend got her hair done by another stylist (Lily?), who unfortunately doesn’t know how to do hair. She kept redoing the same piece of hair 5 times and just didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. My friend’s hair fell flat not even 30 minutes after we left the salon. Just a bit disappointing considering it was $85 plus a tip for each stylist.

Great service and experience Update: In February 2024, there was an incident where my wife encountered an issue with her bill. The amount charged by the cashier didn't match the actual price, and the cashier, named Daylss, engaged in a disagreement with my wife over a discount that wasn't applied. Regardless of who was at fault, it's inappropriate for staff to argue with customers on the premises. Despite this unfortunate incident, we continue to be loyal patrons of the establishment due to their generally good staff and ethical standards.

I had a really disappointing appointment with a stylist who had offended me. The owner of the franchise made things right by checking in with me privately and over the phone and making sure i was taken care of I really felt heard which meant a lot to me. My next appointment my stylist was Erin who was personable, warm and talented. I really felt welcomed this time around and I'm grateful that I gave the branch another try.

Disappointing and caution. I purchased a "Dry Bar" blow brush and it failed to work after approx 6 uses. Upon bringing it to the store upon my next hair appointment, I was told it couldn't be returned for replacement at the store because it was just beyond 30 days. Considering it was a $155 purchase, I would have never purchased it from Dry Bar had I realized the quality of their products and their challenging return policy. Instead I would have searched for the blower from a different retailer or online merchant with a better return policy. To have the defective dryer replaced "I" have to contact the national office and handle the replacement (packaging, mailing, and time). Customer service is one of the key elements of successful retail, however this franchise location has missed the mark and my future business (as well as my recommendation to my circle of co-workers and friends). I made my purchase based upon the brand, regrettably the brand didn't meet 5 stars.
