I absolutely love drybar and this location especially. I have had the 2 monthly Blowouts since they opened in January and every single stylist I worked with has been exceptional. I was initially unsure (before joining) as I have long, thick, curly, frizzy hair but every single stylist blows it out with ease. My blowouts and curls consistently last 5-7 days. Everyone is so friendly and it is just so relaxing. They consistently run on time so you can feel confident on timing when you schedule. Highly recommend!!

I love dry bar, I’ve been to multiple around the country. My blow out definitely didn’t make it to the end of the day. They had products out of stock and also were using Paul Mitchell products that I thought was weird. While they offer coffee/ tea options the main reason I love the dry bar chain is the cocktails which this location doesn’t have. Something to be aware of if you’ve been to other dry bars.

SO GLAD that my co-worker told me about this place. Had a wedding to go to and made a last minute appointment for a blow out. I have long wavy hair and the stylist transformed my hair into beautiful silky locks! Wonderful experience! Got a compliment from a complete stranger as I was going down the escalator after leaving the place. In and out in 1 hour. I HIGHLY recommend Drybar. I'll be returning!!!!

This place always smells so good, they ask if you want any water, coffee, or tea! I had Amanda as my stylist and she was amazing. She massaged my scalp, temples, and forehead; it was really relaxing. I told her I wanted a blowout with lots of volume and used products to help achieve this! It was a great experience in a lovely space and I will be back each month since it is such a treat!

I cancelled my Drybar membership because I don't go consistently. I cancelled online on Thursday 8/22/24 and called that same day to ensure I wouldn’t be charged again. At this point I assumed my membership was cancelled. I missed a call on Friday 8/23/24 from Drybar, the person said they wanted my feedback on my experience with my blowouts. I called them back that day and was told the manager had already left for the day but she would be back in touch to cancel my membership. I told the staff member that I wanted my membership cancelled ASAP because I didn’t want to be charged again for services I wouldn’t use. She assured me she would call the manager and have her cancel my membership. Well today is Sunday, 8/25/24 and guess what, just charged another $90 so my membership was never cancelled. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel, if a customer wants to cancel just do the right thing. You want my feedback, honor your customer requests and do what you say you’re going to do…

I normally don’t write reviews but, Vanessa was my stylist for the last blow out and she was so welcoming, and fast and made it a great experience. I have curly long thick hair and never made me feel uncomfortable because of it. 100% recommended! Dry bar is lucky to have her.

Walk in 9 min late and they canceled my appointment.. they usually take more or if that to check me in. They charged me a $25 cancel fee. The girls were just standing there. I was disappointed.

Let me preface this by saying I love Drybar the company. I use their products all the time and visit locations all around the United States on a consistent basis. This review is specifically for the Tucson location. When I learned they were coming to Tucson I was so excited because we have nothing else like this in town. On my first visit, I signed up for the two a month package. although my blowout was not exactly what I wanted I proceeded because I knew they were just learning and new to the Drybar team. I have been two times since and each time they are more than 10 minutes late in getting me back. One time they even had to cancel an appointment on me. I have to drive an hour in order to be seen at this dry bar and I respect their time by showing up five minutes early each time. I’m just really unhappy with the quality and the inability to be punctual. I’m very disappointed because Drybar is some thing that I very much love to do when in different cities. Because of their lateness today, I am having to go to work with my hair in a ponytail because I didn’t want another, rushed blow out. Please do better.

LOVE the Drybar!!! I have a twice a month membership and have had a great experience! My hair always looks fabulous when I leave and the product they use keeps my hair looking great for days! I highly recommend that you give it a try…it is a nice treat to have that just out of the salon hair more frequently and in between my highlight/cut regimen! Plus, the location at La Encatada cannot be beat!
