Moe is your dream stylist- Take it from someone who traveled the U.S. for years for work, and has gotten a ton of haircuts- both the good and very bad- Moe is the one to go to! Rarely have i found a stylist so willing to listen, kind and fun to be with, and incredible talent to boot. They're absolutely fantastic at working with you and your ideas to make them come to life, and I feel so confident every time i leave their chair. For me, moe stands out in her attention to detail, creative prowess, and knowledge. She's been able to give me real solutions to my issues with hair texture, volume- even where I don't like the weight of my hair to my face! I've been to a lot of places across the valley, /US, and rarely have i been with a stylist that makes sure MY vision is being seen - especially as someone who prefers being more masculine/masculine cuts. If you're looking for a fun dye, an alternative style, or just want a stylist that will actually help you achieve your vision- moe is for you!!! My cuts: perms, curly cuts, mullets, texturing

I had a Consult with Erin. She was such a breath of fresh air. She was transparent with the process of my hair, and pricing. I was extremely impressed by the atmosphere of the salon, decor and level of care that went into creating it. The highlight though of my experience here is the feeling I had leaving the salon! My hair couldn’t have been more perfect! Exactly what I wanted Erin made happen. My hair feels healthy and she really took her time to ensure this. A huge Thank you to my stylist Erin, for making my hair dreams come true and sparing me any tears in the process. I also appreciate the fair pricing of the salon. Even the extensions are fair! Not to mention the level of the expertise and care the ladies have here! You Honestly won’t find another gem like this salon in AZ. I will be recommending everyone I know! I AM OBSESSED with everything about this place. The vibes are everything I could hang out there all day. Lex absolutely kills my hair every time and her assistant CC is amazing too - coolest girls ever & SO talented it’s unreal. I had medium length black/icy color blocking for the longest time and decided to go WITCHY WINE RED & longg. I was so impressed with how we got so red/even the first appt and the second appt after one more round of color & extensions…. IN LOVE. I will keep this color & continue this extension method for years. I’ve never ever been happier with my hair or more in love with a hair studio!!! 100000% recommend.

Lexi G. Has done my hair and my families for over a year now and her understanding of color (particularly blondes) is the best I’ve experienced in my 10 years of being blonde. I’ve seen what she does for vivids, reds and brunettes and all are always stunning! 10/10 recommend :)

Been seeing Eve for a while now and I have never felt so heard by a stylist. I started seeing Eve following a period of hair loss, so she has seen my journey with hair regrowth and I love celebrating that with her. Of course, I can't see the back of my head at home like she can, so she always points out how thick and full the new hair is coming in. She's so knowledgeable about all things hair and has helped me keep my hair protected and looking great. Drop Dead Studio has SUCH a cool aesthetic that I fell in love with immediately. Spooky, records on the walls and old VHS tapes- really a one of a kind environment. Not to mention, everyone is really nice and welcoming!

I was referred to Krysta by the owner several years ago and I’m so grateful. I trust Krysta COMPLETELY with my hair. She makes everyone feel comfortable in her chair, she’s a true color expert, and has nailed every color and style I’ve ever wanted. Her knowledge makes every penny worth it because I’ve always walked away LOVING my hair and feeling really confident. I’m now on the East Coast and will visit Krysta every chance I get when I’m back in Arizona. That’s how awesome she is.

Recently had my hair cut by Eve and she did an amazing job! The salon is nice and Eve spent the time to make sure she knew exactly what I was wanting before starting the cut. She also addressed any questions/concerns and helped to educate me on my hair. Eve made sure I was happy with the cut and made sure it was perfect before I left. Definitely recommend!

10/10 experience! I came to Cait ( Rainbow Rebel) for hand tied extensions as a new client & first timer for extensions. We did a consultation before and she was very informative on the process and aftercare. There was a Black Friday sale on the hair extensions we purchased that I did not know about. She let me know of it beforehand which I think is super cool and appreciated. The actual appointment was so fun. Cait is friendly, knowledgeable and she absolutely ateee down on the install. I have a balayage and she color matched the extensions perfect. She cut my hair to blend and styled it as well. I have never felt more beautiful! Cait is a true artist & I can’t recommend her enough!

Can not recommend Lex enough!! She gets my hair super bright every time, without damaging my hair. Drop dead extensions are also SO comfy, I tried them out for the first time recently so if you are thinking about it do it with lex:)

Drop Dead Hair Studio is awesome! Everyone there is so kind an welcoming and make the experience so much more enjoyable. I cant recommend Jordan enough! She leaves my hair feeling so soft and new again. She is so helpful and makes you feel super comfortable!

I am so glad I found Krysta! Where has she been all my life? I have dark, thick, long hair. I am starting to get grays. I thought it would be fun to get some blonding done in a creative way to blend it in. I LOVE what she has done. She was honest that it would take a few sessions but seriously the first session I was already so happy and by the second session I was shocked at how blonde I became! Krysta is an amazingly kind person and I feel safe and comfortable in her chair. Not only that, but this woman is TALENTED!! If you are considering getting a cut, color, or extensions by her… DO IT!

I’ve been seeing Krysta for over a year now to get my hair done and I’ve never felt more comfortable with a stylist! She always matches my vibe whether I need to be quiet and rot or when we have story times together. She always serves whenever I ask her to surprise me with my hair colors, and I’ve gotten more compliments on my hair in my year of seeing her than I ever have before. Also she listens whenever I bring an idea which is something I’ve been needing in a stylist. She’s always so kind and showers me with so much love. I can’t recommend her or this studio anymore than I already have to my friends and family! 💕

Krysta and her assistant did an amazing transformation on my dead purple hair! They made me feel super comfortable and confident in whatever they did (it was basically a do whatever you want, as long as it's rainbow) I have never felt this happy and confident with another salon taking care of my hair, and Krysta made the experience perfect.

Can’t reach anyone to get my hair done.. I wanted to speak to a human being about getting serviced. I called the number posted on Google to find out there’s no receptionist also no option of leaving a voicemail. I called the owners number and being sent to voicemail I just lost desire entirely to even leave one or text.

Went in and had Vanessa do a blonding on me! I’m a natural ash blonde but wanted more vibrant blonde so she did a balayage and it came out AMAZING. Highly recommend not only her but the other women at this studio! The vibes at the studio too are great. 10/10 will go back to keep my hair up!

I walked into the salon not really knowing what I was getting myself into in the best way possible. I’ve always used the same stylist for my hair for 10 years but recent events left me on hunt for a new salon/shop. I’d heard about Drop dead through mutual friends and was recommended Lexi and decided to give it a shot, and man was it the best choice Ive made! She did a great job on my short cut and the dye was perfectly done. I couldn’t be happier and I will be back!

I was just in and got a cut and color with Lexi, I absolutely loved how seen and heard I felt while I was there. From immediately walking in I was greeted and we talked in detail about my hair, she was extremely nice and listened to what I wanted while also being very professional. I did not feel rushed at all and it was a great time. She did an absolutely phenomenal job on my hair and I will be back for years to come. The vibe of this place is so cool and very friendly, not like other places I’ve been to before. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough, especially after my experience with Lexi!

Lexi is my go-to hairstylist! She’s a bit newer but I have complete and total trust in her. Lexi does not rush and puts her time in with each client. She cares sincerely about her clients making sure products do not burn the client. Lexi’s care and knowledge goes deeper than the surface. She is very knowledgeable on hair bonds and hair science. I originally got my hair color blocked and I have been going back to get my roots touched up. The atmosphere of the clinic is edgy in the best way possible. Each client receives their own unique plan and treatments for my hair type. Lexi has been available to respond to questions over social media as well as recommend products that will benefit my hair. I have a ton of hair and Lexi took a small part and curled my entire head. Love this girl, will follow her to wherever salon she travels to.

No one so much as says hi when you walk in. Everyone there just had a snooty vibe. I had Lexi. What sullied this place for me was going back for a touch up, being told charges I wasn't made aware of until the day of the appointment, which I agreed to, but communicated I would've liked to have known sooner. It turned into some weird, defensive, childish drama attitude I received back and she cancelled my appointment with her. Super unprofessional. It really wasn't that deep, and over a whopping 15 mins of her time for an easy trim.

I’ve gone to Katie twice and she’s done an amazing job both times. She’s attentive to what my vision is and makes sure to check with me along the process to see if I’m liking it! She was the first person to ever give me a natural haircut rather than straight across, blunt ends (I didn’t know that was possible). Def visit her if you’re interested in colored hair too because she’s an amazing artist in that realm!
