Vee was nice but she rushed the pedicure! Nail salon was completely empty with no wait so I’m not sure why she rushed. She didn’t even clean under my toenails. They still use the cheese grater here and pedicure products look sketchy and unsanitary. Unfortunately i will not be back to the establishment.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! 1. Off they are not using sanitized nail stuff on each customer what is required by the health district. Because it can cause others to catch nail fungus if it’s not sanitized correctly. When asked how much was for a full set with Jill, I was told 45 and then by the length it cost more. I was getting short short nails, which the guy tried to charge me five dollars to cut my nails the length that I want plus an additional five dollars for my short nails and if I wanted it longer ten dollars and up. When I told asked them how are you gonna keep adding to something that is included in a full set, they started speaking Vietnamese language. So I called my friend who is also Vietnamese and was telling me all the crap that the lady was saying I told them to remove these nails off of my hand. I will take my money somewhere else. This is not how you treat customers and how you will have your business open I hope that the health department closed them down and no one gets fungus for them using other things on other people hand, and feet that they use on another customer.

I wish I could provide zero stars. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. On the flip side, it only lasted eight minutes (said sarcastically of course). It first started with the appearance of the salon and the attitude of the staff. It is very dirty inside, and the staff was less than welcoming. However, I try to never judge a book by it's cover. I asked for a manicure with clear coat. One of the most basic things you can have done at a salon. When asked about the shape I would like my nails in, it was like talking to a brick wall. To make it worse, he barely filed my nails at all...... they were not only uneven in length nail to nail on the same hand, but they were also crooked in shape. The water in which my hands were soaked was cold. He did not use any type of cuticle softener prior to trying to removing my cuticles, or what little he actually attempted to remove, he did not clean under my nails, he took the buffing pad and swiped once across in each direction, and then moved onto the lotion for a 15 second per hand massage. At this point I was so frustrated I told him to just ring me up and I'd finish the rest myself at home. He did not ask what was wrong, and proceeded to charge me the $21 total for a job barely done. I 100% will never come back to this establishment.

I've been going there for years !! I've never been rude or anything when v messed up on sides of my nail but here recently they just get worse the over lay comes up cause she don't get the sides good . We'll I went in today to tell her cause not even been week since was done and they came apart like three days afterwards this is a repeating situation. She wasn't nice or friendly said cause my nail grew out .... bull crap so she attempted to glue the sides I said why don't we just redo them ?? Like I was going repay when I should not have to but she completely ignored me wasn't friendly so I'm not going back.... that's why other ppl don't go no more that I know . If you ask me much as I pay and how long I been going there she might would of done something about her on going customer..but it's whatever at this point I'm going else where ...SMH

If I was not with my daughter I would leave a lower rating. I took my daughter and I to get our nails done, for me it was just a simple trim and cuticles (was charged $20) and for her to get her first acrylic French tips (charged $55) My experience felt rushed, she trimmed and filed my nails unevenly and didn’t seem to care about my experience at all, just be done and get paid. If I’m going to pay moneys then I expect a result that’s better than what I can do at home, and it was not that. My daughter’s nails were done by an older gentleman, and he was trying to give us what we actually wanted by asking questions and checking in to see if we like the length. However I did have to ask him to trim her cuticles back as he was already putting on her tips. Not sure if he would have done that himself or not. Her nails turned out good and she’s a very happy 8year old. Overall impression of the space is okay, it’s not dirty, the vibe is not bad, but the customer service needs more work. Please slow down, pay closer attention to you clients needs and try to do more than expect rather than the most bare minimum.

My first time here. My experience here was terrible. The man that did my pedicure was so rough after I told him the condition of my foot. He didn’t listen to me. I will not come back ever.

This is the WORST nail salon ever! Nail tech only removed some of the old polish and was going to attempt to polish over the rest! I told her to back up and walked out!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend brought me here as a treat unfortunately as much as I wanted to love it but it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my 26 years of life. First I was burnt by the hot stone massage and have burns on my leg, she never apologized for. Then I showed her a picture of my nails I wanted and she gave me something completely different. She was in a rush and did my acrylic in 20 mines, I asked for a simple pink French manicure and I told her I did not like it and she said that’s what I wanted. So I paid and tipped and left upset but felt awkward. So I spoke to family and friends who told me to go back and speak to someone about what happened and to get them fixed. I went in the next morning and told a lady what happened. She said “so what we busy. Go talk to her” and I said I’d rather someone else fix them and she kept saying no no no you talk to her. So I went over to her where she was giving a pedicure and she full on ignored me and was speaking in Vietnamese about me to the other workers in there. So I said upset and stern “this is not what I asked for. These are not even close to the picture, I hate these nails they are ugly and I would like them fixed” she turned around and said I’m busy what you want? Soo rudely. I said I would like them the way I originally asked for and then she said you said that you like that you wanted that I said No I did not!! She said 630. I said 630 what? she said come back I’m busy. So I was like ok come back at 630 and you’ll fix them and she said ya. And I’m like ok and asked where the bathroom was and she ignored me. So I said it’s ok. I’ll take my money to another salon and have them fixed because clearly you don’t care. And walked out. I got them fixed. But this is the rudest salon I’ve ever been to and they do not know how to do basic nails. Also she filed my big toe down crooked so my toe nail is diagonal?? I recommend Annie nails salon down the road!! They fixed me up so well and are sooo sweet!! First pic is what I asked for. Second pic is what I got

Very disappointing. Had my nails done on Monday, had a chunk missing in less then 24 hours. When I went to see about getting it repaired. I was basically accused of doing something to cause it. I have been wearing acrylic nails for YEARS. I have never had one do that. When seat #3 did my fill on Monday, he filed so much of my product off, that the vibration made my hands very sore during the service. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes before someone to repair it. I did not wait nor go back. I also had a $40.00 pedicure that should have only cost about $20. My pedicure didn't last but 30 minutes. My feet were rough, but did not notice that until later. Don't waste your time going to this place. Not a good experience.

I have been all over for eyebrow waxing , I was never satisfied at all. THEN , I found LYNN one day ! She is by far the best I've EVER been to ! I wouldn't go anywhere else . She is just incredible, I can't say it enough! Trust Lynn for all your eyebrow needs ! ❤

I wish I had the reviews before I wasted my money here. The salon needs a good deep cleaning. Also I paid extra for a deluxe pedicure with a callous treatment but all she did was put some liquid on my feet and wrap them in plastic grocery bags. The whole pedicure lasted about 15 minutes, including the polish. The manicure was better but still not worth the trip.

It seems this week is my week for poor service/quality in the Simpsonville area. Dream Nails is not somewhere I’d go back. They were busy, which is fine. I don’t mind waiting to get good service. They put us in pedicure chairs and left us there so long the water was cold. My feet soaked in that water longer than they spent on my pedicure. The whole thing was rushed and not well done. It was almost comical, like it was a game to see who could finish faster (the girl doing my nails or the guy doing my daughters). They then shuffled us to a drying station and as we moved a roach ran across the floor. (Pictured below) Someone eventually stomped on it—and promptly left it on the floor. We weren’t even done before they were asking for payment. Overall, what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience was everything but a dream. I definitely will not be back.

Service is horrible and expect to always be up charged if you want your nails even cut down or to remove your polish or gel every time I’ve gone in they want to charge me for something. Also, they are not kind or welcoming

Worst place to go for pedicure and nail dip. Nail polish on toes too thick, my feet feel rough as sand paper. The girl who did my dip polish cut my cuticle and drew blood using the electric nail file while having an hour long loud conversation in her native tongue with her coworker . I will NEVER go back there again , they did a horrible job and I felt like I threw away my hard earned money.

Been a customer here for over 4 years or years, I usually use the lady name V to do my nails she does a great job. but every so often I use the owner Kim to do my nails v gets 😠, then all of a sudden when you start going in there you get attitude/looked over/ and then you have to sit and wait hours at a time to be seen ( Usually they get me in within 5 minutes or when I walk in the door.my last visit I had a pedicure and I had to wait 45 minutes for them to even come start The water. What they fail to realize is you don't belong to just 1 person in the shop you can use everybody.

Had the dip power done on 9/15 on 9/16 my middle nail chipped went back for a repair on 9/17 middle and index fingers chipped I have had this done b4 at different places and this as never happen I need to be refunded

The customer service is nice. However they need to invest in the clear liners that go inside the pedicure bowl for better germ protection for the customers.. The pedicure Chair had gum on it. The employee had to be told to wipe it off and when she did she just flicked it on the floor and sprayed alcohol on place where the gum was.(I'm assuming) to wipe it down. During my manicure I noticed the manicure utensils came out of the drawer. When she was done cutting my cuticles she wiped off the cuticle cutter with the towel and put it back in the drawer. She did not sanitize it at all. This is nasty and must be addressed. Please protect your customers' health.
