I have tried a few massage places while working in Dover, and this one is definitely my favorite so far! I was able to call and get a last minute 90 min appointment, which was super convenient. The place is clean, professional, and has a cute, relaxing vibe. The deep tissue massage with hot stone was amazing—I left feeling immediately better. They even gave out a goodie bag of chocolates at the end. I already booked my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Had the massage/hot stone services today. And it was the BEST service I've received since arriving in the US over 20 years ago!!!! The service was so good I thought was on the table past the time I booked for. I am constantly in chronic pain but felt really good after.

I've been to Dover Family Bodyworks several times. Recently I went because I had residual pain from a fall. I had Ann as a therapist, and she worked hard to address my issues. I let feeling better already. I've tried other places in the area, and I find myself returning to Dover Family Bodyworks. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and professional. If you are looking for posh this may not be the place for you, but if you are looking for a proper massage at a good value then I'd encourage you to give them a try.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. They’re very attentive to your needs whether it’s working on your sciatica or neck pains. Their trigger point therapy is amazing as well as the cupping. It always relieves the pressure for me. Highly recommend trying this place out.

Amazinggg I feel brand new! Went in for a deep tissue massage and they weren’t kidding when they said it’s cheaper than other places. Would definitely come back again, they also gave me a goodie bag and a water 😊

No where in Delaware has better massages than this place ! I get deep tissue and she is amazing every single time ! She finds all the knots , tightness and tension and i feel amazing every time I leave . Great customer service and affordable prices! I’m happy to tip as well because it’s so worth it . Very sweet and kind . There’s nowhere else I will go for my massage needs . The BEST. Love you guys 🩷

The entire staff is excellent in the service the offer. From the moment you walk in they make you feel special and listen to your concerns. I highly recommend them. They are the best in my books. Also they are so flexible with the hours. I love it!

This place is absolutely amazing! I have had issues with sciatic nerve and sports injuries. The staff here know exactly how to open up the muscle and heal pain. Their prices are unbeatable and they offer so many extras with massage for no additional fees such as hot stone, hot towels, face masks. Each time the extras can be different but they are good people! 100% not going anywhere else.

Was overall an good massage I went for deep tissue and I asked for harder pressure but it was not hard enough for me but overall was good in overall for relaxing and decompressing stress. I just have tight spots that need hard pressure..

Highly recommended! Excellent pricing and massage was perfect. Didn't even have to tell her, she knew exactly where to work and address each area thoroughly. We are visiting from Florida. If I lived in the area, I'd be here all the time! What are you waiting for? Give them a call 🙌

Today was only my 2nd visit to Dover Family Bodywork. I live in Virginia Beach and only visit the area a couple of times a year... The ladies here, hands down, give the best massages I've ever had. I'm not gonna lie, they do NOT go light! I'm almost convinced I'm going to have bruises tomorrow.... HOWEVER, I'm pretty sure that every knot, kink, and tight muscle that could be worked out, was. For me, that's saying something, because I'm a pretty tense person that sits in front of a computer for 8 hours everyday... But, I left feeling like jelly, and just so relaxed. Also, their prices are way more than reasonable. I can see myself driving up here JUST for the massage. And, it would 100% be worth it.

I was there about two weeks ago with my son for a massage. The ladies were amazing and was able to relieve a lot of the stress, tension and knots I have on my back. She gave me good advice on treatment that I need to continue, and I will definitely be there again tomorrow since I'm visiting my son at the airforce base to continue to relieve the knotted tendon I have. This small, cozy and quaint massage salon is a True Treasure! Very clean and accommodating. The therapist addressed all my issues in my tissues and the pressure was great. Best of all the price was right! Much Gratitude and Love to the entire staff!!

Received an excellent massage by Kelly today. She’s super thorough, and really focuses on problem areas without me even having to ask. A true massage professional, who knows muscle anatomy . I gifted my husband a massage for Christmas and he raved about how great it was so I had to come in for myself …and he was not wrong! I will be coming back regularly to see Kelly & highly recommend her deep tissue massage to anyone looking to unwind and work out some muscle tension.

Couples massage was a great experience and affordable as well! Convenient scheduling, as I had called everywhere and no one could us in. They got us right in within a few days and took Great care of us for my husband’s birthday. We will be back! Great service, friendly staff, convenient scheduling , although the location can be tricky if you aren’t looking for it. Had to find them online.

Husband and I were visiting from out of town for the holidays and I was suspecting a migraine coming on and severe head neck and shoulder tension and we decided to come for a last minute couples massage. We came with low expectations but when I tell you we left with the largest smiles on our face we are not kidding. We walked out like we were on cloud 9. All the migraine symptoms were gone and I felt the most relaxed I have felt in years. I carry lots of trauma in my body and it’s very rare I feel light. This was the first massage I felt the physical and mental weight lifted. I’m so sad we don’t live here but I look forward to coming back so we can get another massage. Professional and kind staff with attention to your body language. Also the hot stones work was exceptional.

I'm a College Basketball coach and I travel a great deal. I found this Spa in dover and have enjoyed the professionalism and care provided by the owner. Let me just say I am no stranger to massages and have had my fair share. This place offered my husband an I THE BEST couples massage we've ever had, and by far!! The price was also the best around, you really can't beat the quality of the massage they offer. It was truly fantastic. I can't say enough good things! Super friendly, the place was clean and serene. It was just a fabulous experience! Thank you again, ladies!

Went in for a relaxing swedish massage and while doing it Kelly found multiple knots and bad spot in my lower back and right leg. Have had this pain for over 2 years with no help. I think I found my help! It hurt while doing it but feel better already 10 minutes later. Thank you, Kelly!! I will see you again!
