Horrible massage. First they put me in a room and the therapist talked to people over the walls around me. Impossible to relax. I asked to be moved to the back room so it was quiet, and the massage got worse. The lady didn’t speak English at all, I don’t know how you can work in a job that requires communication and not have any method to communicate. When I asked the other therapist to get another masseuse she said “sorry, she doesn’t speak English.” And got no help. Everything I told her don’t massage she massaged, and she missed the areas I wanted massage but there was nothing I could do. I couldn’t complain because she didn’t speak English. She just kept telling me turn over, completely ignoring what I said. I ended up walking out. I’m never coming back here again.

My husband and I always drive from Queen Creek to Dove Massage for a 90 min couple’s massage (Swedish and Deep Tissue with CBD/Essential oil upgrade). All the staff are friendly. It is a nice and cozy atmosphere as everyone seems like family. Highly recommend!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Prices are ridiculous here. They price gouged us so much and were not nice. The new management is awful. I won't go back again because of the price alone. The massage was low quality for the price.

Really great massage and fairly priced. The only drawback is that there are only 2 employees on Sunday and if someone walks in or calls they leave the room to welcome the customer or take a phone call.

DO NOT GO HERE! You bought the Groupon, right? You think you're getting a good deal and are excited about your upcoming couples massage? Call Groupon and get a refund ASAP. The reviews that mention poor communication are 100% accurate. I was asked NO questions when I came in about pain, medical concerns, or areas of focus. The room was hot and muggy and when they brought someone in who spoke English, so could express my discomfort, she brought a loud large fan into the room to "fix" the problem. I've gotten plenty of massages and the only time I've ever had my muscles punched and karate chopped is when I let my 4 year old nephew give me a "massage" and when I came here. I very strongly doubt anyone working here has a massage therapy certification. Please please save yourself the pain. My friend experienced severe cramping in his legs for 3 days straight after this "treatment". I didn't believe the reviews when I saw them, but after coming here I'm 98% sure that all positive reviews were paid for by the company or written by the owners. Get your Groupon money back and go somewhere legitimate.

I had a massage here today. First time ever that I was not asked to complete any kind of paperwork to find out if I had injuries or to ask what type of pressure I prefer. The employees were friendly, nevertheless. The massage was good, although very rough and painful at times. However, if you want a spa with an upscale feel, this isn’t the place to go. Clients can hear the bells on the door each time someone comes in. They can hear the conversations being had at the front desk. The phone of the man who was attending the front desk kept sounding alerts. At one point, my masseuse stopped the massage and had a conversation through the walls with the guy upfront and another customer. So it was not the quiet relaxing atmosphere that one would expect while getting a massage. However, toward the end of my massage, I felt like I had gotten more than my money’s worth with the Groupon and was planning on making another appointment, but she cut my massage time by almost 10 minutes because the client at the front desk wasn’t happy that she had double booked yesterday, and he had to reschedule for today, and his appointment time still wasn’t accurate. (Heard entire conversation while getting my massage.) But what really made me decide not to book again was when the lady handed me a water as I was walking to front desk and said, “For you, Ma’am.” I thanked her, and then she looked at me and said, “You have no tip for me?” I told her I had left a tip on the table in the room. She then totally changed her tone and thanked me. I felt that her asking for a tip was very rude considering we had been interrupted a few times and my time had been cut a few minutes short, which normally wouldn’t have been something that would annoy me, but with the other issues, it did this time. I understand tips are expected in the service industry, but I’ve never been asked point blank for a tip like that.

I have had over 50 massages at all kinds of places and this has by far been the best massage I have ever had. I did a couples massage with my fiancé and we had such a wonderful experience. I will 100% be back!

I’m very uncomfortable writing this and there’s not much I can do about it now. I purchased the Groupon in August 2021. And promptly used it. I left on the verge of tears. When I arrived my boyfriend and I were placed across from each other. He got a male masseuse and I got a female. After a bit of shuffling the hands felt like that of a man and when I looked up I saw they had swapped places. I don’t care who attends me. I’ve had many, if not mostly, male doctors and trusted them to deal with matters regarding my body. But this felt different. I felt like he was pressing against me and my table in a motion that made me freeze. And his hands were so uncomfortable. I wanted to crawl out of my skin. The details are only more about hand placements and direction, but Im choosing to omit those. I kept telling myself I was exaggerating but even now I still think about it. I left and my boyfriend immediately sensed something was wrong but I was still in shock from it all and in denial. Eventually I told him but didn’t do anything because I don’t trust that the police would do anything with that information, and like I said, I wasn’t even in a good mindset. I just wanted to cry. So here I am sharing this with you. I’m not sure if this guys still works there. But either don’t go there or ask for a woman.

My husband & I had a couple ma. This was my first time & last time here .I am almost positive the man who did my massage was not trained or certified . I get massages monthly with my original person at another place. This guy never introduce himself he just started what he call a massage on my body . He was very noisy as he touched my skin . He had limited technique. A massage should be gentle & the pressure I desire Swedish or deep . I don’t know his name . Neither spoke good English.I believe it was the lady husband who is certified & she needed help . She did my husband massage & she was good . I really want to report them and ask them where is the guy who did my massage certification. I was so disappointed & couldn’t wait until it was over . He was suppose to massage my feet . The first foot I have no idea what area of my foot he was focusing on he played with the top of foot for the longest where mostly bones are located then played with my toes it was very weird . The other foot he did better. But still played with the toes not massaging them . A few times During my massage I had to tell him to stop because he was not giving me a massage & I know dam well he doesn’t know what he doing . I didn’t want to upset my husband and wanted him to continue his massage because my husband needed it . We were in the same room . But lady please spare other customers the money & the disappointment . I thanked God for my calmness it wasn’t easy !!! I hurried out of there & didn’t dare look at the lady (manager) or her I believe husband . That was ridiculous & a rip off ! Maybe you needed the money !!

Not good. Do not recommend. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I got a 90 minute massage from Group-On and was really hoping for a nice relaxing massage. This massage was very awkward and no way was the massage therapist professionally trained. A small sheet (not soft) is laid over you and it moves all over. There was no method to the massage as I was just randomly rubbed/massaged. Very weird experience. I will not go back or recommend.

The reviews that mention poor communication are spot on. They ask no questions about medical history, injuries, ect. They don't check in with you during the massage to ensure that you are comfortable and they karate chopped and punched into my muscles, no I'm serious and not exaggerating. Get a refund on that Groupon and fork up the cash for some place legitimate.

This place is awesome! I initially bought a Groupon but I loved it so much that I’ve been back twice since! My favorite is the 1hr foot massage. SO. GOOD! Definitely recommend.

We got a Groupon for a couples massage for our anniversary the staff were very friendly. It was the first time we ever got a massage and it was amazing! Yes they do massage a little hard but isn't that the point ? All my stress Knott's we're worked out and my back hasn't felt this good in a very long time. My husband also enjoyed his massage as well and the hot stones are also amazing! Yes I would go back

This is the review you’ve been waiting for Let’s start with the massage my neck was stuck and nobody could get it out at first it seems that the guy doesn’t know what he’s doing he was nice tho but you ask for specific places then he’s going to other spots first,I found out that he has to loosen muscles first that lead up to other spots even if it doesn’t make sense.. the point is that the massage was great but verry rough(was needed) but I wouldn’t call it relaxing.. others will definitely find it unappealing.. however, he did a great job, given my circumstance, and knew how to tune in with my body to know which pressure points to hitso I know he put effort into it Next up, you have the ambience it was terrible. There’s no music in the room in the the guy spoke enough English but it was complete silence and all I could hear was him heavy, breathing and swallowing a little weird, to be honest, but I could deal with that Then you have the ending were usually people offer you a water… my gf was offered one but not me and i got the massage lol 😂 (water helps keep the muscles from tightening back up) And lastly, the prize honestly it was a $65 for an hour massage you’re not gonna get that anywhere else..so even tho it needs some work they arnt trying to be greedy P.s my neck is 80%better Still would recommend

Great hot stone massages for a reasonable price. I went here after a workout from EŌS and this was the perfect post workout massage. I’m training for a half marathon. The hot stones were amazing and the hour price was well worth it.

I have had many messages in my life. Listen to this experience: Arrived at location. They barely spoke English so the communication was poor. There were 2 women and one man working at that time. I went into a room that was not enclosed to the ceiling line. It was noisy with people talking. The technician came in and I told her that I had a shoulder injury. Her technique was rough and inconsiderate of my injury. It was strange to me that they covered my head when I was on the table. When the technician went to get the hot rocks, she left me totally uncovered on the table with the door wide open twice. Remember there was a man in the establishment when I arrived. She did not massage my feet at all. She messaged my scalp with oil which was also weird to me. The entire experience was less than appealing, caused me great pain and there was absolutely no respect for my privacy. Don't patronize this business. They are not professional and I wonder if the people working there are licensed.

If you are looking for traditional deep tissue massage, this is the place for you. Came here to utilize a Groupon for "1 Hour couples hot stone massage". Honestly, the pressure was a little too much for my wife who admitted she could have asked for less pressure but didn't. I greatly enjoyed it and did not feel that they rushed in any way. Private room was comfortable and relaxing. Easy to set up appointment with same day reminder/varification.

My first body massage. I've had my feet & legs massaged before and this place is the best I've had. As far as my first body massage this was great, I felt comfortable and relaxed and will go again. I am also recommending toky friends and family. Most will be getting gift certificates from here for CHRISTmas gifts

The best ever massage I ever had!!! I came from Groupon (their actual price is also Groupon price). The most hard-working massage I ever had. She worked full strength on every minute and offered me a fantastic experience. Unlike other experienced I had where staffs only work hard on about 20min… From shoulder to toe, fingers, head and neck massage, I feel absolutely revived!!!!!! She seems knowing where my pain points are, and focus on those areas repeatedly. I feel she helped melting the intense muscles in my shoulder!!! The hot stones are awesome and hot towels feel great!! Super friendly. I speak Mandarin so there was no hassle on communication. It would help with google translator ready if struggling with communication. I will definitely came back if I’m around. Love here!!!
