Just saw Tashya here this morning and it was 🙌🏼 amazing! Partial highlight and a cut to bring me back to life. Tashya teaches all over the country so I had a feeling she would know what she was doing, but now my hair feels lighter, healthier and looks great! My first time here and meeting Douglas... had 1 of the best haircuts I have had in a long time... i showed him a picture of the color i wanted and i must say, my hair color came out almost exactly like the picture...I really love my hair color but most of all, I really enjoyed my time w Douglas... I came across Douglas as i was searching for a class to learn Mesh Integration and imagine my surprise when he is LITERALLY right across the street from my own salon! Magic. Anyway, prior to even meeting in person, he was so nice and kind and answered any questions i had. I took his hands on class just a few days ago and i was not disappointed! He is so friendly and knowledgeable and just an all around great person. If you are interested in learning mesh integration i would recommend his class! Thanks Douglas!

I been living in San Diego for 6 years, tried multiple hairstylist without success. Finally I found Douglas. Not only he is extremely experienced with the hair, his personality and vibe is everything. His skills of color and cutting are in another level along with making sure your hair looks and feels healthy. My hair and I love Douglas, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💯.

I came to Danielle, who is one of the stylists at this stellar salon, she gave me a brilliant, long, layered cut. My friends get their hair colored by her and she does a outstanding job with that too. My family and coworkers noticed the difference right away and gave a lot of compliments. She is very easy to talk to and has a lot of hair and product knowledge.

Two days ago I had the pleasure of spending some great time at Douglas Saboe Hair Salon. The hair stylist who provided her skillful services to me was Danielle Wade. The entire experience with her was impeccable! I especially loved her guidance and support as she talked me through the process every step of the way. I wanted a radical haircut and she delivered it beautifully. She’s truly a master of her craft and she is also a great person to connect with. Soon after meeting her I was reassured that this was the perfect place to be with the perfect professional to be assisted by. And the salon itself had just the coolest “let’s hang out and have fun” vibe. I felt cared for and comfortable. Douglas Saboe, the owner, was there and he is awesome as well. I watched him take great care of his regular costumers in a cheering fun attitude that kept the overall environment delightful. I can’t wait to return for maintenance and more fun!! I highly recommend it!! Best bonus, Danielle is going to donate my hair to “Wigs for Kids”

Douglas is absolutely amazing! He's friendly and he is very talented hair stylist. I dye hair blonde with extensions because it's so thin. Everything time I go in, I leave feeling amazing again! My hair is growing longer and is much healthier with his advise of what products to use.

Douglas is amazing!! I have been going to him for all my hair care needs for several years now. A co-worker/friend referred me and I’ve haven’t gone to anyone else since. Several of my friends now go to him as well. He owns a great salon in a great location in North Park. It is a smaller place so the experience feels much more personal than a larger salon. Douglas is an absolute pro at his craft. He has years of experience and continues to educate himself on new techniques and products. He teaches up and coming hair stylists as well so he gives back to his professional community. I love going to see Douglas, not just because he does a fantastic cut and color at a great price, but he is also just a great person. He is highly intelligent and insightful and is a master story teller. I promise you will not be bored when you go to see him. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment as soon as you can! Hurry though, he is VERY popular :)
