Love this salon! Just had the best pedicure and manicure of my life. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. If it’s your birthday and you let them know they will give you a special treat!

I really wanted to like this place. I came out of state to visit and had been wanting to try this place with my boyfriend but was very unhappy and disappointed with the service i had received especially with almost spending $300.00 including tip just to have Crooked nails, horribly shaped uncured for the gel to open up and have it be wet still 3 days from visit including having a burning sensation on my cuticles. Not only that during the visit the nail tech. Burned me with the UV LIGHT twice and cut me during the process. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!! Not worth the money I paid. Just to have a horrible time there.

I had a horrible experience at this place. I made an appointment for a pedicure and they definitely favor some customers over others, if you have money and walk in they’ll see u 1st. I had a fill on my acrylic nails and the broke 3 days later!! I went back to have them fix it and the owner and his wife proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault! He said I shouldn’t have gotten my nails so long. I tried to tell him nicely that i went to nail tech school and if they place an acrylic stress ball on my nails when the fill was done this wouldn’t have happened. He kept yelling at me telling me it was my fault in broken English. They fixed it for free but the repair broke 3 days later again! Ugh! Me and my family will not be coming back here again! Poor customer service! If you’re rich then this is the place for u , us middle class Americans don’t matter to this business!

It's always a great experience at Dip Nails but today's visit was even better. My granddaughter was getting her nails done for her birthday and they made her feel very special by singing her happy birthday and giving her a treat. They are super customer focused. Thank you for being so sweet. Plus her nails came out BEAUTIFUL 💅

My first time getting dip and I won’t pay for that service here again. Very sore and cut cuticles as well as just puffy and uneven In areas with some spots. Not what I was hoping for. Also is it normal to have a lot of gunk under your nails when finished?

Apparently some customers are more important to Tony and his wife than others. I left at 11:00 am when I was still waiting to be seen for my 10:30 AM appointment. I was originally scheduled for the previous day but I woke up feeling under the weather. I called prior to my appointment and was asked by the receptionist to come in at 1030. I mentioned to her that I had a hair appointment one hour away. This was the day before my vacation, which is also why I had stayed home to recuperate. While there, I was asked to pick out my color..20 minutes went by and I was asked to move from the waiting area and over to a table where no one came over to help me. I was never even offered water. A party of three who all arrived separately, and after me was ushered over to the foot spa to receive services while I just sat at the table. I was the only person unattended. I got up and quietly told the receptionist that I was leaving. I will never come back. I don’t appreciate mistreatment and that my money for a pedicure, dip and design is somehow less valiable.

I’ve been coming to this salon since I moved to the area 2 years ago. I will not be returning after todays visit. I received a pedicure and a full set. Both of the people that did my nails gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had getting these services done. My nails are extremely cut and hurt, they are crooked and a horrible shape. I told my tech she was hurting me and she just laughed it off. How can they charge $140 and ask for a tip on top of everything. I’ll be making happy feet the salon down the street my new nail salon!

My daughter and I got our nails done. She got a simple manicure and loves it. I got dip matte nails and they look great! Great color selection and service. All very nice! I would highly recommend and will return :)

My pedicure was okay except I was cut in two places. The issue came when I went to pay and informed them the services they advertised were not what was provided. Part of the pedicure was a shoulder massage that I didn’t receive this time or the last time. The woman that did my pedicure tried to force me into the waiting room chair and I had to refuse repeatedly and tell her no. The man behind the counter said “just remind them next time,” and the manager that came over just wanted to argue and tell me they didn’t do that anymore. She became more and more upset until she just stalked off like she was throwing a temper tantrum. I just think they should provide the service they advertise. I won’t be going back.

I love the location of the salon . The nail techs are all very friendly. The problem with today’s experience was After my pedicure the nail tech put all the tools she used on my feet back into the basket. She then went to another client with the same tools she used on me. Please make sure all tools are thoroughly cleaned before using on clients.

I was sat right away then waited 45 minutes to get my pedi with no one saying a word to me.. by that time the water was cold.. I got my pedi my feet were never massaged (that is my whole reason for a pedi) the tech lost my polish was never given the opportunity to choose another.. I have had good experiences but will never go back as after sitting for so long and not even offered a water or telling me how long I'd be waiting..

Nail tech drilled straight through my thumbnail and did my nails so thin that they broke the same day. When I tried to take them off they were gummy and sticky and did not soak off. Suspect they use MMA because soaked off nails were sticky and difficult to remove VS flaky and easy to remove like they should be with EMA.
