Always a good haircut!

Went there 8 months ago it was okay. Then I went there before Thanksgiving and the lady who gave my haircut cut the front really bad. It was slated. And just like last time I kept having to tell her shorter, shorter, shorter. I had her cut 3 times shorter because she would barely take any off. Then she did a comb over when I didn't want that (there shouldn't be enough to move my hair the way I wanted it, let alone be able to comb it over) . Language barrier issue again. I swear I told her shorter like 3 times and a 4 on the sides. What's worse is she cut the front slated so my left side is short and my right side I can see with my eye. Very very bad. The shave was okay.

Well, this was my spot for a good haircut since they opened, but the last few times I've been there, I had to wait for an hour or more for a cut. Only 2 people are working, and they are busy, and one of the people has to keep stopping and answer the phone, slowing her down. You need to hire a few more people. I only keep going here because the prices are fair, but my time is limited, so paying a few extra dollars to get better service is worth it. Sorry you lost a loyal customer.

My expierence at this salon wasn’t good at all. I was looking for a new salon to get my kids hair cut. I decided to try this place. When I went in I was already feeling a certain way. I saw there was mostly elderly folks and two people on staff. The one made it clear and saw 5 other customers waiting to be cut said I can only take one more and I’m leaving. This was around 4 pm and they don’t close until later. That’s first reg flag I understand you have to leave at least take care of the rest of the customers before you go. Left was only a Hispanic lady who looked like she didn’t want to be there. After the last customers cut we were next and I saw she called us up didn’t clean the station at all brushed the brushes together like to clean them and was going to cut my children’s hair. My oldest daughter saw it as well and wanted just as much as me to leave. It felt grimy and dirty in there. It felt run down and definitely not clean. It’s a health hazard not to clean the brushes or I didn’t even see the blue cleaning fluid in site. I guess you get what you pay for cheap cuts and not clean atmosphere. I was appalled never again!I guess the elderly folks didn’t notice or didn’t care that there brushes and hair cutters supplies aren’t clean. I didn’t even see a device to pay with credit cards that also made me uneasy I saw cash only there. This was my expirence and I hate to give bad reviews this was terrible.

My teenage daughters came here for highlights and hair cut and Rita did an amazing job. We are all very happy with the results. This place if excellent. No longer I will try to trim their hair at home. We now have a new salon.

I haven’t seen such a good price in a long time, and they did a good job at cutting my hair the way I wanted it. The staff always has a great attitude towards customers.

It was nice and cheap only $10 per cut. But I just found out they went up to $13. They are not top quality cutter. Just a nice local people. You will have to remember your style each time you go. Others who change around $16 have all the information about you in the computer.

Disappointed at the stylists poor attitude. I asked if I could pay her a tip on my credit card because I only had cash for haircut. She misunderstood me and tried to charge my card full amount, which was declined. Stormed off and and was swearing "Jesus Christ" , I was shocked. I was trying to make sure she got a decent tip. Her reaction was inappropriate. I will not come back.

Rita is the best and very friendly. Always does a great job on my hair and my husband. She use to cut my boys hair too and did a great job on theirs. We miss Sonata, she was also very good.

They did a great job working with my son, who has autism and usually screams during hair cuts. The stylist kept him calm and engaged while working quickly to cut his hair. Just a great job, and although they are not a fancy kids barber, I would highly recommend them for parents of any and all fussy kids.
