They do good work but did what they wanted to do. How you get started late don't get my length right and still want the same amount of money? I had been there for 2 hours and only had my washed and still didn't have a single braid in my head. Asked for mid back to waist length and can barely put this in a real bun. $200 for what? I'm not normally one to complain real talk, but when I said something to her, she's like well, already this far in your head no offer to make it right or anything. And who's about to take out out hair that I just spent $200 on and don't even like?! I'd just go to the mom/owner, last time she was excellent and I had no issues. It wouldn't let me respond so I'll add it here: 1) of course I agreed to let her eat, who's starting off an appt on the wrong foot with someone new bc they're hungry and tired? I'm timely but I'm not mean or rude. 2) this was only my 2nd time to this shop and the previous time was with the owner as stated above. Not once did the stylist communicate that the protien treatment was free because of the delayed start, had I known, that would have been noted in the initial review. I wouldn't have known they have different policies/practices within one place. 3) the stylist responded to me when I mentioned it was shorter than I wanted so that's an acknowledgement that I did in fact say something. So just because I'm an adult and didn't get irate, means I didn't speak up?

I would highly recommend this salon. Britney was awesome!! She was able to accommodate my short notice request as well as get me in and out in almost less than the time she allotted box braids. Her and her daughter are very professional and personable. She has definitely gained a new regular client

This boutique is absolutely one of the best one's I have been to. The owner and her daughter are very caring, and personable. They do a beautiful job at styling hair, they are extremely talented. They are reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend that you come and pay them a visit.
