My wife and I recently visited Destination Day Spa in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and we had an absolutely phenomenal experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure every guest feels pampered and cared for. We were fortunate enough to have A.J. Davis and Tiffany Murphy as our massage therapists, and both of them were incredible. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every service we received. We opted for massages, body scrubs, and scalp massages, among a few other treatments, and each one was performed with such care and precision that we felt completely rejuvenated by the end of our visit. The facility itself was immaculate and thoughtfully organized. Fresh robes, towels, and linens were provided, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the spa clean and inviting. They even had water readily available, which was a nice touch that added to the overall comfort and luxury of the experience. Every detail was carefully considered to enhance our visit, and we couldn’t be more impressed with how seamless everything felt. The massages were truly some of the best we’ve ever had, and it was evident that both A.J. and Tiffany are passionate about their craft. Their skill and professionalism made all the difference, and we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and beyond satisfied. If you’re looking for a top-tier spa experience in Hot Springs, I can’t recommend Destination Day Spa enough. Whether it’s for a single service or a full day of pampering like we had, you will not be disappointed. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! So many options and very friendly/helpful staff! Our couples massage and facials were amazing and so relaxing. The staff was concerned of our comfort the whole time and ensured maximum relaxation. When we come back to town, we will definitely be booking again.

We drove in from Louisiana. From the moment we walked in very attentive and immediately started our services. I had the bath, the 50 minute massage, and the 50 minute facial and I fell asleep. It was truly amazing! My friend and I get massages normally once a week at home and the massage we got here was the best I have ever had! I would give 10 stars if I could!

We had a girls trip to Hot Springs and the team at destinations was so accommodating and great! They made our experience out of this world. The salt room was awesome and the massage was the best deep pressure I have ever had. This is a hidden gem for sure!

First off let me say this place was PHENOMENAL! The people who work there were so sweet and caring!! Me and my mom went on a girls trip and we decided to do the Tranquility package! SOOOO WORTH IT!! The lunch provided was delicious!! Every part of the package was absolutely amazing and really made me and mom feel pampered and taken care of! There are a ton of options you can choose from when it comes to services which makes this spa the best of out all of them in Hot Springs! So please PLEASE if you want to do a spa day then go to Destinations Day Spa!! 🙌🏻😊💆🏼‍♀️🫧🩵

There were 10 in our group - a bachelorette spa day. I had a pedicure with Tiffany (or Tiffy, her nickname). Let me just say, she was nice. But for the money I paid, the pedicure was not anything special or what I’m used to having back home. Tiffy filed my toenails down a little, but did not clip them down. I came home and clipped them myself. She did not trim the cuticles, nor did she smooth the roughness out of my heels. She massaged my legs a little and let me soak in the water for a bit. I think a 12year old could have done as good as job as Tiffy. For the money I paid, I should have had hot stones, or hot wax on my legs, or at least a hot moist towel wrapped around my legs. All-in-all, the pedicure was mediocre, but at least my toes were painted. I would not recommend.

I took my mom for a day of pampering and we were Not disappointed! Fantastic service, friendly and accommodating. The Tranquility package was the perfect fit and lunch was wonderful. A great experience and highly recommend. We will be back!! Kara

Heaven on Earth! Hands down this is the best spa service I have ever received. I can’t say enough about the services and staff. Professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable all wrapped up in one. Definitely will make plans to come back.

I had a horrible experience. Wanda did not want to update to the proper pay difference. From the weekend price, to the normally weekly price. When I asked could a manger look over it. She said she would see, but never contacted the manger. When I told her I would handle it myself. After putting the payment on my card. I had a long 3 min message that she couldn’t reach before hand. Talking about a refund that I never asked for. Also saying I was inconveniencing the therapist I haven’t even experienced yet. When I called to talk to her and tell her I never wanted a refund. She was very rude, told me loudly this is not the spa for my kind? I kindly asked for a refund. I would never want to meet people in a relaxing place. So rude, uptight and aggressive.

My husband and I got a recommendation from a local shop owner downtown and were lucky enough to snag a same day appointment. We got a couples foot ritual and soft touch massages. Both were phenomenal. The room was so relaxing and the massage therapists did an amazing job. Highly recommend Destinations spa for your relaxation needs!

$135 facial for a 13 year old for 40 min. Absolutely unacceptable. I was under the impression it was $50, got to the register and it was $135. No costs were mentioned prior or during the service. I don’t know if there were add ons, if so I wasn’t told. I haven’t even ever had a facial that expansive for myself. Mine are a hour and $60 at Chrysalis. Make sure you ask for costs up front before you get anything. Or better yet just go elsewhere. It was a Saturday where their site offerers 2 services for $115 so don’t know how I got ripped off so bad but this place thinks it’s Hollywood at what they charged me for a $13 year old.

10/10 experience!! My boyfriend booked us a facial and massage and it was absolutely amazing! The service from the time we walked in the door to us exiting the establishment was top tier! The music, atmosphere, so calming and exactly what we needed after a long week! We will be back and I recommend!

My partner surprised me with a deep tissue massage for Valentine’s Day, as neither of us had ever had one before. Chelsea and Jim did our massages, and they were attentive, kind, and did everything possible to make sure we had a comfortable, relaxing experience. Will definitely be back!

Yesterday was the first time I have tried this place and my massage was AMAZING! AJ did a phenomenal job! I had a 50 minute and she even did my scalp. OMG! The bath with champagne was a PLUS. Now, they did convince me to do the 25min add on foot treatment and though it was good, it was not worth an extra $60. I also had the lunch and I would not do that again either. I was not crazy about it. But, I am still giving this place 5* because of the massage. It was that good! So Thanks AJ

AJ began the amazing experience when she answered the phone. The service was amazing fantastic teamwork. Absolutely fantastic mud wrap. Private bath was perfect. The salt room is a must try extra and worth it. Hot showers clean areas. Finished with a massage from Chelsea. Completely prefect afternoon. Will be back for sure.

AJ is the absolute best massage therapist I've ever had! I have gotten massages about once a month for a few years now and have never experienced such talent in my area. If you're visiting Hot Springs, don't hesitate to go see her!

I was in town and took a shot that they may have a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in. I had an amazing facial and massage by AJ. I also used the spa bath and Himalayan salt room. After being on the road for 2+ weeks, it was heaven sent. I definitely will go back if I'm in Hot Springs!

Received a facial and massage from Brina. Literally fell asleep during the experience. I work with my hands, so they tend to stay dry and stiff. She was able to get them feeling soft again, pretty sure she used an entire bottle of oil on just my hands 🤣. Highly recommend y’all give them a chance. Plus, Chick-fil-a is within walking distance, so you can get your belly full in the same parking lot. No need to run around town.

We came to Hot Springs for a relaxing, kid and work free weekend, and decided to get massages. We booked a same day appointment with Destinations Day Spa and they did not disappoint! When making the reservation they recommended the mud wrap to go with our massage and facials. As soon as we walked in the door the staff was friendly, knew our names, and took us right back to get started. They explained each step of the appointment and the atmosphere was very calming. After our visit we both felt so relaxed and agreed that the experience was well worth it.

We have been here several times and always have a great experience! Today was the best with added stretching with massage. Very clean and pleasing smells. Always leave very relaxed and waiting for my next visit!
