I wish the booking was more easier and convenient, after i booked my appointment it showed a white screen to me so i double checked and re did my appointment again and the white screen came up again, i assumed that means it was confirmed sinse i tried it a few times but it wasn’t, when i came to the area they said they couldn’t find me so i had leave without getting any services done. so if you guys can make a convenient way to maybe confirm the appointment so we know we actually are going to get our services done ?

I recently visited Degree Wellness and had an incredible experience with their compression therapy! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making sure I was comfortable and fully understood the benefits of compression therapy. The treatment itself was amazing—it's like a full-body massage without any of the physical strain, and I could feel the difference immediately. The compression therapy session helped reduce my muscle tension and left me feeling so much lighter and refreshed. My legs, especially, felt energized and almost rejuvenated. After the session, I was offered a refreshing herbal tea, which made the experience even more relaxing. The ambiance in the spa was perfect—calming music, soothing scents, and dim lighting that put me in a complete state of relaxation. Jamie was amazing!

The customer service is great and the staff were all super-friendly and accommodating. My only feedback is: it would be nice if hour-long dry float sessions were offered. It takes a little bit of time to relax in the bed and once I finally did, the session was over. Secondly, the room has thin walls and I could hear all the conversations happening throughout the building. I really was looking for that sensory deprivation experience with quiet time and hearing loud conversations about planned vacations, services offered, weekend plans, etc. was quite distracting and made it a bit hard to relax. Even still, I would definitely go back because the facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Front desk was friendly and took me and my family as walk ins for cryotherapy. They were welcoming, brought us water and made sure that we were comfortable while we waited and ensured that we understood the process. We will most definitely return.

I started going for the sauna and the cryofacial but have recently branched out and am loving all services! The dry float is so relaxing and the whole body cryotherapy is great for recovery. I recently did a booster for the first time and am feeling great! The staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Went to check out Degree Wellness out of curiosity on 7/6/2023 at the Town Center Location. The 2 staff members were very knowledgeable regarding the science behind each modality offered and the benefits so each person can determine what might be most beneficial for them. I tried a spot cryotherapy treatment to my neck which took about 10 minutes. The procedure was comfortable and I can say it did work for me. I went in with constant aching in my neck and upper back that was present for months. After the treatment I did not have that discomfort. Actually, I'm writing this review a day later and I still don't have any aching in the area. CRYO WORKS!

Highly recommend!! I recently got the Premier Membership at this wellness facility, and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. The variety of services they offer is truly impressive. The facility is impeccably clean, and the ambiance is incredibly soothing. Scheduling appointments online is a breeze, and even spontaneous visits during the week have always been convenient. The staff here exemplifies exceptional customer service, with special mentions for Ashley, the manager, and Katie, the RN.

I love this place! Highly- highly recommend trying. Such a great & friendly staff, they always try to fit you in apts, and so clean everyday. Cryo has officially saved my active life 2-3x now to speed up my recovery from injuries and is my go to. Also, they have the best cryo chamber I have ever been in (non claustrophobic). Only suggestion is to consider adding a 3-4 session $99-$130 month member package please. You need a mid range option from others at $69 to +$150 better. Thank you so much.

I recently did the cold plunge— and loved it! I have been doing cryotherapy for three years now for my arthritis and inflammation, and all around good health — but the plunge was very different! Can’t wait to do it again. The staff here are outstanding! And the facility is clean, professional and comfortable— I just can’t recommend it enough!

Recently acquired a Premier Membership here and am already very happy with my decision. The range of services available is amazing! The cleanliness of the facilities and the relaxing atmosphere are spot on! Booking an appointment online or over the phone is super easy and just walking in for a service during the week has always worked out! The staff truly understands the meaning of customer service, with Ashley, the manager and Ginger, the RN, being particular standouts! Degree Wellness provides great value and have earned a loyal customer!
