After a long work week, I booked a 90-minute massage with Kayla, and it was exactly what I needed to completely relax. Kayla is amazing — super skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The free parking was a nice bonus, making it so convenient to get in and out. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and take care of themselves. I’ll definitely be back!

I got the opportunity to come here at Deep Tissue Massage & Spa a few weeks back and get a massage with Kayla. I hadnt been able to have a massage in more than a year so I was a wreck. I was able to get the works including an Ashiatsu massage. (They stand over the table using bars to support themselves and use their feet.) Kayla was very attentive to where my pain was and was sure to work it all out. I get a lot of shoulder and neck tightness and Kayla was able to offer a ton of relief. The massage melted the pain away I was experiencing and I am so grateful for that. I wish I could get massages from her more frequently. Ill definitely be back. I felt like a new person for days after the massage because my neck and shoulder pain was gone. Thanks a ton!

My body is ~messed up~! There have been countless times where I have gotten a massage where folks are astonished by the amount of tension in my body. When I went here, Kayla did an absolutely phenomenal job getting tension out! I felt like a brand new person! She got tension out that was building up for years that I frankly didn't even know existed! Would 1000% highly recommend and will be returning!

Unfortunately, not what I was hoping for. It was Massage Envy or Hand & Stone Massage quality but twice the price. Everyone was SO nice and the facility is clean and relaxing, but not worth the drive or the money for me.

My fiancé and I booked a couples massage to celebrate our engagement - we had Kayla and Sydney - and both were excellent. My fiancé thought Kayla was great and worked all the muscles he needed, from our week of skiing. Sydney, was fabulous, and worked magic on areas of myself that have been limited me for a while. Although parking is a bit of a struggle, just make sure to read the directions carefully, these massage therapist really know what they are doing and we cannot recommend them enough!

My fiancée and I had an incredible couples massage yesterday with Kayla and Sydney, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The facility was spotless, with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that put us at ease right away. Both Kayla and Sydney were extremely attentive to our needs, ensuring we were comfortable throughout. Kayla went above and beyond, focusing on a few tight spots I had after a week of skiing, which made a huge difference. Despite scheduling last minute, they were able to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Next time, we’ll definitely plan ahead and make use of the sauna as well. Highly recommend Kayla and Sydney for an outstanding massage experience!

I’ve had a couple massages from Ariane. Her Sarga barefoot and Thai to be specific Both were amazing! Love the atmosphere, friendly staff, and quality of massage you get here! Sauna is great too. Highly recommend adding that after your massage.

Christian Burns took the time to ask me questions and really went out of his way to give me suggestion as to how to properly stretch. Took extra time to workout problem areas as well. He’s very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping people. Thank you so much!

I have visited 8 massage studios in the SLC area over the past 25 years, and this one is by far my favorite because it is so effective. Ariane is extremely knowledgeable and always tailors her practice to meet my needs. The relief is excellent, it truly is therapy.

Kanon was a pleasant surprise! I’ve only been to the same person here and they weren’t on the schedule. Kanon’s energy was great, relaxing, and positive. I enjoyed his techniques with using his forearms. I would highly recommend him.

Had a deep tissue massage and maybe other therapists do a better job but definitely had the worst massage ever for multiple reasons.

I had a deep tissue massage also with hot stones. It was Amazing! Kayla did a wonderful job. Needless to say I felt like jello afterwards. Extremely professional and a very clean establishment. It was easy to schedule and the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

i just took my dad & brother there to get a relaxing massage. let me tell you the staff was simply amazing! the girl up front was so nice & caring. i waited for them outside & it was great. they said they really enjoyed it. will be taking them back & getting a message myself! amazing staff!!!!!

Got a hot stone massage from Rachel and left feeling like I was floating on a cloud! She took the time to understand and address my trouble spots and I feel better than I have in months. Deep Tissue's new location is super convenient and the variety of massage types and upgrades are awesome. Highly recommend!

Took my mom here for a Mother’s day massage and we had a great experience. They have free parking spots which is a bonus! We had Kayla and Rachel for massage therapists and they were both great. Rachel focused on a sports massage/deep tissue and I felt so much better after. Would come back again!

I highly recommend!! Kanon did a great job! I will definitely be coming back on a regular. (Other reviews say it's difficult to find, but it's really easy and there is dedicated free parking which is really nice downtown) Thank you for a great experience!!

A great place for deep tissue massage! My therapist, Rachel was very intuitive and she was able to find and release many knots. She added in some Thai moves that got me stretched out very nice! I feel amazing, one of the best massages I have received!

I had the pleasure of being worked on today by Rachel. Her touch, technique and tempo was outstanding. Rachel has the gift of incorporating a variety of modalities to meet the patients needs. Rachel addressed my specific needs and took the time to ensure her therapy was meeting those needs. Rachel loves the profession enough to take the time to educate me on what the modality was addressing and what my body would do as a response. Rachel left me with an at-home action plan. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Rachel as a therapist.

I've been going to Ariane with Deep Tissue Massage for close to 3 years. I recommend everyone to Deep Tissue Massage! Ariane is the best!!!! She hears me out on what needs focused on, and spends the perfect amount of time on each section. I love the heated towels too, it's such a nice touch! For Christmas I got my a couples massage, and it was the perfect gift. Deep Tissue Massage was so accommodating, my in-laws raved about their massages.

Easily the best massage my husband and I have had! He had Cannon and I had Rachel! They checked in frequently and were great at working on areas that were sore and tense! We will definitely come here again! Next time we will probably try a facial!

Great place! My massage therapist Christian was amazing! He was very intuitive and worked out some seriously stiff muscles. I felt like jello after!

Kayla is great! She knows and uses different tools to get those muscles to loosen up and I always feel more relaxed afterwards. I've only had good/great experiences here.

The facial ruined it I am giving 4 stars.... the massage is definitely 5 stars but that was the worst facial I have ever had and I have received 1 every week for 20 years so that says something they should be sure the staff is up to par before taking peoples money The new aesthetician had no touch no massage no skills she explained her personal life in way too much detail I know she had a violent husband a opoid problem but been clean for 10 years spent 10 years being a dental assistant I know way more than I would want to know I rallied through it but I go there for massages all the time and this definitely tarnished the vibe of trust that I would receive a great service I have tried several of their massage therapists all amazing anywho disappointing facial
