I went to Deanna for extentions as she came highly recommended. However while my experience was initially good, I eventually found communication extremely difficult -only being able to reach her via email- then taking several days for a response or non at all. For the money spent at her salon I did not feel appreciated in the end (for a few reasons) so we parted ways. I found the perfect stylist who appreciates my business and we have had great success with the extentions. Her response time from the get go is same day- which is more than I would expect.
