I had the absolute privilege to be a hair model for Katie. My hair came in a trainwreck with a botched color from a different salon, and I am leaving a masterpiece. She listened to everything I wanted, was very thorough in explaining the process, and took real care to give me exactly what I wanted. I feel confident and beautiful again, all thanks to Katie!

First time ever coming here. Was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional young lady at the front desk. She never said good morning or how can I help you just stated to me a blunt, who are you here for? I responded that I didn't know since I had only booked spa services. Again just said to me, to sit down and someone will come bring us upstairs. Thank God for NiNi and Lorrie. I can't say enough wonderful things about these two ladies. They made our day great. They were totally professional and I left feeling amazing.

Went for a bachelorette weekend and they were able to accommodate all 5 of us ladies. The spa is clean and beautiful on the inside. I had one of the full body massages and it was a great experience.

Had an appointment to get my eye brows tinted for the first time!! The technician has over 30 years experience and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful!! She did such a great job on my brows that I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror!! Thanks so much!!

Loved my masseuse, Patricia. I scheduled a Hot Stone Massage and it was the best one I have done. She asked along the way about the pressure and made the stones were the right temp for me. I was having back issues and she worked on those areas thoroughly. The facilities were very high class, I was able to shower off the oil and they had a great locker room and separate room to relax after. I highly recommend this place and Patricia.
