I waited 2 hours after being told a hour . Then she took 2 people in front me . I signed in first I will never come back. I try to be patient but blatantly just taking two people in front of me is unacceptable . This not the first time this has happened bad businesses. Take my money elsewhere that is appreciated.

The first time I used them excellent service on fills and nail polish. Now I will not be going anywhere else except them. Really appreciate the quality of time they take to fill and make certain nails are filled all the way to the back of your nails . The shalack nail polish remains on until you return for a refill. They are usually very busy but definitely worth the wait. Wonderful work and very nice employees. Thank you at the nail saloon for your kindness and excellent work.

Davi nails in Walmart on Ray Ellison they put me with a nail tech that didn't know what she was doing, had to tell her to stop, ruined the experience, won't be going again.

I liked my nails, but two days later 2 of my nails started to have bubbles in the shellac, and my usual nail tech told me to go back because they did not cure them correctly. Not a problem till I went back. The lady in the front with the ponytail and the white sweater today told me to put my name on the list and my phone number and she would call me as soon as someone was available. I put my number down waited in the front and then decided to catch a breeze outside. AN HOUR goes by and I don’t get a call so I go back into the store and there’s EMPTY seats and the lady looks at me with a dumb look on her face. she says why didn’t I come back to check? WHAT ???? Because you idiot, you told me you were going to call me!!! piss me off more than the issue with my nails. When you tell a customer you’re going to call them CALL THEM. don’t be a liar!. You wasted a lot of my time and I will never go back.

This place was pretty terrible and I don’t normally feel that way, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I know some people have bad days but they were so visibly disrespectful of my time and money. I regret leaving a tip. I went for a mani/pedi with my family, and she stopped in the middle of my mani/pedi for me to pay for my services before they were even finished. And to make it worse, when I was finished she didn’t bother putting lotion on me. She just spread the lotion along my leg and told me not to trip as she motioned for me to get out of the chair. (Keeping in mind my hands and feet were both wet) while that happened my partner requested a color (lavender), and I had double checked with the technician what color we wanted because my partner has a hard time distinguishing colors. They sat us far apart so I didn’t get to see what color they put on her until she came out. They put a salmon color no where near lavender. I asked to have it replaced and they were very aggressive to my partner, berating her for not stopping the services, when I was very upfront about what color we needed. AND THEN, There was a spot missed on my manicure, I politely asked for them to fix it and the manicurist blamed me for not getting a gel manicure, and not letting it dry when the error was already present. I took my partner here to celebrate a huge milestone, I wanted to spoil her, and she has SO much anxiety already, and how they spoke to her was not forgivable. She’s a soft spoken respectful person. I will never be giving this place my business again.

This was the first salon I went to when no one was talking. Both techs were rushing to finish my nails and feet. Pedi was done in less then 15 mins fastest pedi ever not worth $35 no message no scrub didn't even smooth out my heels. Wax was super hot and burned my eyelid. I have been getting my nails done for over 30years and have never had this bad of service. Never going here again. Thought maybe since it was closer to my home but nevermind not worth it.

The guy did a really good Job idk what his name was but he was a older guy. One of the best nail experiences I've ever had and I have gotten my nails done all over the country driving 18 wheeler 😊

Hannah did my manicure and she is amazing! Her shaping skills and her friendly demeanor make the experience that much more enjoyable. She also did my eyebrows and she is flawless! She is the only one who I trust with my brows. My pedicure was done by Monica and she was phenomenal! Super thorough and her massage skills!? Impeccable! I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I will always recommend this shop to anyone! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️
