The staff was friendly and professional. On time and a great blowout that lasted the week. I love having a chance to come to Le Boudoir when I'm visiting my family in the area !

It’s great place for great blow dry , when you need go somewhere special, or just treating yourself. Hairdressers like Lady, Iryna ( I was her trial client), Naiara, did blow dry for me , and they all asked what I needed, did it , and my hair style lasted for long time. I recommend this salon for blow dry services for anyone. Definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I scheduled a blowout as a treat for myself because I wanted to look nice at a wedding. Melanie was amazing, she really listened to what I wanted and was very conscientious about asking if it was ok to use certain products and all my style preferences. Can't wait to schedule with Melanie again.

The stylist wasn’t friendly. I asked her how long she had been there and she replied that it had been a long time and she didn’t seem happy about it. My suggestion to the salon is not to have her with a new client because she leaves little to be desired. Also, I had confirmation that I made a 1 PM appointment and even while I was there, I got an email confirming my 1 PM appointment but then I had a text saying my appointment was 1:15 PM. The system needs an update. When I asked a person that worked there what that was about she said that they go to lunch and that’s why my appointment was made for 1:15 PM. I didn’t get that explanation until I was physically there. I hate giving bad reviews, but I’m the type of consumer, that patronizes businesses that have good reviews, and I think it would be a disservice if I didn’t leave an honest one for this establishment. So I went back to get another complimentary blowout because of my last experience/review. I have to be completely honest in saying in all the blowouts I've ever gotten that was the worst one by far! I have long bangs that should have been blown to wing out like how every other stylist has done. She blew them straight down trying to paste it against my face. I told her that I wanted them to wing out to the side & she tried to fix it to no avail. I can't believe that they would give me a stylist that didn't have a clue, knowing I would write a review. It's good that they get/have great reviews but my experience from the beginning has been awful! Never again!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I am a mother of a newborn and was really looking forward to having a blowout for my first time out at night for a gala. My hair stylist blow dried my hair with a regular hair brush and didn’t even dry it through all the way. After counting, she touched the round brush a total of 4 times. My hair was completely flat with kinks and was wet underneath. After leaving, I went to another hair salon to have it completely rewashed and blown out. I do not recommend this place of business.

Very disappointed after being a loyal member here for several years. Management led me to believe one thing, but gave me the run around for several weeks on trying to fix their website booking, only to find they had no intention of doing so and cancelled the service I usually receive. Not cool. Plenty of places to get a blowdry in town, I'll stick to one that knows what they're doing. Would be ZERO stars if it wasn't for the nice stylists.
