Gabby at the Danthony Salon in Helotes destroyed my hair and tomorrow I’m actually cutting it off because there’s no coming back from it. It’s completely burned completely destroyed. She is uneducated unexperienced and ignorant and has not called me to rectify anything that has happened and the owner doesn’t want to get involved with anything that has to do with the people that are in her salon because it is For me and her to work out that way, poor Management unprofessional and just downright wrong I Will not stop until I get some kind of resolution from the stylist so whether it be through court, whether it be through her going through the cosmetology board whether it’s through the Better Business Bureau, she’s going to answer to what she did to me!
