Dana Meredith is an absolute gem! She’s the only stylist who has truly nailed my hair color exactly the way I’ve always wanted it—she’s a true artist. Her attention to detail and talent are unmatched, and I always leave her chair feeling confident and beautiful. Her shop is such a comfortable and welcoming space, conveniently located for anyone in Nashville or Brentwood. Plus, the vibe is always on point—the music she plays adds to the great atmosphere and makes the entire experience even better. After many failed attempts with other stylists to achieve the perfect shade of red, I went to Dana. After just one appointment, I have the perfect color! If you have any doubts at all, go read her bio on her website. Update: 2 years later and I won’t let anyone but Dana touch my hair! If you are a fake redhead like me, this is your girl!

I am naturally a brunette, and I have been lightening my hair for over 20 years. Hands down, Dana is THE best colorist I have encountered. Not only is my hair actually blonde when I leave (even after my first appointment!), it’s a beautiful shade of blonde (not brassy) and my hair feels healthy and looks healthy. If you are struggling to find a colorist that “gets it”, look no further - you’ve found her.

I had the pleasure of working with a truly exceptional hair stylist who not only took the time to study the photos of the teal color I desired but also expertly mixed up the exact shade I had in mind. I’d never ventured into pastel colors before, but Dana made the entire experience feel like a breeze. Her service was absolutely exquisite, and her expertise in color is undeniable. I left her salon feeling like a million dollars, and I can’t thank her enough for her skill and dedication to her craft. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch hair stylist! Dana Meredith is a COLOR MAGICIAN. She fixes bad hair. She takes the time to get your strands exactly the way they should be. I’ve been wanting to go blonde for several years and haven’t quite gotten the results I wanted… until now. I have thinner hair and she gave me a cut that added more volume. I’ve never gotten more compliments on my cut/color in my life. Also she is a coooool chick and has really great taste in music. Her space is cozy and fun and truly has been a treat and nice break from the everyday chaos. This is the salon and the expert, for people who love their hair and want to take care of it. Dana is THE color expert. I was transitioning from fantasy colors to a natural look. If you don't know, fantasy colors mean lots of bleach so I was worried about the condition of my hair. Natural is also an expert's work....it no longer happens naturally, lol. What Dana accomplished is gorgeous. You would swear I was born with my new color. I highly recommend her. You are in great hands.

ALL blondes should go to her!! It's very hard to find a stylist that just gets it and knows how to NOT leave you with that ring of yellow at the old and new growth spot and not damage your hair doing it! I am soooo glad I found her!! I promise you'll see the difference between her and any other "blonde specialist" immediately!

Dana is amazing! I moved to Nashville a few months ago and I knew that I was going to have an extremely hard time finding a new hairstylist that I would like. Im an icy white blonde and I’m super picky with who does my hair. Dana listened to my expectations and she made her recommendations as to what she saw and what she could do to improve my hair. In the couple hours of me being at her salon I learned a lot about my hair and how to take care of it. Once she was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. My color, cut and overall look is exactly what I wanted. Dana went above and beyond and I absolutely recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dana!

Dana is an incredible Hair colorist and stylist. She can fix your hair and make you fabulous. She is also amazing with very long hair. My daughter and I have been coming to Dana Meredith for over a year and we are always so happy and appreciative of how incredible our hair is because of her. Dana is the real deal. After having a disastrous color and highlight experience at another salon, I contacted Dana for help with a corrective color. She assured me she could fix it and she did! She got me in promptly and her experience was apparent. Dana spent several hours correcting my color and paid close attention to every detail. A great experience!

Dana truly came to my rescue! After a lung transplant and 4 weeks in the hospital I was SO READY for a good shampoo and needed a haircut. She was so kind and friendly. I loved her little salon. I showed her a couple of pics and got the exact haircut and style I wanted. Very professional and experienced.

I had just moved to this area not to long ago and my experience started by me going to a different salon to have my hair done by what I thought was me just getting some highlights in my already blonde hair. Before I moved here I had the same stylist the last 10 years so I had no idea who to trust. Things turned out for the worst where that stylist ruined my blonde hair by putting in dark streaks and a very dark almost black looking shadow root that I definitely didn't ask for. Mind you, this was only a couple of days until a vacation I had planned and I already waited a whole month to be seen due to the high demand of people needing their hair done and no one could help me fix this in all of Nashville due to the last minute need for me to correct this. I needed a major color correction too which most stylists told me no they are not comfortable. When I called Dana I was completely in tears and didn't know what to do, I was about to sell a kidney or do whatever to get this fixed so I wouldn't have to wear a hat everywhere I went. She immediately reassured me she could fix it and to come in the next day. Her salon is very peaceful and charming and her herself is an absolutely amazing women. She is very welcoming and down to earth but her hair skills are out of this world amazing. She was able to get all the dark streaks out of my hair and maintain the integrity of my hair by using olaplex which made my hair feel even better than before my mishap. She gained my trust by each step of the process as well. She has a great sense of humor and I loved listening to music with her and talking as she worked away on the disaster of my hair. She is like a long lost best friend you haven't seen in years, easy to talk to and you can trust her. She definitely has a calling to do hair and I was so blessed to have found her when I did. She just gained me as a loyal client now, I couldn't see anyone else in Nashville now! She also knows how to do an amazing blow dry and style which was like the cherry on top for me! If you are a blonde Dana is the right person for your hair needs. I cried tears of joy when leaving her salon because she made the impossible (what the other stylist that ruined my hair told me) possible and gave me my confidence back that I lost. I can now go on vacation feeling my best and my mind is at ease knowing my hair is on the right track of where I want it to be now. I look forward to the next visits where I know I will get to completely achieve my desired look. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dana. From muddy brown dull lifeless hair to blonde perfection bright sparkling hair! You turned a terrible situation into a great fun experience with you and I'm forever grateful. I live in St Louis but had a business meeting in Nashville. My hair needed cut, color and highlights! A friend of mine told me about Dana Meredith Hair and fortunately I was able to secure an appointment right away. Well, I have to tell you that this lady knows her stuff!! She worked for L’Oréal for 10 years teaching other stylist how to make hair beautiful and that is exactly what she did for me!! With a cool salon on Music Row, you must see for yourself how magnificent your hair can be! Wish I lived closer to take advantage of her talents more often. ****** 6 stars!!!

I traveled and decided to get my hair cut and color. I did my research and called Dana she was amazing. I would highly recommend her to everyone. I have not been this happy with my hair for a long time. I walked out and went WOW I feel like a new person. She is not afraid of color and gives great suggestions to what she thinks would work. I am really bummed that I can't go to her on a regular basis but If I travel back you bet I will get an appointment with her. Thanks again Dana.

My experience with Dana and her salon was wonderful! I previously had a bad color bleach job that I did myself at home, and Dana worked her magic to fit me in the same day I called and make my hair look gorgeous with the perfect shade of light blonde that I wanted. I got my hair done before Valentine’s Day, lots more people started flirting with me and gave me compliments after leaving the salon.😊❤️

If you’re looking for a very professional salon, that cares about every single detail and is committed to take care of your hair and give you the best advice and service, Dana is the one! In January another salon burnt my scalp and my hair. I went through different consultations… Dana give me confidence since the fist time I talked to her. My fist session was in February, check my pictures, she made a miracle! Fixing your hair is a process, you have to be patient and trust her. Today I am having my fourth session with her and my hair has been transformed! Being with Dana has been the best investment in my hair that I have ever made. Dana Meredith is a truly gifted hair colorist and stylist. As you can see from the pictures, my do it yourself hair color and very bad haircut from a previous stylist was in major need of attention and care. Dana spent 4 hours on my hair, cutting, coloring, toning, styling, etc. The end result is absolutely beautiful and the closest any stylist has gotten me to my natural color. I am forever grateful and, she will be my stylist from now on.
