Have gotten several pedicures here. I would say they are fast to get to your needs but maybe not the best in town at pedicures. Their massage chairs work well.

Horrible service. Scheduled weeks in advance to only show up with 3 staff members. The lady doing messages was texting in the middle of the service while also doing tax paperwork. Had other guests in our group just cancel their services entirely because of how long it was taking. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Kat and staff were very hospitable. They took their time and we didn't feel rushed. Please visit them to have any specialty need for cosmetics!

I went here when it first opened and had a great experience. Yesterday, however, I went back and brought my daughter while we were in town. The lady who did my nails was great, but when we got to the pedicure station, that's when everything changed. The man who did my toes kept clipping deep into my nail bed and making me flinch in pain. He just kept doing it! When I left one of my toes was bloody under the nail bed, it certainly was not necessary. Another thing, my daughter kept saying that she was thirsty while she was getting her pedi, and both gentleman ignored her, she never got a drink of water or anything. During my first visit they asked me if I'd like a drink before I sat down. Finally, when we were finished, they charged me $120 for 2 basic pedis, and a mani with gel! That's unreal. I have a nail tech in my spa, which unfortunately our schedules wouldn't allow me to use her services this time, but she does MUCH BETTER WORK and doesn't charge this ridiculous amount. Im still confused as to how it amounted to so much. They rushed through everything and he barely gave me a massage. And the worst part is that my daughter left the bottom half of her tablet there that has her keyboard on it, and when I called they didnt want to look for it, even when I told her where it was, she said she would call me back and never did. We know that is where it was left. Total disregard for customers. I will never go back unless its to pick up my daughters keyboard that I know was left there... Edit: We did get the bottom half of the tablet back from here, thank you!

1st 3 times, amazing. Last visit was miserable. The man didn't fix a broken nail, just covered it with dip and said it would heal. I now have 2 broken nails, dip is peeling off and he didn't take care of my cuticles nor the dry skin around my nail bed. I want to love this place but I was so disappointed this last time.

Best salon in town. Great foot massage and the manicure was well done. Holly was my technician and I would highly recommend her. Give it a try

Came for a fill. Sat for about 40 minutes and a lady come in for a pedicure. 10 minutes later they take her to a seat to soak her feet. 20 minutes later they start her pedicure. If there wasn't anyone to do fill ins and all they can do is pedicures she could have told me when I walked in. I understand being short staffed but it's rude to make someone sit over an hour and take care of other people who came in after you. They don't acknowledge you, they don't seem to care for your business. I won't try it again, I wasted about an hour and half. Taking my business elsewhere.

I was treated like precious gold by the sweetest group of ladies. 2 hour massage, pedi and fill and all was perfection! Cannot ask for anything more. Made me feel like a queen.

went a few days ago & got French tips acrylic nails , paid $75 for terrible nails that one has already broke , don’t go to my cuticles, awful job shaping the nails . Could’ve went 5 mins away to chic & got PERFECT NAILS . Do nott recommend , I was there almost two hours for terrible nails , would’ve been better and looked better going to get my own nails to glue on! Oh let’s not forget the way they treat the old white women doing the pedicure , send her to do everything than talk about her in their language & laugh . GIVE HER A RAISE .. & she does a better job than the ones who work there . & would get to talking & laughing talking about everybody who called her shop!!

This place is under New management my experience was excellent these ladies are extremely down to earth and make you feel very comfortable. This looks and feels ver high end with responsible prices. I haven't been here in a while but I am definitely glad I went I definitely will be going back.

Wonderful atmosphere. I got a beautiful manicure and pedicure. My favorite place to get my nails done because it is so well ventilated and doesn't have that strong nail salon smell. Love the friendly staff.
