Cynthia is a very nice person who has worked me into her schedule, when possible. She doesn't good work in a timely manner. I was so happy to find out about her ability to do Sistah Locks, it was hard finding anyone who knew about doing that style in this area. Cynthia can style any type of hair and is skilled in doing Dread Locks, Sew Ins, Weaves, etc.
