I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the aesthetics were beautiful, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Krystal is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She started with a thorough consultation, taking the time to understand my hair concerns and goals before even touching my hair. She even took pictures to walk me through everything and gave me personalized tips for my routine. She had me send her the products I currently use and gave thoughtful recommendations, only suggesting changes if something was actually harmful—otherwise, she encouraged me to finish what I had. My wash was amazing, and the attention to detail was top-notch. If you’re looking for a true specialist in natural hair, she’s your girl! My two-strand twists turned out amazing! The salon itself is spotless, with plenty of parking, a cute sign-in process, and even a coffee and juice bar. Krystal even provide snacks the “good” ones. The bathroom? Impeccable! Krystal met me at the door, made me feel valued, and gave me an experience, not just a service. I was even sent home with satin scrunchies. I was so impressed I booked my next appointment on the spot! Highly recommend!

Krystal Marie is a great communicator and advocate for hair care. The salon is located in a fabulous studio. It is clean, offers amenities, and stylish. Krystal's skills can be found on IG @_curlhaven. I enjoyed my consultation and booked a service right away after meeting her. Our vibes matched! My blowout and press was done with care and thoughtfulness because it is still a little humid out here in Nashville. I look forward to returning for a color refresh and upkeep of my short curly cut.

I absolutely love Curl Haven Salon and Headspa. It is the first headspa in Nashville, TN, that caters to curly girls like myself. The experience was so pleasurable. First, Krystal treated my scalp. Next, we headed to the headspa where she proceeded to put pillows under my head and knees. This is essential as I have extreme back issues and can't lie flat. I am also a plus-size girl. The table was sturdy, and I felt very supported. She set the relaxation mood by lowering the lights, giving me a face mask, and turning on tranquil tunes. It was so serene. The shampoo was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Lastly was my style. A combo style of two strand twists that eventually became an awesome twist out. 10 out of 10, I would definitely recommend this service!!! I have promised to treat myself to a headspa appointment with Krystal once a month.

I am so glad my friend and aesthetician told me about Crystal! I have been working with her for over a year now. She told me to trust the process and I did! From the very first visit she has narrated everything she does. On my first visit she had a 20 min consultation with me about my hair goals, concerns, products etc. before even touching my hair. From that first curly cut to the hydrating silk press my experience has been nothing less than A1! I would refer all my friends and family in fact my mom and daughter in law now see Crystal and love her as much as I do. I wish I could leave more stars!! Since moving to Nashville, I struggled to find a stylist to care for my natural curls. That search ended with my first consultation and service with Krystal. She was professional, welcoming, an expert in curly hair care, and was able to define my curls like I’d never seen before. I was convinced she would get my hair to thrive and committed to seeing her regularly for my hair care. I've been going to Curl Haven since early this year. My hair is now stronger, longer, and the healthiest it's ever been. I used to mostly wear protective styles like box braids because I didn't know how to do my hair and they were an easy way to hide damage and not deal with it. Under Krystal's care, I've only been rocking my natural curls and styles and I love it! I’m so happy to be a regular at Curl Haven and excited to see my hair flourish even more. I make sure to get at least one appointment booked each month. Spots go fast, so be sure to book early. Krystal has growing hands. Since being her client, I have experienced hair growth all while being able to experiment with color and different styles to help transition thru the hot TN summers. Although Krystal specializes in Curly hair textures, she has been able to assist with keeping my hair silky straight until I was ready to embrace the curl about 3 months ago! I was nervous but Krystal took her time explaining to me the pros and cons of each style whenever I would talk about curly styles over the past few years. As a busy corporate professional, having a stylist who is consistent and on time is extremely important. The online booking platform ensures that appointments are confirmed by Krystal and yourself which eliminates the room for error. Krystal is incredible. I’ve been coming to her for about 10 months after dealing with hair damage from postpartum and in that time span she has helped my hair become its healthiest! She uses amazing products and has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I recently tried her Head Spa service and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. It’s also nice since she caters to my curls after the Spa treatment. Def 10/10 stylist that can meet all your standard and unique needs

There is no place like Curl Haven!!! I came to Krystal with a good amount of damage and no clue how to remedy it. Since I stepped foot in that salon my hair has flourished and it’s the healthiest it’s been in years! Krystal takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you comfortable with whatever needs to be done. She is amazing at what she does and has such a beautiful spirit that is felt with how much care she puts into her clients. I am incredibly grateful to have found Curl Haven.

Krystal is such as great hairstylist with a great spirit! She’s done everything to my hair from color to silk press to flat twists! My wash and gos last 2 weeks! You can’t go wrong at Curlhaven!
