I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years (Grew up with a wicked nail biting habit and getting my nails done really helped that). I love Cupcake! I take my 80-year-old dad and every 3 weeks - Pedicure for him and Bilder gel nails for me 😁 we also started using their waxing service and every 6 weeks I schedule him to get his nose, eyebrows and ears waxed, it’s seriously awesome. I’ve loved anyone I’ve had there, but Maria does my dad’s pedicures and she’s so patient and sweet. Lucy does my nails and she’s insanely talented! Sidenote - i’m allergic to acrylic and gel, my fingers totally blister and hurt if I use them 😣 But Bilder gel is awesome and I have zero reaction!

I absolute loved this place 💕✨ Jennifer and Kimberly did my bestie and I pedicures. They are so nice! I definitely felt really comfortable, had the loveliest conversation with them. I definitely would recommend this place highly! 💅🏼✨

Just visited this salon for the first time as it’s close to where I live and more convenient than where I was getting my nails done before. I regret coming here. Let me start with what I liked: it was convenient to book via their website. I also like the way my nails look for the most part. Now the cons: have you ever gone to a nail salon and felt like your presence was an unfortunate inconvenience? That’s how I felt throughout my visit. The nail tech, I assume her name is Maria because that’s who I booked with but she never actually introduced herself, seemed too busy and hassled that I was there. I started with a hot acetone soak to remove my old dip manicure followed by a rough use of the dremel which I’m worried damaged/thinned my natural nails, she seemed to be in a hurry. The whole station was dirty, she hadn’t cleaned up between clients, including the towel and I only saw her use a newly sterilized cuticle nipper, not sure if everything else was sterilized for me. I’m ok with trimming cuticle but probably because she was in a rush she didn’t have me soak my hands in water so she roughly trimmed my dry cuticles and they are now painful. I hope I don’t get an infection, although as if she was aware she injured my cuticles she excessively sprayed my hands with alcohol. Ouch. The polish I chose was apparently so old it had changed color and the second color I chose was much lighter than I wanted but honestly rather than chose another color and prolong my appointment further I just said whatever. Otherwise, the salon was just dirty, the chairs were stained, the nail counters don’t look like they get wiped off. I wish I had seen a review like mine and I would have gone elsewhere so my poor nails/cuticles wouldn’t have been butchered and I really hope I don’t get an infection. I won’t ever be returning and I don’t recommend others get their nails done here. I’ve tried to include pictures which show my red and irritated cuticles. Beware!

Valerie is AMAZING. I strolled in (with legit APPALLING feet btw lol) while she was actively working on someone else and before another client and she graciously hustled to work me in like the saint that she is. Not only is her work amazing, her whole energy was just so great - my day was better after talking to her. Thank you so much, Valerie!!!

Wow 🩷I can see why it has amazing reviews 🩷 they are very very kind 🩷 and AMAZING and BEYOND at their job🩷 my toes ended up looking like pearls. I wish I could have shown the before cus the difference is amazing 🩷 Kimberly is a pro at everything she does and I’m really happy my friend and I came here together 🩷

Very underwhelming. Will return to princess nails. Barely used stones she dropped 2 and only used one between both my feet, barely massaged, parrafin wax didn’t cover majority of feet and I’m bleeding in multiple areas from over scrubbing.

Im from out of town. I walked into this place. There was three attendance there. None of them were doing anything. The lady asked me what I needed and I responded a full set she said do you have an appointment? I said no ma’am I’m out of town. Can you come back later? I responded no she said we can’t take care of you. You don’t have an appointment again three attendance sitting around doing nothing. Why even unlock the door open you definitely don’t want the business. If you don’t have an appointment, they won’t see you or take you they will ask you what you need.

My nails turned out beautifully, and the quality of the work was excellent. However, I'm giving 3 stars because of the timing issues. She was 25 minutes late for my appointment due to another client in the chair, and during my session, she frequently stopped to answer the phone and schedule more appointments. To add to the delay, a client who arrived after me was asked if she could begin her removal process, even though my nails were nowhere near finished. I politely declined since it was already getting late. It would be better if she avoided overbooking or asked clients to reschedule when she's the only one working in the salon.

My wife and I booked appointments to receive manicures. When booking online, it requires payment in full and gives the option to tip. We elected to pre-tip for our services. Unfortunately, the services rendered did not match that of the description online when booking. Neither my wife or I received our massage component of the service. Additionally, neither of us elected for color or gel. The service was not worth the $50 pricepoint!

Horrible first experience! I had booked an appointment & called to cancel & the way the women answered the phone was unfriendly then when I asked to cancel my appointment she asked for my name & then hung up. Not very customer service friendly at all!! How do you expect to grow your business & don’t have any customer service experience? Wouldn’t even recommend going if this is the first experience right away! Learn some phone etiquette

I booked a pedicure appointment! The staff was super friendly and my appointment was met at the time I booked for. Vianey was very attentive to detail and checked to make sure I was satisfied with shape, color, etc. I even have an ingrown that she was super careful to work around and didn’t irritate. Professional yet friendly :)

The girls are all awesome here. Never had better service and quality anywhere else I’ve been in Utah.. and I’m am picky !! Please tip them well! Plus the owner needs to do something about the smelly air conditioner. It smells so bad.. can’t be good for the girls working there.

Valerie has been doing my nails for about a year now and I plan on being a long term client of hers. She has an incredible attention to detail and is so talented when it comes to intricate designs. She always perfectly executes any nail idea I have. Not only is she a phenomenal nail tech, she is a great person and I look forward to every appointment with her. Cupcake nails is very clean and so beautiful inside. It is a wonderful environment to relax in and have some fun!

They’re simply amazing! I had awful nails done for my wedding and they were able to fit me in on the following day and they did a super complicated design. They saved me!! They’re also super sweet and careful with your nails!!

1/23/2024 I would NEVER go back to this salon! I went in for a simple gel manicure, the polish bubbled up on my fingers nails as soon as I took a shower that evening. I called and they told me they would talk to their manager and get back to me, but never did and just left me hanging. They didn't even try to resolve the issue. Poor customer service, very disappointed. The manicure also started chipping 2 days later, which shouldn't happen with gel. Would absolutely not recommend.
